Lovely kitchen and balcony. Comfortable beds. Easy access. The broken toilet seat and the shower head holder does not work. It would’ve been cool to have a kettle but they’re not very common in Italy we know! The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in some areas.

- Rosita (7/5): Fonctionnel et agréable - La situation du logement avec le tramway accès direct pour le centre ville (T1)et un seul changement facile pour l’aéroport (puis T2)avec une amplitude horaire de 5 h à 2 h du matin . La propreté du logement et des serviettes et de la literie. Cette dernière est confortable . Des dosettes de café sont mis à disposition ainsi que du sucre , du sel du vinaigre et de l’huile d’olive et du film transparent pour emballer . Des multiples prises sont à disposition au si bien en bas qu’à l’étage. Et un système contre les moustiques est disponible et utile à l’étage ainsi que des ventilateurs si besoin. L’appartement est cosy , décoré avec goût et fonctionnel. Assez calme car un bon double vitrage. La chambre donne sur une rue secondaire de circulation. Un supermarché est juste en bas de la rue et ouvre jusqu’à 20 h30. Un petit restaurant familial exceptionnel et pas cher se situe juste au dessus de la place du tramway . Sur la place du tramway on peut remplir gratuitement nos gourdes ou bouteilles D’eau plate ou gazeuse à une fontaine 24 h / 24h. Après avoir réglé sur booking la réservation, on reçoit un lien par l’hôte qui vous demande d’aller sur un site pour mettre vos papiers d’identité et les coordonnées de votre carte bancaire dont la clé pour payer la taxe de séjour. A mon arrivée, devant l’appartement j’ai dû attendre que l’hôte valide mon arrivée pour recevoir un lien pour d’évoquer l’entrée (coup de téléphone en italien ou en anglais et mail ) Pas de torchon à disposition pour essuyer la vaisselle, le sèche serviette de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas et cette dernière est humide, si vous lavez du linge il met 3 jours à sécher(signalé à l’hôte qui a dit que la mise en route du sèche serviette était automatique et couplé avec la lumière de la salle de bain ,c’est faux , qu’il passerait dans la matinée voir la problématique, il n’est pas venu! )Peu d’éléments pour faire lavez du linge cuisine ( manque un presse citron ou un véritable couteau par exemple…) le ménage n’est pas fait dans les recoins et derrière les meubles . Attention pour aller dormir accès par escalier en colimaçon difficile pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou âgées.quelques cintres supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus.
- Delphine (8/5): Très bon séjour familial - L'appartement est grand, propre et bien équipé. Il est situé à 2km de la cathédrale ( 30 minutes de marche) mais il y a une station de tram juste à côté. Le supermarché à 100m est un plus pour l'organisation Joli jardin qui complète le lieu La chambre côté rue est mal isolée ( simple vitrage): on entend tous les bruits de la rue. Les oreillers sont peu confortables Dans l'ensemble l'appartement est mal insonorisé: on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l'immeuble.

- ec98685b365473b60f9026c18a96bbd2 (1/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte nell’appartamento La Palma, al piano terra semi-interrato, per la vicinanza all’ospedale di Careggi. L’appartamento è sporco, polveroso e rumoroso. Ci sono quadretti, vasi di vetro e piante di plastica inutili e pieni di polvere ovunque, ma solo un’abat jour per i 4/6 posti letti previsti. Nelle camere, i copriletto e copri materasso sono macchiati e tra i vari guanciali (scomodissimi) a disposizione, solo 3 avevano federe. Nella cucina, con affaccio sul giardino incolto e pieno di zanzare, manca la zanzariera alla porta finestra e i pensili sono vecchi, macchiati di unto e appiccicosi al tatto. Nel bagno, c’è polvere ovunque, persino sullo scaldasalvietta dove volevamo appoggiare gli asciugamani. La porta della doccia è rotta e esce dal binario in alto. I prodotti in omaggio sono una bottiglietta di bagnoschiuma e una di balsamo, formato viaggio, e sufficiente per solo una persona. Purtroppo non ho fatto foto di questo appartamento. Sul sito, infatti, non ci sono le foto della cucina e del bagno di questo alloggio. Eravamo già preoccupati per la visita all’ospedale, questo soggiorno non ha fatto altro che rendere l’esperienza ancora piu ansiosa.

