• Laura (9/5): Signorile antico ma scala "vecchia" - Pulizia, arredo ed eleganza. Purtroppo ci sono lavori in corso sulle scale del condominio, che fanno risultare l'intera palazzina cupa e malandata. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, raggiungibile solo attraverso una scala d'epoca molto ripida e stretta. Gli scalini sono vecchi, consumati e trasmettono un senso di poca stabilità. Il prezzo richiesto è decisamente eccessivo, considerato il forte disagio riscontrato.
• David (9/5): A magnificent place for a family to stay in Florence - A cozy apartment with plenty of space and a great layout. The mattresses in the two bedrooms are very comfortable and there are three bathrooms with walk-in showers. The location is perfect. We didn’t have a problem, but the stairs leading up to the apartment and within the apartment (the two bedrooms are upstairs) might be a problem for those with mobility issues.

• Veronica (8/5): Overall, our stay was okay because we wanted to enjoy our trip, but the beginning was disappointing. We had difficulty f - I really liked the host and the accommodation because it was in a very convenient area, close to the main attractions. First of all, it is not clear at all how to reach the property. The address on Maps takes you to a different gate, which is misleading. The description says it is next to a restaurant, but the entrance is actually inside the gate, not directly from the street, which makes it confusing to find. Another issue was that our reservation was with three small children, and it was not mentioned that there is construction work in the stairwell and that there is no elevator. We had to carry everything up several floors while the area was under construction, which felt quite steep and unsafe. Another thing I really didn’t like inside the property was the sofa in the living room. It looked very unpleasant and quite worn out, which gave a bad impression of the space.

• Marta (10/5): true renaissance experience! - This is an amazing newly renovated apartment, with three perfectly clean bathrooms, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Bear in mind that there are a lot of stairs to climb, but if my 73old mother with spine problems could manage them, anyone can. There is no elevator.

• David (10/5): Great location, charismatic building, great city. - The location is perfect - walking distance from the train station and walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment is very charismatic. Lift access to the floor for bags. Bedrooms are up flights of small stairs and so may be a challenge for some - but worth sleeping under the roof with wonderful skylights. Aircon was amazing. Huge windows in the Lounge area. Nothing. It was as described and made our trip really enjoyable.

• Parepalli (7/5): Good - Location, and authentic Italian house living. We had issues with the elevator. Though the key was not required to operate, however the keyboard panel fell off and was tiny. Hardly one person with large suitcase will fit.

• Sarah (9/5): This is a spacious, beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! - It is beautifully decorated and in a great location! We loved all of the space and allowed us to relax and have separate areas for our 16 year old to hang out. The kitchen was well appointed and having a washing machine was perfect. The wifi was fast! One caution, the lift is very narrow and the apartment is on 3 levels. If you have trouble with stairs you may find this place difficult.
• Muriel (5/5): Good location but facilities not great - beds pretty hard and 2 out of 3 showers without hot water and staff not helpful - Location, pretty central On first day we were without water - no answer from staff on the 2 phone numbers provided. We managed to find how to unblock water arrival in a cupboard. But then, on the day afte, no hot water in the upper bathrooms (2) and very irregular water temperature in the down floor shower (oscillating from burning to cold). Tried to call the 2 numbers again, no answer. Write message and got a reply much later than nobody could come to fix… I suspect they are very aware of the issue but don’t plan to fix it. Very Poor service level. A shame because it could be quite a gem if it was properly managed.
