• Diane (10/5): Perfect - Location was perfect. We could look out on all the shops. We were right beside the opera house. Literally 10 steps. We booked tickets only €45 euros and saw the three tenors. It was amazing. Apartment was lovely too. Central location. Well the entrance hall needed updating. Was a bit tired

Has great space all the amenities you need for a like-at-home experience and the location could not be better I highly recommend staying in this place The lift/elevator is a bit small so you might need to run several trips if you have heavy luggage The wifi never really worked HOWEVER Firenze has so many places with free wifi so just plan accordingly

• Udo (10/5): Spitzenmäßige Unterkunft!!! - Wir erhielten übers Handy einen Code für die Haustüre und einen Code für die Wohnungstüre. In der Wohnung lag dann auch ein Schlüsselbund. Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig und spitzenmäßig ausgestattet. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber! Wenn man über den Ponte Vecchio geht (ca. 25 Meter entfernt) ist dort ein Supermarkt in dem wir regelmäßig einkaufen waren. Ein großer Vorteil ist natürlich auch der kleine Aufzug im Haus. Mit Einkäufen wären vier Etagen zu Fuß doch etwas anstrengend. Hatten wir Fragen, wurden diese sofort beantwortet. Das Appartment verdient in jeder Hinsicht die Bezeichnung Luxury Flat!
• Meena (5/5): Mediocre stay in Florence - Location and elevator access to the apt was great. The host also provided early check-in. Nice bright rooms with many windows. Balcony is awesome providing street view. Close to many attractions within walking distance. It was very cold and there wasn’t a blanket in the second bedroom and the one provided in the master bedroom looked unclean with stains. It did not keep you warm as well. The toilet floor in master bathroom leaked water all day creating a damp smell. The sink in the second bathroom did not drain. The dryer does not dry clothes and instructions for using it must be improved. Not worth the $$ we paid for a 4 day stay

• Lauren (10/5): Spacious, modern, brilliant location. Recommended. - The apartment was clean, comfortable, airy, spacious, beautifully designed and outfitted with just about everything we needed. The few times we thought something was missing or wasn’t working we either figured it out or spoke to the owners who were extremely responsive and kind. For example, we thought the power cord was missing from the vacuum cleaner and they came over and showed us that the cord was stored inside the vacuum. Also, the washing machine controls were a little wonky and they helped us figure them out. We were there for 13 nights in December and the heating worked perfectly. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting all points in Florence. It is a half a block to the Ponte Vecchio. On the other side of the Ponte Vecchio is a fantastic food market with tons of gourmet items and fresh produce and bread. Next-door to the food market is a wonderful gelateria. Every block is packed with little stores, and the sidewalks are teeming with life. The windows in the apartment are soundproofed, but loud 3 AM revelers might still wake you up. Bring noise cancelling earplugs or head phones. The kitchen is super modern and convenient. We cooked every day and it was a pleasure. WiFi and TV were great. The apartment felt very secure. There were two comments that earlier reviewers made that need to be qualified. One was about a bad smell in one of the bathrooms. We smelled it, but it did not disturb us. In very old buildings, smells like that can’t always be avoided. In any case, the smell was very faint and intermittent. The other comment was about the elevator being too small. We were able to both fit in the elevator with our carry-on suitcases. One thing about the elevator though is that to call it, the up button needs to be pressed. We thought it was broken, but we were using it wrong. We were pressing the down button because we wanted to go down. But the elevator logic didn’t work that way. Once we figured that out, we had no problem with the elevator. The woven chairs in the living room area are not very useful for sitting. The coffee table in front of the sofa is too small.

Emplacement top - Emplacement très bien, Appartement fonctionnel avec deux salles de bains et tout l'équipement utile. Des travaux la la première nuit dans l'appartement du dessous jusqu'à 5h du matin. Heureusement nous avions des boules quies et il n'y en a pas eu les 3 nuits suivantes

You enter through a charming little courtyard opposite the most beautiful church, and then step into an apartment that feels like high-end luxury. It had everything you could possibly want and more. The staff were fantastic to deal with — friendly, professional, and so accommodating. They were flexible with check-in and even stored our bags for us, which made everything so easy. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Had trouble getting in to the place , as internet wasn’t working to get instructions. Nobody met us at the apartment as we had been told , and waited for over an hour to get details on how to get in ourselves. Nobody answered the what’s app or the phone numbers provided. Kitchen could be better equipped. Only one wine glass in drawer and no sharp knives. A tea towel would also be a good idea. A piece of broken glass was also on the floor going out to the balcony. Could do with another couch , as 4 people were staying and the 2 single chairs were very uncomfortable.

