- Dianne (9/5): Lots of historical and artisitic sites. Great restaurants and shopping. - A membr of our party arrived before the designated check in time. A rep met her and gave her the key. Then gave her a map and pointed out interesting sites to see. It's 5 flights of steps and the elevator is very slow.

- Tommy (2/5): Bad - Only the location Lift outside and only accommodate 3 pax. So we have to go up the stairs on 4 floor The guy was very rude regarding checkout and just barged in and kick us out. They didn’t make contact before regarding checkout. Very old and not nice