Balcon donnant sur l'arrière du bâtiment avec des petits jardins en bas et des immeubles plus loin, mais pas de vis à vis. Tout est propre. La salle d'eau et les wc à l'étage. Il faut emprunter un escalier en colimaçon, mais c'est faisable. Manque un peu de vaisselle, style bols et une serviette pour s'essuyer les mains en bas à côté de l'évier.

- Beatriz (6/5): - Estaba muy limpio. Detalles agradables de decoración. Las escaleras del loft son de caracol estrechas, empinadas e incómodas. El baño está en la segunda planta, luego hay que subir y bajar las escaleras. La habitación principal está arriba, para coger agua hay que subir y bajar escaleras. La habitación principal da a patio por lo que la estancia más agradable resulta ser la sala de estar que en nuestro caso, hacía de habitación, por lo que hemos dormido tres días en un incómodo sofá cama. El barrio en el que se ubica el apartamento es agradable pero está a media hora andando de la catedral, demasiado paseo. Mi marido pesa cien kilos, subir y bajar por ésas escaleras para usar el baño le ha resultado muy desagradable. Para acceder al baño hay que atravesar la habitación molestando a quien esté durmiendo en ésa habitación. El apartamento puede ser buena opción para un grupo de jóvenes.

- Kono (6/5): - 我喜歡這裡的地點跟治安，門口就是捷運站、旁邊有coop 床鋪跟棉被感覺有點塵蟎，我第一天睡覺時大過敏、讓我一直打噴嚏，照片的花園跟庭院很好看很乾淨，實際上沒有除草，也沒有整理過的感覺，我本來是因為花園才住進這裡的，沒想到跟實際上差很多，我連庭院都不走去開開，因為太多雜草了
- Rosario (2/5): Casa la Vespa o la Sigaretta? - Posizione. Accesso aitonomo alla casa facile con istruzioni precise e semplici da seguire. L'appartamento era impregmato di fumo di sigaretta, la puzza era terribile tanto che non sono riuscito a riposare la notte, mi sono alzato la mattina con una forte emicrania. Purtroppo siamo arrivati tardi alle ore 22.00, in casa non abbiamo trovato neanche una bottiglia d'acqua e abbiamo sofferto la sete oltre la terribile puzza di sigaretta. Suggerisco di modificare il nome dell' alloggio da Casa la Vesta in Casa la Sigaretta! La pulizia era dubbia, abbiamo evitato di sederci sul divano e poltrone. Abbiamo trovato bollitore con latte lasciato forse dal precedente ospite. Asciugamani e tovaglie vissute, andrebbero sostituite. Nel bagno un solo flaconcino di bagnoschiuma, eravamo in due, dovevano essercene almeno 2. La mattina della partenza, non c'era acqua calda, a stento siamo riusciti a lavarci con acqua gelata.

Host gentile e mi ha fatto vedere altri appartamenti come seconda opzione per quando tornerò, check in facile e pratico. La scala dentro era a chiocciola però robusta e sicura, prezzo modico . Niente

- elena (10/5): - There are five separate appointments where there used to be three flats in a two story building with one entrance. We had Casa Vespa on the top floor and Casa Batik on the first floor. Casa Batik was the nicest. Both apartments had full kitchens with big dining room tables. Batik had three separate bedrooms with sleeping space for two people in each room. Vespa had two bedrooms but no door between them, you have to walk through one to get to the other. Beautiful art on the ceiling! Batik had access to a huge private back yard. About 45 minutes walk to the train station or 15-20 minutes by public transit. A grocery store not too far. Nothing can be done about it, but keep in mind that the stairs are steep. Even the first floor and the ground floor have stairs. Once you book an apartment, you can see pictures of that particular apartment. But the pictures for the listing show pictures of all five apartments so it can be a bit confusing.

- Emanuela (10/5): - Appartamenti ben tenuti, puliti e dotatti di tutto il necessario. Ottima la posizione, ben collegata tramite i mezzi di trasporto pubblico collegata centro. Gentilissimo l'host che è riuscito anche a farci trovare i locali pronti un po' in anticipo rispetto all'ora stabilita del check in. Super consigliato! Non ho rilevato nessun problema.

- manuela (7/5): Buona soluzione per pochi giorni - La struttura era vicina ai servizi (tram, bar, supermercato) il divano letto era comodo anche in due. Il letto della camera aveva diverse doghe rotte, si potrebbe fare di meglio per quanto riguarda l’estetica. Molti dettagli sono trascurati. Tutto sommato vale la qualità prezzo.
