• Maria (10/5): This was just marvellous. We very much plan to stay here again. Thank you, Valeriano and Sabrina! - The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were enormously helpful and kind. For example, the apartment is reached by stairs, and Valeriano helped me with my huge suitcase. We were in Florence for a course in Italian, and Valeriano was very willing to be a very patient interlocutor in Italian. The apartment is just beautiful and very well equipped. The location is terrific, especially for longer stays, as it's very peaceful. We stayed for 2 weeks. It was really easy to get into the city by bus, and the location was wonderfully quiet with a marvellous view onto spectacular trees. There was nothing we did not like!

• Stephanie (10/5): A Quaint Apartment with Helpful Hosts - The location was peaceful and the apartment was beautifully laid out and decorated. Our hosts, Valeriano and Sabrina, were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing for and thinking of even the little things. We would highly recommend this apartment to any others looking to explore Florence with a quiet, quaint base to come back to. The bed in the master room was a little uncomfortable, but we understand this is also a matter of personal preference.
• Wittich (10/5): - The rooms were spacious and very clean. Nothing was left out, it was a very well equipped apartment. The hosts were very friendly and helped with details that are hard to come by online. Bus service is a few meters away and 10 minutes to the historic centre. And the hosts provided bus info, another helpful issue they helped with.

• Meagan (8/5): Stay was Great would recommend if packing light of having multiple bags or large bags then maybe look for somewhere with - The property was very nice . It was very clean and provided a lot of amenities. It would be good to make this a base for your table if wanting to take day trips around Florence . The steps were a lot . It is on the top floor so about 4 flights of steps .
• Lenka (10/5): We were very satisfied, the owner was very kind and helpful. - Invitation - big plate full of fruit, milk, water and wine in refrigerator. Nice rooms, furniture, nice view from window (to the green garden), comfortable beds. Beautiful bathroom. Everything was clean. Steps to the second floor, small space in the kitchen. Two people sitting in the kitchen = no possibility to open the fridge.

• Paula (10/5): Exceptional - Valeriano and Sabrina were amazing. When we arrived we were welcomed with a small breakfast, the apartment was clean and there were toiletries in the bathroom. Valeriano even gave us tips on where to go, tours and explained everything on the map. The view from the bathroom was beautiful.
• Sue (9/5): Lovely authentically Italian apartment just a 20 minutes walk from the centre of the city. - An authentic Italian apartment - the owners lived next door. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment and was very helpful. A lovely man. The only thing I would say is that a mirror near to a socket would have been helpful for three women getting dressed and made up, doing hair etc..
