• Kara (8/5): Quiet and great location - Close to everything we wanted to see and the train station. Quiet. Host was accommodating to our arrival time change. This is probably a preference thing but the bed was a little hard. Not a big deal for the value.

It had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Bathroom cubicle is very small. There is no washing machine. Cooking utensils are limited and not for elaborate meal preparations.

• Sung (4/5): Not for a summer time - It was close to the venue where I had to go. The location was great, and the landlord was kind. But there were some disappointments. This place has a loft-like extra warehouse where the landlord puts her stuff and uses it as an office, she mentioned. In other words, the part of the main bedroom is divided into two vertical spaces, and you will use the lower part. The air-conditioner was installed inside the loft office. You can use it, but it is not efficient enough. The kitchen is tiny and half-enclosed, and the heat was trapped while cooking. You can fairly sweat cooking in the summertime. Plus, the freezer didn’t work properly. The ice cream melted. It needs to be replaced or at least fixed.

• Karina (7/5): Cosy quiet place in the noisy center of Florence. - Finding a better location would be a challenge; it's a mere five-minute walk from the train station and only 10-15 minutes from the main attractions, yet it remains a haven of tranquility. The apartment is a small, cozy nook, stylishly furnished with everything needed for a short stay. The kitchen is tiny but adequately equipped. The bedroom has a 130 cm wide bed, which can feel snug for two, but the living room's fold-out chairs provide additional sleeping options. We didn't meet the hostess, Rosella, but a lovely neighbor gave us the keys. Rosella was always available via WhatsApp for any inquiries. In all my travels, I've never encountered a shower cabin as tiny as this one. Showering might be a challenge if you're over 30 kg and taller than one meter. We visited at the end of November when the apartment was quite cold. This isn't a fault of the apartment itself; it's more a quirk of local regulations, which only allow heating for 11 hours a day, with the thermostat set to a maximum of 19 degrees Celsius. But it was just 8 degrees Celsius in the daytime and -3 in the night. With allowed settings, it was impossible to stay warm. It was chilly throughout my three-day stay, which unfortunately led to a cold. In the summer, the coolness of the apartment would be a bonus, but if you're visiting in winter, be sure to pack warm sweaters, socks, and slippers, as the tile floors and drafts from the windows and doors can be quite chilly.