The managers of the property also communicate - Everything was brand new, clean and very close to the Pontiac Bridge, but the entrance was on a quiet Piazza. It felt safe and the entry into the building and apartment were easy with the use of door codes that did not rely on Wi-Fi from your phone which we found to be very problematic at our prior lodging There is an elevator in the air condition worked beautifully. There was a nice balcony and view of the main thoroughfare leaving to the bridge The absolute only complaint is that two of the pillows but not all were paperthin. That is it. Everything else was perfect.

• Jose Manuel (2/5): No recomendable. - Cuando llegamos por la tarde al apartamento después de todo un día de agosto en plena ola de calor, no había agua. Se lo dijimos al anfitrión y nos dijo que alguien haciendo una broma la habría cerrado. Le pedimos solución y nos dijo que vendría al día siguiente a solucionarlo, es decir, sin podernos duchar ni tener agua de grifo. Al final nosotros buscamos y encontramos la llave de paso que estaba en plena calle abierta y lo solucionamos. No es admisible para un apartamento y que se autodenomina "Luxury" No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

• Kaleen (8/5): - Location was good, nearby the old bridge, but away from the crowd. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building. It has a small lift, so it was helpful in getting our luggage up. The place was spacious, newly renovated, modern and clean. Air-con was good especially after a long day. Having a 2in1 washing/drying machine was a plus as it was a long trip for us. The drying function didn't fully dry the clothes, but you can simply hang it and it will dry within half a day. Host was responsive with our requests during our stay. Given the apartment faces the main street, it can be noisy in the evening, it didn't bother us too much though. The lift is tiny, so if you are claustrophobic, take the stairs, but it's 4 flights up. We didn't get the check-in instructions until we called the host and it took us 20mins to finally get a hold of the host. Would've been good to receive the instructions beforehand so we didn't have to wait outside of the building with all of our luggage. Wifi connection was very unstable.

• Anton (5/5): we think it would be a good idea to check the apartments before moving in, so that people don't get stress instead o - The accommodation is in a great location, easy access to all historical sites! We liked that the apartments have good modern renovation and are equipped with everything necessary for living the impression was spoiled by the fact that the first day there was no water in the accommodation, the owners did not answer the phones, probably because it was 5 pm! and we were forced to leave for dinner even without taking a shower, despite the fact that some family members came from the USA! they answered our email that probably city works are going on and that is why we have no water! indeed, the next morning there was still no water! So one day of our vacation was ruined ! we even got ready to leave the apartment and sent another email about it to the owners, only after that they sent a handyman and he fixed it! also you need to know the fact that the apartment is on the 4th floor, which corresponds to the 7th floor, and the elevator was often out of order! if you are not young or you have luggage, you should understand that you will often have to climb the stairs! We were very disappointed that the owners did not offer us any compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Extremely noisy due to location and local businesses. The host was dismissive of minor issues such as broken Nespresso maker and no wine opener. Response was “sorry that things are missing or broken”. Good thing there is a wine bar downstairs and a geletaria across the street to purchase a wine opener and morning coffee.

• Bianca (10/5): Perfect 10! - This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Firenze. The location is unbeatable, the facilities are modern, comfortable and very clean. There’s an elevator in the building. The balcony quite literally looks out onto the Ponte Vecchio. The host was organised and instructions were clear. My favourite stay in Firenze and I’ll be back! I can’t find a single thing to fault. It was a perfect 10.
• Liayne (7/5): Convenient location, nice flat. - The location was great, the apartment itself is modern, spacious, nice, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. It has a beautiful view from the balcony of Ponte Vecchio street. Having two bathrooms was a plus for our family of four. The building entrance, stairs and elevator doesn’t give a good impression, they are dirty and not well kept. The beds and pillows are not as comfortable as I would like, the sofa has some stains. The washer and dryer is a plus but since I don’t know Italian and I was not familiar with the machine, it was a challenge to use it. The parking is an issue, there is a parking lot two blocks away but it is expensive (50 euros per night) and it was very difficult to find, the gps doesn’t take you there. Instructions on how to get there should be more clear, it was very frustrating for us the first day.

Nice long balcony overlooking the Main Street. Easy access with codes and never needed to use provided keys. 4th floor via Italy size lift. We all were impressed. Mattress was not the best but ok.

The space was surprisingly generous, everything very clean, washer / dryer came very handy as the weather was very hot. The showers. The hot water took absolutely forever to kick in and we ended up taking uncomfortably cold showers the whole time. Add to this the rain shower which one has to stand right underneath to switch on the water.

Master bedroom with the en-suite was fantastic and the second bedroom was very nice as well. Modern living room and kitchen with plenty of space! Wonderful balcony with a fabulous, up close view of the Ponte Vecchio! There was a sewer smell in the hallway bathroom.
