• maria (8/5): - Υπέροχη αυλή με γιασεμί Μπάνιο ,ντουζιέρα λίγο ξεχαρβαλωμένη η πόρτα και δεν μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι δεν είχαμε που να αφήσουμε τη βαλίτσα μας μετά το check out για λίγες ώρες και αναγκαστήκαμε να πληρώσουμε πολλά χρήματα σε φύλαξη

• Anastasia (10/5): Ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo. - Ottima posizione centrale vicina a Piazzale Michelangelo. Appartamento molto bello con una terrazza davvero splendida. Tutto ciò per un prezzo onesto. La comunicazione automatizzata su Booking è stata un po' confusa, ma il proprietario era disponibile e veloce nelle risposte, qundi direi che mi è piaciuto tutto.

• IULIIA (10/5): - Comfortable, very nice 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet location. Walking distance to the city center is 7-10 minutes. There is a free parking place nearby. Two terraces is facing the courtyard, and there is a very beautiful mimosa tree in spring! Alessandro is a very friendly and helpful host.

La posizione è ottima, comodissima per muoversi e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccezionale: l’appartamento è confortevole, ben tenuto e rispecchia perfettamente quanto descritto. Un vero valore aggiunto è stato il piccolo terrazzino, davvero stupendo. Purtroppo, essendo inverno, non abbiamo potuto sfruttarlo al massimo, ma è facile immaginare quanto possa essere piacevole nei periodi più miti: perfetto per fare colazione all’aperto o rilassarsi. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio: un posto davvero eccezionale in cui tornerei senza esitazione.
• VALERIA (9/5): A charming place to stay! - Charming little 'old fashion' house in a beautiful building. Quiet place in a quiet part of Florence. We have like the authentic style of the 'piccola casa'. The weather was very cold but the house was warm and confortable. Charming beautiful bedrooms with terrace. Feeling of the house was lovely! and Alessandro the host very attentive. A Nespresso KF machine maybe. welcome..and few litlle things to be fixed.

• Lidia (9/5): - Apartamento con carácter situado cerca de los puntos de interés turístico de Florencia pero al otro lado del río,con lo que se gana en tranquilidad para poder disfrutar de sus dos terrazas. Personal super atento y amable. Por poner una pega, hubiéramos agradecido una segunda lámpara de mesilla para leer por las noches.

• Tanya (8/5): - Great location, easy to get in and out after we figured out the virtual key. The host was always available to answer questions and answered texts in a timely manner. Very cute garden patio. Nothing really. It was in an apartment complex so with kids we felt like we had to be quieter, but we had no issues or complaints (that we know of)!
• Kuolaite (10/5): Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Florenz - Original toskanisches Flair, die Aussicht zum Garten mit Granatapfelbäumen und schönen Pflanzen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet: von Seife, Waschmitteln bis Mückenschutzmitteln. Die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit des Besitzers der Ferienwohnung!! Unser Aufenthalt fand Anfang November statt und abends brauche man die Wohnung schon zu heizen. Nach paar Minuten war die ganze Wohnung sehr angenehm warm.

The location is excellent, close to everything but in a peaceful area. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more special. Alessandro was the best host :-) There was very good communication with him (Booking, WhutsApp). Croissants for first breakfast were delicious. We could leave our luggage longer. Bting mosquito spray as there are no screens, but the jasmine smells too good to close the windows. Mosquitos (to he fair, im sensitive, they didnt bother my husband as much)

L'hôte est plus qu'à la hauteur de son superbe appartement. Grâce à ses petites intentions, sa disponibilité, avant et après le séjour. Absolument rien.. Tout était parfait.

• Lara (10/5): Truly exceptional stay - This is truly an exceptional property with an even more exceptional host. I wish I could rate them higher than a 10. The apartment is gorgeous, had everything we needed, and both (large!) bedrooms have lovely garden views with doors leading out to the beautiful balcony, which is covered with greenery and flowers and feels very private. This is in addition to a little deck/outside area off of the kitchen. Everything about the apartment was beautiful and comfortable, and there was a laundry machine I used several times (there's a drying rack in the outside space off the kitchen). Alessandro was by far the best host we came across in all our travels. What a kind and thoughtful man! He had snacks and wine waiting for us, and the kitchen was stocked with coffee and a big jar of cookies. He always answered our questions via WhatsApp within minutes, and when we had an issue with the hot water, he came over right away and fixed it. He also surprised us with an Easter cake that he left by the door for us, and when we checked out he helped us with our luggage and getting a taxi, and he gave my daughter and I each a beautiful scarf. Would love to stay here again. Finding the apartment and parking (we rented a car and drove there) was a little tricky, but Alessandro was in communication with us and helped at every step, including meeting us outside the apartment and getting into our car and driving with us to find parking.

