• Anne Merazzi (7/5): Très bon emplacement dans la ville et personnel très accueillant. - La poignée de la porte de l'appartement était cassée à l'intérieur et il n'était pas possible de fermer la porte de l'intérieur. On pouvait entrer dans l'appartement, mais pas fermer la porte de l'appartement. A 21h00, le personnel a été très réactif et nous a trouvé une autre location pour la nuit, le temps de réparer. Le système d'ouverture des portes par téléphone portable. Peu de réseau dans la rue, il faut s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois. Si votre téléphone n'a plus de batterie ou tombe, vous ne pouvez plus entrer...

• Francesco (5/5): C'è molto di meglio - - Location: centrale, vicino alla stazione e al centro storico. - Nessun rumore, si dorme abbastanza bene. - Host: ho dovuto far avviare una controversia tramite booking solo per permettermi di utilizzare il divano letto in quanto sebbene fosse incluso nella lista dei servizi compresi nell'appartamento, l'host voleva farmi pagare un supplemento di 15 euro, non menzionato da nessuna parte in fase di prenotazione. - Location: sebbene centrale è in un vicolo con una costante puzza di urina e con gente poco raccomandabile. Non lo consiglierei a donne che viaggiano da sole. - Ad aggravare il punto precedente, la porta che dà sulla strada è difettosa e non sempre si chiude, permettendo a potenziali malintenzionati di entrare all'interno delle scale. - La porta del bagno non si chiude. - Il tappo dello scarico del bidet è difettoso e non ne permette il riempimento. - L'anta dell'armadio non si apre, non permettendo di utilizzarlo.

• cristina (8/5): - Ottima posizione, per chi come noi è arrivata con mezzi pubblici e per la vicinanza con i luoghi “iconici” di Firenze. Comodo il servizio deposito bagaglio vicino all’appartamento. L’orario in cui lasciare la stanza, alle 11. Avrei preferito un paio di ore in più.

Porta de entrada do apartamento não abre completamente, o que prejudica a passagem de bagagens maiores e pode comprometer a passagem de pessoas obesas ou de grandes dimensões corporais. Local do banho (chuveiro) também é pequeno.

• Shamanth (10/5): - Awesome apartment! Friendly staff with great recommendations to explore the city. They have implemented a new feature to check-in online with a tap on your phone. It works great as long as your phone is functioning and has an active data plan.

Location is excellent though some junkies outside , we walked to and from the train station and all the attractions are within walking distance. Lots of options on restaurants and coffee Also there is a supermarket near by They only gave us 2 towels for 2 adults and 2 children (3 nights) Host was very rude, we overstayed (20minutes) as we had a lat minute issue this our children and they came in banging on the door and yelling. Apartment door is very narrow, we had to go sideways to get in as the door wouldn’t open fully (only half of the door opens) If you have pram (as we did) the stairs can be a challenge. There were junkies openly using outside

• Laura (8/5): Esperienza da ripetere e struttura che consiglierei. - Posizione eccezionale. Casa pulita e accogliente. Collabora con parcheggio privato vicino a 25€ al giorno e nonostante la ZTL ti permette di arrivare in auto in centro. No balcone, no macchinetta del caffè.

• Juan Sebastian (10/5): - L'appartement, il est proche du centre historique. Nous nous sommes déplacés à pied. Il est proche de la station de train. Je crois aussi qu'il est proche de la terminale d'autobus. L'intérieur est un voyage dans le temps. Il est très agréable ! Les gens qui passent la nuit et s'assoient sur la rue de l'appartement.

• Ivaylo (5/5): A place to forget. - The only real advantage of this place is its location. Everything is 5-10 minutes away. Alex, the property manager, was very polite and suggested some great places to visit. The place doesn't look like the pictures. It's dark, old and time has taken its toll on this apartment. The only new thing in there is the bathroom, but it's very small and we had trouble opening/closing the door. The entrance door is very tight, you'll have trouble entering with a backpack inside, let alone a stroller.

• Ravneet (10/5): Wonderul stay. - Wonderful property. Location was excellent. The bedroom curtains should be darker to block the external light coming in. But it was still a wonderful stay.

If the curtain in the bed room can be changed to a dark color, it will be great. The street light is a kind of too bright at night. We cannot close the shutters of the bedroom windows.

• Orna (7/5): Lovely space, bad luck with street noise - Great location, large space, loved the washing machine, bed was very comfortable. Despite being a small and quiet street there seemed to be a bit of a loud party going on on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights well into 3am, and the windows of the apartment were not well insulated so the noise was quite disturbing.

• Gary (7/5): Great location but very noisy. - Very comfortable bed, large lounge area. Very clean. Very small shower. The street outside was extremely noisy, 3 nights out of 4 we were constantly kept awake until 4.30am by screaming and shouting from large groups of people we believe were leaving a restaurant opposite and doors of adjacent buildings slamming shut. Also woken up at 6am by deliveries of clean towels and bedding in large metal cages being wheeled into the building opposite, directly outside the bedroom window. Not the fault of the landlord but take earplugs as our sleep was greatly disrupted, even with a very comfortable bed.

The apartment given to us was on 1st floor with very narrow stairs and they did not mention that there is no lift which was really problem for me and my wife as we have knee issues, also they have setup temp by their own on 20 deg so we feel cold than I ask to the guy he said you can change manually for 3 hours only which is really bad.
• Cryan (5/5): satisfied ,but would move closer to the center of Florence, if I brought kids ,next time . - location was great for the train station the area was not the nicest at night . plenty of homeless around/rubbish, although we didn't feel threatened ever .More of a scare for the kids . the bedroom had a very bad smell and the windows were paper thin ,which was not ideal with the streets been so loud at night due to the bars around the are.

• Donna (9/5): Centrally located with everything you need within walking distance. - Located centrally between Santa Maria Novella station and all the attractions in the historical area. Walking distance to everything. Apartment had everything I needed. Laneway well lit up at night. As a solo female traveller I felt safe staying here. Apartment is exactly as shown in pictures. The apartment is very dark and doesn’t get a lot of natural light. The shower is long and narrow making it hard to move around. There can be some noise if people talking out in the laneway at night. Apartment is on first floor and stairs are narrow so if you have a big heavy suitcase be prepared for that.

• Brian (9/5): Beautifully presented spacious one bedroom apartment - We stayed 4 nights in this spacious clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment. A narrow stairway leads to the first floor apartment and upon opening the front door reveals a lovely presented decor with a range of amenities including washing machine, full sized refrigerator and good wifi. We liked the outdoor clothes drying line setup. We were pleased to be able to drop our luggage at the nearby reception office prior to the apartment being ready for us. Alex at reception was extremely helpful and attentive, making us feel most welcome. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood within easy walking distance to main Santa Maria Novella train station. We enjoyed our stay at Novella Benedicta. No dishwasher, no conventional oven or toaster as advertised, however did not affect us as we got by with the microwave oven, gas cooktop and benchtop toaster-oven appliance. No face washers supplied for the bathroom and the shower is very narrow restricting movement.
