Tara (10/5): Perfectly located deluxe apartment with a wonderful host! - This lovely and spacious apartment couldn't be better placed, it's in the centre of the shopping area in Florence, with the Duomo 5 minutes away and in the other direction Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, and also a 5-10 minute stroll to the river and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is very well appointed as has everything you need and a very comfy bed and sofa. The host, Mariangela, was outstanding in her communication from the beginning, answering any questions I had, fully and within hours! and this level of care and responsiveness continued throughout, you can tell that Mariangela really wants to make sure you have a wonderful experience, not only in her apartment, but on your holiday in Florence. There are no outside views, only that of a courtyard, but this is offset by the fact that this makes it and extremely peaceful and quiet apartment, despite how busy it might be in the area.
