- Pedro (6/5): Mas pequeño de lo que parece en fotos. - Esta bastante cerca de una estacion de tranvia y se llega rapido al centro. No tenia microhondas y el piso es muy oscuro, entra poca luz por las ventanas y hacia un poco de frio, el aireacondicionado no era capaz de calentar la estancia.

- Guest (8/5): - Appartamentino grazioso e con tutti i confort necessari, a 5 minuti dalla fermata del tram che porta in centro in 10 minuti. Silenzioso e pulito. Ottima doccia e buon materasso. Da tenere in considerazione per un futuro. Sarebbe da mettere una tenda oscurante in camera, visto che non ci sono le tapparelle.

Well equiped with everything you can think of like hair dryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, laundry drying rack etc. Conveniently located just a few tram stops from all the main attractions. - Marolia (5/5): Not pleasant 😕 - The location is not good very lonely road ....no proper land mark given by the owner .....the keys were left in a box outside no one was there to guide us for check in and check out .....lady was on the phone and responded when I called her Nor a pleasant stay .....wouldn't recommend far better places to stay in a beautiful city of Florence.....she wanted us to pay the city tax by just leaving the amount on the table with the keys ......we can't do this would have liked to have a personal interface with the owner as promised at the time of booking

Excellent fast communication from the lovely host with very clear instructions on how to get in, details for nearby parking and where to eat. Clean and tidy, property felt secure. A little further out than we had hoped to be, but an easy walk into the centre.

- Yuan (8/5): Convenient, clean and quiet - Traffic transportation is good. Air conditioned. Parking fee is really high on the street and even private garage. Though there is a kitchen but no knives, forks and cutting board.

Hot water was a problem all the days of our stay as only Hot water was sufficient only for 2 people to take shower. The Induction cooker was locked on the first day and was unable to operate.
