• Merlin (1/5): Schöne Wohnung aber absolut nicht barrierefrei. - Das Appartment war sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Ich habe die Unterkunft gebucht weil ich Rollstuhlfahrer bin und die gesamte Wohneinheit laut der Beschreibung barrierefrei und für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet sein sollte. Leider stimmte gar nichts davon. Am Eingang war ein große Stufe und in den Aufzug passt nicht einmal ein Kinder-Rollstuhl. Die Unterkunft ist absolut ungeeignet für Rollstuhlfahrer! Ein barrierefreies Badezimmer ist völlig nutzlos wenn man nicht mal in die Wohnung im ersten Stock gelangt. Nachdem ich das dem Vermieter mitgeteilt habe, wurde mir versprochen, dass die Beschreibung:„gesamte Wohneinheit rollstuhlgerecht“ entfernt wird. Wurde sie nicht. Einen Preisnachlass gab es auch nicht, obwohl ich das Appartment nicht richtig nutzen konnte.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Perfect for 4 in Florence! - Location is fantastic! Walking distance from the train station and 3 minutes to the Duomo scquare. 3 minutes also to the Accademia (to see Michelango's David). Wine window just around the corner! Plenty of osteria, trattoria & ristorante nearby. Good shopping and responsive hosts. Comfy beds & nice shower facilities. Nice to have a washer and a drier in the apartment. Just a couple updates needed: replace the screen to the patio (it was really broken so we didn't use the patio), more silverware & basic kitchen stuff (toaster, towels). There is not a city view from this apartment but it is close & convenient to many places.
• Eduardo (3/5): Poor - It was difficult to get there, the address is confusing I did not like the place at all. First, it smelled of dampness, and the ceiling was too close to the bed, making it very difficult to sleep there, especially for someone with allergies to mold or dust. The closed room was slightly better, but the pillows in the upstairs room were horrible. There were mosquitoes that gave us terrible bites. The bathrooms were dirty and had clearly not been cleaned properly, with visible dirt in both the toilet and the shower. The terrace and the whole place were very dark, and it definitely didn’t look like the photos. The host was rude to us the entire time. When we asked for a taxes, they were pushy and overly controlling. Later, they placed a sofa bed even though there were only four of us, taking up space where we wanted to hang out with our friends. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend this place at all.
• Emei-lee (2/5): Dirty, noisy and hard to access. If you want to sleep well do it stay here, it is beside a night club AND you can hear e - The location is close to everything Unclean sheets. Nightclub beside us. Very hard to access the property takes 3 keys. Poor instructions. Un clean. Kitchen doesn’t haven’t all the utensils you need.

• Daniela (6/5): Pleasant - Location is fantastic. The apartment is beautiful. The place could be cleaner. The sofa had stains, the pots didn't appear clean, the sofa bed was not comfortable. The shower upstairs flooded. Also, sewer smells from the first floor bathroom.
• Argo (8/5): It was a great location and value for our family of five. There was plenty of room for our two teenagers and 11-year-old - You cannot be the location! The bathrooms could use a little TLC with the shower drains.

Had an issue with the loft shower not draining and overflowing. Also collection of city tax was bothersome. Representative that came to collect was unpleasant and put out to have to get change. It would be more convenient to pay in advance or use Venmo. see above

There is a night club in the building so you won’t get sleep, as they play music and stomping all night till 5am. Tv doesn’t work. The staff refuse to respond and help with the issues mentioned. • William (8/5): Beautiful and elegant flat, but with a small lift up to it. - This was a beautiful flat with lots of space, very comfortable beds, excellent modern bathrooms, nice furniture and well designed decor. Although the hosts had put lots in place to help people with mobility issues inside the flat itself, the lift up to the flat was really small (although not advertised as such) and we couldn't get our son's wheelchair in. We ended up taking him out, carrying him up and separately carrying the chair up and down the stairs each evening and morning. We were disappointed by this at first as we had informed the hosts that we had a son in a chair, and feel that the size of the lift should have been made aware to us, especially as this was one of the few flats advertised as disability accessible. We contacted one of the host's representatives about this and although she was polite and sympathetic, she was speaking on behalf of a larger company. They never contacted to see if things were fine during our stay, and she was only empowered to either give us a refund (we couldn't re-book at last minute in mid August with our requirements), or another flat which was double the price, with no discount. In other words, we were forced to make it work via physical effort/lifting, which we did, but we were very lucky it was on the first and not the fourth floor! The hosts need to make effort to communicate with those booking, about the technicalities of the lift, its size etc.
• Amelia (8/5): I do recommend, however, bring your blanky, towels and shower shoes. - Location is great, walking distance to everything to include the train station. Although the apartment is nice and comfortable, it’s not well maintained. Sheets, towels and over all place needs a deep cleaning. Although when we called, management sent someone the next day to bring clean sheets and towels. Toilet and shower leaks.
• Jazmin (10/5): It was a beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Florence. It was a three minute walk to the Duomo. Great great locat - The property was in a great location! Close to all. Nothing it was great!

• Claudia (6/5): The apartment needs better maintance. - the location the washer was not working, we notified the staff , they sent a technician but did not repair it. the shower leaked on the floor on the second floor, causing the floor to bucle. we did not meet any of the staff. everything is done by text.

• Eleni (6/5): I recommend it only for the location. - The location it was dirty and full of dust. There was a club next door that every night was too much noise from the music and the people that you couldn’t sleep. I believe that the manager should tell us about this.
