- Olivia (8/5): - Beautifully decorated apartment on the 3rd floor (stairs). Even though we had a baby, the stairs didn't bother us, they showed the character of the old building. The view from the bedroom and bathroom was incredible! The location was close to everything, but located on a quiet street so there was no loud noise at night. The air-conditioning wasn't the strongest, but was acceptable.

- A (10/5): Wonderful views of the Duomo - I loved my stay at this beautiful little apartment. It was very centrally located in the old town in a quiet apartment block. I booked for the view of the Duomo and it didn't disappoint! The view is actually even better than it looks in the photo, as the duomo is very close by. I was there in mixed February weather, and the apartment was extremely cosy all the time. It's really beautifully decorated, it has a very authentic Florentine feel. Lots of restaurants and bars just steps away and a small supermarket just around the corner. Also easy walking distance from the train station. I would definitely stay again! The only suggestion for improvement I have is around communication. I didn't get a message from the host when I booked, which was unusual. I still hadn't had any messages 3 days before I was due to arrive, which made me a little concerned about my booking. I had to send a couple of messages via booking asking about how to check in before I got a response. Everything was OK in the end but that was a little stressful. I understand that the owners don't want to give access codes etc too early, but I would suggest that the owners at least send a hello message at the time of booking to reassure guests.

Waking up to a view of il Duomo every morning is pretty special! Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated apartment, I can’t imagine anywhere better to stay in Florence
