Yataklar, dolaplar, oturma odası, banyo herşeyiyle güzeldi. Isınması çok iyiydi. Tren istasyonuna ve merkeze yakındı. Yürüyerek her yere ulaşmak mümkün. Mutfakta her şey fazlasıyla mevcuttu. Hatta küçük sürpriz hediyeler karşıladı bizi. Atıştırmalıklar ve içecekler için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. 10 puanı sonuna kadar hak ediyor. Tek eksik diyebileceğim şey fırın olabilir. Gerçi mikrodalga fırın mevcut ama yine de fırın da olsa daha da güzel olurdu😊.
• Vanessa (10/5): Maravillosa estadía en Florencia - El alojamiento sin duda es extraordinario, Silvia es increíble, nos dejó todo absolutamente preparado, el apartamento es hermoso y te hace sentir en Italia, Silvia muy atenta y amable y todo está preparado con una delicadeza única, Además tiene cocina con todo lo necesario y tiene calefacción. El alojamiento se encuentra perfectamente ubicado para conocer Florencia a pie y además a 15 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Sin duda volvería. Nada, es todo perfecto.

• Melissa (9/5): Perfect will tell everyone to stay here! - We loved everything! Silvia was amazing welcomed us with her son on day one was flexible with check in time and had left us a little treat. The apartment is beautifully decorated and homely with comfortable beds. Silvia was only ever a message or call away and responded so quickly. By the time we left Silvia felt like family and the kids wanted to move in! Nothing. A washing facility would be good but laundromat just down the road.

• Youkyung (10/5): Wonderful place!!! - Warm and sweet house! Easy check-in, the host waited us and welcomed us!! Thank you for all your help, Silvia! 20 minutes to the Uppizzi by walk, but the street is so beautiful. My mom and I would like to stay here again!!! 15 minutes from the train station, which could be a bit far to walk with suitcases, but it was totally ok, and still I highly recommend this property!!

You reach any location you need in Florence in 5-15 minutes walk. Silvia is brilliant superwoman and can resolve any problem.

I have nothing but good memories for her! Her tips for travel were very helpful. Thanks to her, I could enjoy Firenze more. You not only can use one room but the entire house! It has a terrace, 2 floors, an extra small bed, a well-functioned kitchen(there are lots of things to cook such as oil, salt, and spices). The house is very clean and its interior is also very beautiful. Great location! It’s close to everywhere: the station, sightseeings, markets. Nothing to complain about the house. There is no daily cleaning system. That’s fine with me but I didn’t know the fact and I needed more towels(I stayed 3nights and two towels were offered for each person on the first day and nothing more). I talked to the host and she gave me some.

Our family of five 2 adults, three teens) fit comfortably in this cozy, private, quiet space. Kitchen was like home with spices, oil, and such to use. Silvia was the most helpful host in all of our adventures in Italy. She made reservations at a local restaurant that turned out to be our favorite. Perfecto!

Silvia was very responsive and helpful with lots of recommendations too throughout the stay in Florence. There is real attention to detail in this property, it was very spacious and we absolutely loved our stay here. The bed's were very comfortable and the bedroom was like a chateau. There is a lovely outdoor courtyard to enjoy a quiet, relaxing drink outside. Brilliant location too and very central. Overall, great value for money and would thoroughly recommend here if staying in Florence. N/A. Loved everything.

First, the little house was lovely, with everything you need and in an excellent position with all the main sites and railway station within walking distance. Second was Silvia. How often does a host give you a hug when you arrive? Or a bottle of wine? Her enthusiasm was wonderful. And finally her restaurant recommendation was spot on. This is a very special place to stay. The fact we couldn't stay longer!

We loved it, Silvia was just so lovely, gave my daughter a little gift, prosecco in fridge and a few bits & pieces. Really quiet at night, perfect distance from all the main attractions. My advice is don't think twice about booking, it will just add to your experience. We will be back 😊. Nothing.
• Silke (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved everything about the apartment, including the location. 5 min walking distance from the busy Mercato Centrale area and approximately 10 min from some major historical sights. It's a 10 min walk to the main station (where you also find the tram to the Peretola airport). Cafes and restaurants are just down the street. The apartment had everything we needed, and more. It's tucked away from the streets, with a private little courtyard looking like a green oasis, where you can have peaceful breakfasts. Lovely decorated over two floors, A/C, very comfy beds, spotless clean. It looks even better than in the photos. Silvia is extremely helpful and sweet. She even welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco, cookies, and espresso. Hopefully, we can come back and stay at this beautiful home again in the near future. Thank you!!

• Jamie (10/5): Exceptional - The host is super cute and friendly! Help us with our luggage and give us a tour of the house. Really nice to us and message to check on us to see if we're ok. Would recommend places for us to go to! The whole house smells really good! On the last day, she treat us to coffee at a nearby cafe before we leave too. We had a small chat there and she's so nice + lovely! Location: Near the city centre, easy for us to get around. Room: Clean and cozy. There's a lot of mirrors for us to do our makeup which is a plus point for us girls hahaha. Breakfast: She put a welcome basket in the kitchen for us with bread and biscuits! there's coffee and tea too, also she shared with us how to make traditional Italian coffee which is so cool.

Everything was clean, it had everything we needed, even for cooking, and the house was cozy. The garden also seemed like a nice space to have dinner in the summer or late spring. The location was also pretty close from the center and the bus/train station. It's like having a little taste of what living in Florence looks like.

The apartment was very cutely decorated, the beds were comfortable, & the shower was big. It was set back off the main street so there was no street noise and it had a private patio area for sitting outside. Definitely recommend staying here & will stay here again if we get back to Florence. It was our favorite place that we stayed on our trip to Italy. Nothing

Silvia was the perfect host she helped us with our luggage issues, helped us book a taxi and was always exactly on time to meet us with the keys and when we dropped them back to her. The Christmas decorations were such a nice touch that added to the festive spirit of Florence at this time of year. If you are looking at booking this apartment we would definitely recommend it, we would stay there over and over again!!! Nothing could have been better.

She provided fresh milk when I asked where I could find this at my late arrival There also was a bottle of nice red wine and italian biscotti and choclate cookies waiting at my arrival. The appartment was spotlessly clean and had all I could need and more. Plus I really loved the terass outside! It was a bit chilly in the nights as I stayed in the appartment in late october. I did not want put the heating on, since it would have taken too much electricity if I had used it all the time. Im sure it would have been ok, though.

• Hilde (10/5): Hidden gem in Firenze with super friendly host! - Wauw! What a find! This is truly a hidden gem in Firenze. A spacious appartment with an inner courtyard just 10 min. from the cathedral. The appartment is very tastefully decorated by Silvia and different fragrances greet you in every room. You can see that this is done with love and the utmost care. The kitchen was fully equiped with complimentary snacks, biscuits and even a bottle of wine and water. Coffee, tea, etc. is all present in the kitchen. The bathroom is very modern with a large rainshower and the bedroom is very spacious with a very comfortable bed. We also had a parking space very nearby reserved for us by Silvia at 25€/day (20€/day cash). We cannot thank Silvia enough for her kind hospitality!!!
