• Jens (9/5): Super central, clean, and easy apartment for a Florence city trip - The apartment is super central, right in the busy area. Everything is within walking distance, so for an intense 2,3 days of exploring Florence, it is perfect. Everything was clean and communication was perfectly easy. No possibility to store luggage after checkout to bridge some time until takeoff in Florence. It would've saved us quite the trouble if that would have been possible. That is a minor thing so still a 9/10!
• Mariola (7/5): Lovely location, helpful and responsive host. - Location Needs to be redecorated as some of the walls were quite scruffy/scratched. Also the mezzanine balustrade was not sturdy. Mezzanine was very dark as no windows.
• קרן (5/5): nice property not well maintained - the location is very very close to everything, there is a small supermarket close and downstairs there are a lot of shops and food. the owner was responsive and tried to answer our questions and wishes. the rooms are big. the house is very dark. the airconditions make loud noise and there were a lot of mosquitos. the coffie maxhin was broken, there were no cleaning matirials and very few pots and pans for cooking. when arrived the house seemed not clean and there was sope left in the shower. there is a small toster oven and it was not clean as well. the beds were very soft, o.k for my husband very bas for me. the hardest thing was that the windows are facing the street which was noisy even trough the night making it very hard to sleep the garage that the owner directed us to, was very close but also costly and there was no discount offerd to the people that he directed there.

• Geoff (8/5): Very good - Awesome location. Kitchen set up has everything you need. Bathrooms were a good size. Staff were very helpful and easily contactable. Street noise quite bad. Kitchen chairs need something on the bottom of the legs to stop the scraping noise on the floor. Another mirror and a small couch might be nice. No working TV in our bedroom.

• Thomas (7/5): Good - Good location, easy communication and check in. Nice bathrooms with hot showers. No sitting space, we got big bites in the apartment. Difficult to sleep with all the noise late into the night.
• Rdz (10/5): The best place in Florence for 3 couples. - I liked everything, especially the location: meters away from Piazza della Signoria. The rooms are big and have everything you could need. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Kitchen is very easy to use. The bathrooms are large and nice. Wifi is excellent. I liked everything.
