• Christina (9/5): Sehr angenehm! - Der freundliche, unkomplizierte und schnelle Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Die Ausstattung der Küche und der Zimmer. Es wäre sicherlich von Vorteil, wenn es Adapter für die Steckdosen für Geräte aus Deutschland geben würde. Zum Glück hatten wir selbst mitgebrachte Adapter für unsere Geräte.
• Eileen (9/5): Quaint, clean, relaxing apartment to stay in. - Cleanliness and quirky style of the apartment. The stairs with heavy suitcases to the apartment. Thought the property was a house not an apartment.
• Paulette (6/5): If the smell hadn’t been there, the stay would have been very nice - It was very cute and clean The main bed was very comfortable There was an awful smell in the apartment -mold or sewer smell

• Kristina (7/5): Good - The host is very friendly, he even bought a baby crib for us, the beds are comfortable. Near to the bus station. Unfortunately it's not baby friendly, there's no elevator and the stairs are a lot to climb couple of times per day with baby stroller. The location was to far from the city central around 30min by walking. I think it's OK but definitely not with baby.
• Colin (9/5): Florence September 2024 - Genuine Italian feel. From the great big front door to the lovely brick ceilings. Public transport was easily accessible and nearby as were local restaurants, shops and bars.
• Fernanda (8/5): Very good - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s in a great location, slightly away from the city center but still super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and a bus stop just a short walk away. The apartment was comfortable and well-kept. Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely stay again. we would suggest providing a bit more toilet paper and at least a bottle of water in the fridge.
• David (8/5): Very good - Lovely rustic set up. Very clean, tidy and easy accommodation to enjoy. It is based a little bit away from most Florence activities and restaurants, especially walking during summer heat and transport isn’t great in Florence. Toilet / shower configuration.

• Valentina (8/5): Florence is just simply wonderful, we enjoyed our stay. - Location and very cute decor. Putrid smell in the bathroom. No parking space.
• Carlos (10/5): Cozy, comfortable apartment that has everything you need for a short stay - Easy to access, comfortable beds in both bedrooms and property had all appliances that could be useful for a short stay (i.e. washing machine, hairdryer, heaters, TVs in both bedrooms). Also good the access to public transport with a bus stops at 100 meters from the apartment that can took you to the city center easily. All good and I recommend. All good, no downsides.

• Monica (9/5): A clean, quiet apartment. Perfect for a Florence trip! - Interesting, individually furnished, clean and quiet apartment. Good location, with the bus around the corner you can quickly get to the city center. In the immediate vicinity, unfortunately, no exciting restaurants, but you have to enjoy the fantastic ice cream at „Badiani Gelato“ (about 7 min walk). More choice of good places to eat or a nice cafe for breakfast just nearby would have been nice.
• Selena (7/5): Price isn’t matching the quality of stay - too expensive for what it offers. - Clean and good location Extremly low ceiling (if you’re above 190cm you’re in problem), only one wine glass, thin walls so you can hear everything from other appartments, small bathroom, just 2 windows in whole appartment
• Carmen (9/5): A little Gem with a comfortable feel - The apartment was comfortable and although small it was very suitable. Taxi from the station approx 10-15 mins in traffic. Nice fresh sheets, good size shower, enough towels for our stay, the kitchen had plenty of nice crocery pots and pans. Security was excellent and local shops and bakery, supermarket , chemist walkable few minutes distance. To get to the Duomo area and city surrounds you can take a bus- very very close..the ticket purchase point is close too....or comfortably walk 20-25 minutes. The ice cream shop was delicious and very popular. Nice area away from the crowded tourist spots. The host Lorenzo was great..helpful and very responsive. I would definitely recommend Luxury Florence House as a stay. We had a long stay and it met our needs. No lift so you do have to carry luggage up flights of stairs. Bus timetables vary and sometimes take alternative routes so plan ahead and give yourself time to wait. Eventually you do get where you need to be. No lift to the apartment.

• Cheryl (10/5): Wonderful home, great host, e would definitely stay again. - we loved the look of the home. the neighborhood was quiet. there are restaurants and shopping close by. It wasn’t full of tourist it was like hanging out with local friends. taxis do not want to come out from the city center.
• Dmitrij (8/5): Very good - very nicely decorated. Lovely interiors. Fairly good locations. Communication with the owner was very easy. little natural light. Shampoo/shower gel was not available. big towels were less than need for 4 people. the 2nd bed is too small for two grown ups.

Easy to reach any attractions by foot (15-20 min walk - good exe - Location is in a desirable residential area (not touristy), yet one can easily walk to the center of Florence if desired. Clean and comfortable property. no issues.

• Ramon (8/5): just what you need for sleeping, and resting - very good character nice and beautiful inside just what you need and nothing more bus stop a block away close to a few restaurants and grocery stores very secured with the door code, and in good neighborhood. Location far away from center people not very friendly around the hotel, no one wiling to help in any questions restaurants close early, need to get your dinner very early if you plan to stay various days, buy extra tickets for the bus, in case nearby places are close

• Ana (1/5): this was my very worst experience with booking or any other housing platform - everything was quite new and it had AC - claustrophobic space. it’s not a flat, but an in between floors thing. no windows in the kitchen - flat invaded at 9h30! the owner release the code of the flat and agreed with early check in with the following clients without informing us! I was leaving the shower when a guy just walked in the flat with the code - far from everything. only his connection or half hour walk from the city - bad internet. I’ve explicitly asked about internet because I had some work to do and my brother had some meetings. we stayed hours without internet and the owner saying he was at work and could not help me. he gave my contact to someone else and this person started to ask me to do stuff with the modem for troubleshooting with the modem over distance
