• RICARDO (9/5): - O apartamento é bem localizado, limpo e fomos recebidos muito bem pela Lucrezia, que nos explicou tudo e sempre ficou disponível para nos ajudar. Outro ponto positivo é a máquina de lavar roupa e secar, que foi muito útil durante a nossa estadia. O principal ponto negativo é a existência de um único molho de chaves, que contém a chave do portão, da porta do apartamento e da energia. Umas das noites desistimos de sair à noite porque a minha sogra estava muito cansada e precisava ficar no apartamento. Como corria o risco de chegarmos e ela nao escutar o telefone, poderíamos ficar de fora noite a dentro, de modo que optamos por não sair.
• Monika (8/5): - Unser Zug hatte Verspätung, worauf der Zeitpunkt für die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert angepasst wurde. Das Appartement ist top eingerichtet, sehr grosszügig bemessen und liegt sehr zentral. Es war kalt im Appartement, was offenbar gesetzlichen Bestimmungen geschuldet ist, wonach aktuell noch nicht geheizt werden darf.
• Matt (10/5): Very well-equipped apartment just 15 minutes walk from major attractions - We were very comfortable at Casa Giusti Firenze and enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped apartment – an excellent base for exploring Florence. As the photos make clear, the accommodation does not have many windows, but the space itself is lovely. One point I'd like to make is that the owner obviously cares about the guest's opinions. Previous reviews mention issues but these have since been addressed, so for example there is now an iron and tea towel. The Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze is just 10 minutes walk away. Is it worth the queue for David? Absolutely, he is beautiful in the flesh :) Tip for travellers: come by train (or tram) and try not to bring wheeled suitcases, the bumpy streets really don't like them. Nothing to do with the accommodation, but heading back from the busy city centre in the evening felt a little uncomfortable since the streets become very quiet for the last five minutes of the walk. The nearest grocery shops are about 10 minutes away.

• Claire (10/5): Spacious apartment in a great location - Great location. Walking distance to all the main sites. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Spacious apartment with two full bathrooms. Quiet. Good communication with the host on arrival plans. If you are driving I suggest using the out of town park and tram.. Lack of clear recycling instructions. Lack of privacy for bedroom overhanging the kitchen. Stair lights keep coming on when anyone moves in the living area. One set of keys including power cut off. Our adult daughter was left in darkness when we left her to go out and about. The whole group has to be in or all out of the apartment at any one time.

The apartment is spacious and clean and in a perfect location. Would definitely return. Everything was perfect... except I would suggest to chuck in a tea towel for the kitchen, so we had to use a small towel (or the four of us were blind and couldn't find one you may have provided haha!)

• Shiva (8/5): Very good - Responsiveness of host The shower door in the top floor did not shut properly and water got out onto the entire bathroom floor. It was extremely messy and we were looking for mops to clean it up and dry the floor (surprisingly they used hardwood for the shower upstairs).
• Ashley (7/5): The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The things that weren’t perfect for us might not be an issue for another fam - The apartment was exceptionally clean, all the amenities were up to date and it was easily accessible to everything. Some other reviews mentioned that there was only one key and that the power turned off when you left the apartment. I didn’t think this would be an issue but we travelled with our two older sons who wanted to go places at different times which made it difficult since there was only the one key. Also, power being turned off includes the refrigerator/freezer. If you plan on traveling as a group that might want to split up or you plan on keeping many perishables in the refrigerator, these are two things to consider. The only other issue we had was in regards to the number of beds. The listing stated that it had two twin beds and a queen bed which I took to thinking the two twin beds were located in the loft area. There was actually a queen bed in the loft area. Our two sons are now too big to share a bed so this wasn’t ideal. Thankfully the property manager we dealt with was able to reach out to someone to have the sofa bed made up for us (which he did right away which we appreciated.) But, because of the bed situation, we had less space to spread out as a family.

It is perfectly situated, close to the center and away from the tourist craziness. I also loved the fact that there was someone to answer our questions and to receive us personally Fillippo was always available Short term rentals have become very impersonal and this made a difference
• Victoria (8/5): Great stay in a quiet and quaint location! - We liked how modern this stay was. The host was great! Very helpful! This stay was in a great area. Not too far from downtown. Cool restaurants nearby. There's a dog park nearby too. The only thing we didn't like about this day was how the air conditioning unit wasn't pumping enough air out. We even open the window in the living room and it was still pretty warm. We're American so we're just used to central air lol for others they might be fine in this situation.
• Kevin (10/5): Great place ~ definitely stay again if on our own. - Location wasn’t in the middle of the town but we liked that. Only a short walk to the centre. I didn’t have an iron. They said it was for safety reasons but you could take your own iron. Ideal for a family but not ideal for two couples as privacy wasn’t ideal, second bedroom was open plan on a mezzanine. We only stayed 3 nights so we could cope with that. Automatic lighting on the stairs was a bit annoying as it automatically lit up the mezzanine area.

• Regina (9/5): Beautiful clean apartment, walkable to everything! - Impeccably clean, spacious modern apartment. Great location, quiet but easily walkable to all the attractions. My only complaint about this wonderful property is that the keys are all connected and must be plugged in to the wall for the electric to be on. This is not uncommon but it was inconvenient for us when only part of our group wanted to go out and I stayed back. I had to wait up for them to let them In the gate and the apartment. Also the a/c goes off when you’re gone, so it took a bit to cool off the back bedroom every time we returned. Really that’s my only complaint and it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. Just something to be aware of if you have people in your group that want to go off on their own frequently.
• Anonymous (9/5): Overall we had a great stay and recommend this property. - Very clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. An instruction sheet on how to use the clothes dryer would have been helpful. It is a condenser dryer that has a water tray that needs to be emptied for clothing to be dried effectively. I have never seen this type of dryer in the US. The cleaning people did not empty the tray, so the first time we used it our clothes remained wet. Thanks to Google, we were able to figure it out.
• Diana (8/5): Comfortable apartment for a family of four. - Easy to communicate with the apartment’s assistant manger. Diana was very helpful in helping us find a market near by and calling a taxi for us on check out day. The electricity went out a few times and we would have to good outside to the breaker box to reset. Also, no iron for clothes.

• Liz (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Florence. - Beautiful flat! Very clean. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Great location with a gated front walk and close to restaurants, caffès, and a large park. Host had a quick response and was attentive. Nothing. We would love to book this property again.
• Mona (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a quiet location. Perfect for myself and 2 adult daughters. - The apartment looked like it had been renovated and was beautiful. The location was great, away from the crowds but not a far walk from tourist attractions. Also, Tommaso was so helpful when we had trouble arranging transportation. Everything was wonderful. Just be aware that there is a key to the electricity on the key ring which cannot be removed from the ring. It might mean a little coordination if you are a few people not always on the same schedule.

We also loved that it is not in the center and close to the park, perfect with the kids. We either walked or used the bus. Best accommodations we had during the trip to Italy!

Cozy. Huge tv screen. AC installed. Can't think about anything, everything was really amazing. Neighbours could be a bit quieter, but you can't control the neighbours right?
