Ann (7/5): Lovely convenient location - Great location for visiting Florence. You are close enough to the city centre to walk to all the main attractions without being amongst all the crowds so it’s nice and quiet at night. There are plenty of places to eat literally at your doorstep with a great vibe. Thanks to Stefania’s daughter Nimoe for being so responsive to an issue with the shower- all resolved with ease. Check in was straightforward. Not a dislike as such but if you are tall like my husband remember to duck as you go in and out of the apartment!!
Fajer (7/5): It was very comfortable and located in an amazing area. The host was helpful and responded to my questions/messages - It’s located in a beautiful area. The design was nice. It also included a washing machine and a mini kitchen which were useful. The apartment was a bit dirty when I checked in and some things were damaged and needed maintenance
Valerie (10/5): Great place stay here! - Location is amazing and close to everything. Loved the patio for our wine and bread times. The host was fast in responding and very easy to check in. We were able to leave our car in a parking garage that is only 10 minutes away for 30 euros a day. I would stay here again! I liked everything. I don’t know why this place got negative reviews in the past. The bathroom is standard size for Europe. Not humid at all. Good internet. The place has everything you need.

Manas (4/5): Disappointing - The location - the owner wanted the exact time of arrival - when I gave a range, she asked me to take the keys from some number lock on the street. The pics were misleading and I ended up in the wrong building. The owner didn't answer my phone calls during check in - city tax is paid at the time of Check-in. In this case, she didn't give details of the check in procedure until I paid her city tax via PayPal. Moreover, she asked me not to write city tax in the PayPal transfer comments - the apartment is damp and, dark. The pics are a lot nicer - the bathroom is very small and inconvenient - not worth the price at all
Brian (9/5): This apartment and host would be one of our recommendations for any couple. - Overall, my partner and I had an exceptional time at this apartment. It had everything we needed in a very desirable location with plenty of amenities around the area. We were very impressed with the stay. The apartment was clean, and it had many of the essentials such as basic spices, cookware, cleaning supplies, etc. The small village right next to it had places for coffee, dinner, wine, and a large grocery store was only 10-15 walk away. My only complaint is that there was a bit of difficulty getting into the building in the first place. The building is a bit confusing as the even- and odd-numbered doors are not intuitive to figure out (to me at least). However, it only added 10-15 minutes onto our check in, which was totally fine.
Damir (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful place! I am very pleased that I chose it for my vacation in Florence. I highly recommend it to everyone! Great location, just a little walk and you are already at Michelangelo Square, which offers an incredible view of Florence. Thank you for such comfort, little things in the interior and a beautiful terrace! I love Florence!
