• Alina (1/5): Жахливо - Не працюють туалети, треба шукати місце на вулиці по закладах. Проживали три дні. Це була найжахливіша квартира яку доводилось знімати в аренду.
• Adelle (6/5): Italy 2025 - The location was excellent and a strength of this venue. It was in walkable distance to many of the main sites and a range of the bus route stops were also nearby. The venue was quiet with not a lot of street noise. The bedrooms were relatively spacious and well air conditioned. The owners were very helpful and replied immediately to any queries we had. The venue was a bit worn and things like cupboards in the bedrooms were hanging off the hinges. There was no air conditioning in the social area, so you need to leave the bedroom doors open to circulate the cool air. You need to be careful on the tiles in the main sitting area as a few of them are loose and dangerous. The pictures on the webiste are different to how it appears in reality relative to size and cleanliness. The social area is very small, particularly for 6 people. The bathrooms need the fans on constantly due to damp (expected for such an old building and advise us given around this in the accomodation information). The courtyard area is internal so has no view over the city, there was also loose debris and metal which fell during our stay, but luckily no one was in the courtyard to be affected. The are accomodation instructions but they didnt give too much information as to what needed to be done before departing the accomodation e.g. where keys need to be left etc.
• cedric (4/5): bien situé - le localisation propreté des matelas à revoir ( les trois grands lits étaient tachés ) certaines poubelles non vidées. après avoir contacté de service client de simply home , de la gestion de l’appartement nous sommes parvenus à un accord , non sans mal , mais Llara a été d’une aide très précieuse! merci à elle . l’état des matelas est , j’insiste , inadmissible pour une location.
• Andrew (8/5): Very good - Great location A total absence of an information sheet. The toilet was hard to use. The promised Safety Deposit Box was not available. The staff's attitude was tough shite. I received several emails telling me to leave the local Tourist Tax out but they could not be bothered collecting it

• Bernadette (6/5): 5 out of 10. Not as clean as Australian standards. - Good location, 3bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Owner responsive with our first issue but no response about our 2nd issue when we had no hot water. Still no response from them some 2 weeks ago. No river views! Told the owner but he hasn’t changed his description. Courtyard is good to get washing dry but nothing else as the air conditioning unit blows hot air there and it’s dirty. Unit not as clean as Australian standards. No extra garbage bags, DW fluid or sponges. Had to walk rubbish 2 blocks away to bins.

• Ann-marie (6/5): The stay was fine. - Washing machine and dishwasher was great. The place was not very clean. Many of the plates, cups and silverware was dirty, they hade food still stuck to them.
• Chengson (8/5): Great location, nice beds, clean sheets, spacious - 1. The instructions to get the were not provided timely 2. One of the bathrooms had a water leak, the bathroom got flooded 3. The washing machine did not work
• Caroline (5/5): The stay could have been significantly improved if the hosting and facilities were better - The apartment is in a great location. It was quiet. There are good curtains which block out the light for sleeping. We requested another set of keys and the owner sent one within the hour (although didn’t actually reply to the message). We were unable to check in at 5pm as agreed. We had to wait 45 minutes from calling the host with issues to be able to check in; she was very difficult to communicate with and also said it would be 10 minutes (I was also with my 80 year old father in 30/85 degree heat, if she had been honest I would have had him go to a nearby cafe and wait). We were unable to use the washing machine as it was clearly not working (stagnant water in the base). The cleaner did come back within 1 hour to fix it and so it could them run. However, we had to go buy bleach and manually clean out lots of dark black mould from the machine, which was pretty gross. There were not basic supplies provided- no dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, paper towels/ kitchen roll, insufficient toilet paper. There was also a huge amount of mosquitos and other bugs in the flat .
• Kristen (2/5): This had a lot of promise, but I was VERY disappointed - Location close to ever and sites First, we waited for 2.5 hours after our scheduled time to check-in. Host said prior guest would check out at 11, need 3 hours for cleaning, we could check in at 2:00. Upon arrival, cleaning staff had just started. Couldn’t get into the apartment until 4:30 which left no time to get ready for our 5:00 food and wine tour. Second, upon coming back from the tour on night 1 we found tons of bugs in the back bedroom. They were coming in via a hole under the window sill. Termites and ants, mostly but others too. My husband spent a ton of time killing them, cleaning up, then plugging the hole with a bleach-soaked rag. We called and requested an exterminator at first thing in the morning. Don’t thing one ever came (because the rag was still where we put it) but staff must have come by because the cleaned up the pile of dead bugs we left for them. Third, washing machine didn’t work. It had standing, stinky water in it when we arrived. Tried to run it through a cycle to clear it out. it ran forever then just flashed an error message. So we were forced to hand wash our clothes in the laundry sink until 1 am - in the dark with a cellphone flashlight because the laundry room light was burnt out. Fourth, “River View” is a bit misleading. The windows may face toward the direction of the river, but because you’re on the ground floor (or practically underground on the river side) the windows are at the height of people’s ankles walking by. The view of the river is totally blocked by the brick wall beside the river. If the apartment were higher you would be able to see it, but because it’s on ground level, not so much. I could go on with other little details- bedroom lamp burnt out, water in pitcher in fridge which appeared to be very old….but you get the idea
• Paulette (4/5): below average - Good location The room was not ready in time, the hot water stopped working the last day, the washer locked up with our clothes inside and there was no coffee machine.
• Yvette (9/5): Delightfull appartment in the center of Florence. Even the umbrellas were available! - No person/contact, bell was not answered, but the instructions were clear. As soon as someone entered the building we could walk in with them and collect the key. The appartment was very good! Only one key with four adults needs a bit of extra planning.

• Alina (4/5): Disappointing - Old apartment with dirty walls and furniture .In bathroom smelled bad. Two bedrooms are semi-basement rooms, below road level.There ‘re very noisy. This apartment needs renovation. Very high price for this apartment. The price doesn’t correspond this apartment .
• Annie (8/5): Very good - The location was great. The unit was clean and comfortable. The manager allowed us to leave the suitcases in the unit until 2 p.m. due to unforeseeable circumstances. Everything was good. Except, the third bedroom is extremely small with a small double bed with no closet or dresser. We had to place two dining room chairs inside the room to place the suitcases.
• Luci (6/5): great location, maintenance very poor and management presence was limited - location room format lack of instructions, welcome letter communication couldn’t check in til 6pm then expected to leave by 1030 AC needs servicing washing machine doesn’t spin fast enough photos of property are taken some time ago. beds are just white sheets. only 1 light works in hall out of 3 laundry light broken. walls are damp. smell and appearance. very close to river.