I see people complaining a bit about parking but honestly it's just 5 minutes away from the apartment, but I would recommend first to unload your car and then go parking
• Glenn (10/5): Exceptional - What a wonderful two night stay at Casa Quaratesi. A beautiful Florentine apartment away from the noise of the city but a close walk to all the historic sites and a few wonderful, local restaurants. Alessandro was, by far, the most attentive host we had the pleasure of meeting during our two week vacation Italy--surprising us with fruits, pastries and a lovely bottle of wine. He even brought extra fans to the apartment to help with the July heat. I cannot say enough about our stay in Florence.
• Marriott (9/5): Had a great stay. Would recommend - Great location. Host was lovely. Breakfast was fine and facilities/ beds were comfy too. Found it a bit hot and didn’t know how to use the cooling system. Maybe fly screens on windows as bugs were let in.

• Tulgar (10/5): Great place to live :) - Beautiful place to stay if you are not accommodate Italian home before. Very close to historic place on foot. You can park car easily which host will suggest you(6 min walk to home). Alessandro surprise us with wine and breakfast in the mornin. Enjoy balcony!

• Marcelo (10/5): Perfect host and great apartment - Alessandro is the perfect host, the view from the bedrooms (backyards with lots of green) is amazing, everything was clean, comfortable and very easy. We liked everything about the property, just a warning about 4G signal in front of the building: upon arrival we should use a link to open the front door and none of us with Vodafone had signal to be able to open it. So I'd recommend you save Alessandro's details on your phone before getting there. When I finally could load his number I called him and he immediately opened the door.

He provided digital door access and recommended a list of cafes and restaurants nearby in advance. On our last day, he even brought us a set of fresh pastries early in the morning which was a pleasant surprise. Excellent location and will definitely recommend this apartment to all my friends. • Rick (10/5): Excellent. We will come back here! - Alessandro is a great host! He personally came to give us the keys and a tour through the appartement. I could contact him any time if neccessary. He made sure we had a wonderful time. He personally makes sure that everything and anything is in order. The appartment itself is great: typically Fiorentin, just across the Arno river at the same level as the city centre. It only takes you a ten minute walk to be in the medieval city centre. Nothing. It was excellent. We will be back in the future, and Alessandro's appartement will be our first choice!
• Jacqueline (10/5): Lovely Firenze apartment - felt like home! - Wonderful apartment! It was very spacious and comfortable for a couple. The outdoor areas were plentiful and very pleasant. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies so that we could have cooked if we wanted to. It gave us the sensation that we were true European residents, even though we were really only staying a couple nights! The host thought of everything, and we were very appreciative of the extra goodies! He even brought us pastries for breakfast the morning we left! Communication was excellent and conducted in English. The location was great, too, being close to the river, a few blocks away from restaurants in either direction, close to the Piazzale Michelangelo, and not too far from Ponte Vecchio. We also felt safe in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Firenze : ) We were driving a rental car, so we had the extra hassle of finding parking. You don't get to park on the same street as the apartment, so it is just a little bit of a trek. Thankfully, we lucked into finding a spot on the next street over (thanks to helpful tips from the host) and we packed relatively light. We did have to circle the streets a bit when we got there to scope out a spot, so just try to remember to be patient! Obviously, this is no fault of the host's and can be a common issue in European cities in general, but I wanted to mention it as a heads-up. If you're not driving, this really won't be an issue.
• Adrian (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very charming, private, clean, and comfortable located on a lovely street from where one can easily access the city sites on foot. The host is very hospitable, pleasant and helpful. We loved everything about it and we will definitely go back next time in Florence. Although the apartment is cool and airy the lack of a.c made it hard to sleep at the end of a hot day until it had a chance to cool.
• Ian (10/5): Great place to stay in Florence - This is a very nice traditional apartment in a great location. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment is full of character and well maintained. It has two small terraces, with room for 4 people to sit out and chat with some very friendly neighbours if you want to. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything you need. Alessandro is a great host, very helpful, he gave us some good recommendations for where to eat, and left us a nice bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and one day a tray of fresh croissants which were delicious. Can highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Florence, and if we come back to Florence we will look to stay here again. Air con would be useful, but as this is a traditional apartment then it was not a big issue, as it is designed to enable a throughflow of air.

• Susan (10/5): Marvellous and we wanted to stay longer. Good wifi and access to a smart Tv - Casa Quaratesi was a beautiful apartment just a little away from the Ponte Vecchio. We had been supplied with digital door access. Alessandro, Our host was there when we arrived but the apartment was not quite ready so Alessandro accompanied us to a cafe nearby where we had lunch then he came to collect us. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Very quaint and spotlessly clean with little garden balconies off the kitchen and roomy bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea, yoghurts and breakfast toasts, a panettone and also fruit. There was also a lovely bottle of Tuscan wine. To our surprise, the next morning upon waking, we found a package of 6 beautiful pastries on our door. Amazing service and friendliness. Beautiful artwork throughout. We wanted to stay longer and will definitely recommend to all our friends. Thank you so much Alessandro. Nothing
