• Joyce (8/5): - Moraria fácil nesse apart! Bem aconchegante, porém é longe do centro, mas tem ponto de ônibus por perto ! De fácil acesso! Tem supermercado e restaurantes perto também :> O Booking não sinaliza direito sobre os impostos de turistas que são obrigatórios e não estão inclusos quando você paga a estadia, precisa deixar direto com o proprietário! Outra coisa que não gostei é que tem pernilongos no quarto, seria interessante ter uma tomada elétrica para esses insetos!
• Viviane Cristine (9/5): - The overall experience was quite positive and I would stay again there and recommend the apartment. A few details could make the stay even better: a winged drying rack was missing, as well as a microwave. The available towels did not dry very well.

• Alisa Susanu (8/5): - Buena decoracion y equipado con todo lo necesario, muy cerca a todos los puntos turisticos. Los colchones son muy muy duros y poco descansas. Al mismo tiempo dejan la calefaccion durante el dia y de noche la apagan.
• Paola (7/5): Appartamento carino ma non la posizione - Appartamento molto carino e dotato di tutto il necessario. Anche se ci sono 6 posti letto è un ambiente unico quindi da valutare per la privacy. Il centro dista 25 min a piedi ( non 10) o si può prendere la tranvia vicino casa. Parcheggio a pagamento vicinissimo ed economico. La zona non è il massimo.Per le scale c è stato per tutti e tre giorni un odore nauseante. Il palazzo in cui si trova non è un gran che e non c è nemmeno una finestra per arieggiarlo. Ma non è colpa della proprietà.

• Cristian (8/5): Superb orașul, merită vizitat - Localizată aproape de zona centrală, parcare publică lângă, am comunicat foarte ușor cu proprietarul, a răspuns prompt. Lasă de dorit partea de întreținere, pereții de la baie au mucegai, la fel și pe anumite zone din cameră.

• Claudia Paola (9/5): Cómodo y bien ubicado. Ojo con las escaleras 😃 - Un apartamento muy cómodo, pese a las escaleras. camas muy confortables. La host muy amable y resuelve cualquier pregunta super rápido. Esta bien ubicado en una zona tranquila con muchos cafés, cerca de una parada del tranvia T2 y a una calle de un super. La ducha pierde un poco de agua y encharca el piso.

• Mairby (5/5): - Very near to La Republic and it has everything you need. It’s very loud and bright, there are constant sounds coming from the neighbors, air conditioning and street. It’s also a bit spooky and not super clean.

• Tomasz (9/5): Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu.Dziekujemy i pozdrawiamy właścicieli. - Mały przytulny i bardzo dobrze przemyślany układ tego mieszkanka aby w pełni wykorzystać jego niewielką powierzchnię. Wiadomo do wszystkiego można się przyczepić z mojej perspektywy jedynie co nie do końca mi odpowiadało to widok z okien od podwórza i też dziwne rozwiązanie z luksferami w sypialni gdzie jak ktoś zapalał światło na klatce schodowej to też było widać to światło w sypialni ze względu na usytuowanie tuż nad klatką schodową.

The host has been thinking about all that can be used in advance :) Please keep in mind that number 10 is in apposite site of the numbers 1-10 in the street, we spend a lot of time wondering where the place is :))) Nothing, highly recommend.

Hosts left very detailed instructions and useful information, including recommendations. The check in and check out process was very smooth and hassle free. Location was walking distance from bus stops but bear in mind that is not exactly very near downtown Florence.

Extra amenities such as a kitchenette was also fantastic. The beds were not comfortable. The property is right behind a restaurant so it can be a little noisy at night.
