• CECILIA (7/5): Buena ubicación y muy cómodo con dos habitaciones - muy buena ubicación para moverse por todo Florencia esta ubicado en un callejón un poco silencioso y justo enfrente de un almacén de los vendedores ambulantes asi que coincides al momento muy temprano que salen o regresan al final del dia no da mucha seguridad de estar alli entrando al edificio

• Vanessa (10/5): I loved the apartment! Near the San Lorenzo Market! All amazing, great view nice space. The only thing is these apartmen - The location was very nice! Too much stairs, so if you are traveling with your parents or not very active people I would say don’t reserve here.

• Viktoria (5/5): Wir würden nur wegen der guten Lage wiederkommen - Sehr zentrale Lage, der Ausblick Es war nicht sauber. Schimmel im Bad und Esszimmer. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war dreckig. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse könnten definitiv hochwertiger sein. Die Bettlaken waren so dünn, dass uns alle gefroren hat.
• Barrette (10/5): - The apartment was clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We loved the location — just 10–15 minutes or less from everything, including the central train station, the Central Market, and the main tourist attractions. The view of the San Lorenzo Church is simply beautiful. The host was very nice, and communication was excellent. We definitely recommend this place! Please note that there are quite a few stairs to reach the apartment, so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
• Natalia (9/5): - Эпицентр! Старый город вокруг. Направо Сан Лоренцо, налево рынок. Жизнь кипит! Комфортные кровати, кухня оборудована на большую итальянскую компанию-готовь, что захочешь) 6й этаж, очень крутая лестница. Чемодан тяжело поднять и спустить. Зато вид на собор.
• Éamonn (9/5): Excellent apartment in the heart of Florence - Amazing location. Beautiful roof terrace, just the right size. Large bedrooms. Very clean and tidy. A real sense that you're in Italy and not some cardboard-cutout hotel room. Put simply, we would return in a heartbeat. It wasn't an issue for me or my friends, but it is at the top of a typical Florentine apartment block, with traditional uneven stone staircase. If you have mobility issues, perhaps not your best option.

• Kathy (9/5): Great penthouse apartment with lots of space & close to historical Florence - The location of this apt was really great! Close to lots of restaurants, the markets & The Duomo! The apartment had 2 bedrooms, living area, a well presented kitchen with a terrace which we didn't use because of always being out!! We did use the washing machine which was very handy Just know there's are 4 flights of stairs to this apartment which is difficult, especially if you come & go several times a day.

• Kris (7/5): Great location, needs a lot of updating- not the best value. - Great location! Comfortable beds. We were allowed to check in early, which was appreciated with luggage. The balcony was nice to have, for drying clothing. The apartment is run down (furniture, paint). The washing machine was dirty, there were things under the bed (earplugs, dirty sock). It feels very dated and run down compared to all of the other places we’ve stayed in Italy (6). AC is not in the central area and when it’s hot, leaving the doors to the bedrooms open doesn’t adequately cool the common space. The living room feels very run down. The pictures make it appear far better than it is. We would not stay here again. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs. We knew that and didn’t mind. The stairwell is messy and beat up. We requested to check out one hour later due to train timing, received no response. Our son left an AirPod and I asked if they could let us know if it was found, no response. A no to the checkout request or “didn’t find it” to the AirPod request would have sufficed, but they just ignored both messages.

• Charlotte (9/5): Superb - Great apartment based in the centre of Florence. Easy to find off a side street. We walked from the train station and it took approx 10mins. Although you are central, it was not noisy. The manager was friendly and flexible and gave us tips on places to eat and shop etc. The balcony was a wonderful place to sit at night and reflect on our day with a glass of wine. The kitchen was well equipment, and the bedrooms had air-conditioning, which was needed. All in all, it was a perfect base for the weekend visit. This is not a dislike, but we did inadvertently switch off the boiler. We only realised when there was no hot water. After reading a previous review where this had happened before, I was able to sort this out without needing to call anyone. But I could see how this could happen as the switch is in the kitchen, on the same socket for the kettle/toaster. Might be useful to put up a sign or add an information folder as there was nothing in the apartment. The entrance stairs are not for the faint-hearted. Old, narrow, and lots of them with no lift. However, this did not hinder our visit.

• Janice (7/5): Good - Close vicinity to attractions in Florence. It was great being able to walk or catch public transport. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We appreciated being able to check in early. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment needs some maintenance. There were several light globes missing from the main bedroom.

• Yulin (10/5): One of the best choices in Florence. - Near Basilica di San Lorenzo, it’s a bit of a walk from the station (about ten minutes). As others have mentioned, the room is in the attic on the top floor, and you need to carry your luggage up a narrow staircase, which may not be suitable for older travelers (the owner, Marcos, was really helpful during check-in, and I appreciate that). However, I must say it was a fantastic choice during my time in Italy. Listening to the church bells and enjoying the city view from the apartment's kitchen/balcony made me proud of my decision. Just keep in mind that there is no luggage storage, so please make sure to find a place to store your bags before check-in and after check-out. I hope to have the opportunity to stay in this lovely apartment again; it truly provided unforgettable memories.
• Polina (10/5): Great apartment - Perfect apartment - very clean, there is everything you need for your stay, big bedrooms with comfortable beds and air conditions, nice kitchen and the best terrace with incredible view. Great location, just behind the Marcato Nuovo, and near to all famous landmarks. Marco who gave us the keys was very kind and responsive.

• Kelda (7/5): An ideal stay close to the city centre (must be fit and healthy to get up the steps) - Practical, nice terrace with the view of the Duomo. 4th floor with no lift. the exterior door onto the terrace from the bathroom was broken so we couldn’t open the door.

The two bedrooms were a very good size and the terrace was perfect to have. Marco who met us was friendly and gave some excellent food recommendations. He was very responsive when we needed anything There are a lot of steps up to the apartment which were ok for us but people with mobility issues would need to know that in advance. The building may have had some sewage issues as there was a strong smell at points (probably like most of an old city!)

Host was responsive. Comfortable 2 beds. Walking distance to many attractions Being old Florence, there was no lift and apartment was on the top floor. Only bring small luggage, the stairs are steep.
• Carmen-michaela (8/5): Very good, except the last day. - Central position. Nice, small terrace, where we had breakfast every morning. No elevator in such an old building, so, rather difficult to reach the 4th floor, every day. The last day nobody came to support us in getting a taxi and help us to bring the heavy luggage down from the 4th floor, even requested in advance. Our contact person (never seen him, only WA messages), finaly called a taxi for us after 30 minutes of waiting for someone.

• Lojen (4/5): Disappointing & not as nice as seen on photos - The ONLY thing we liked about this apartment was the location. Everything else was just disappointing. The apartment and the terrace were not as nice as pictured on the photos. The inside is quite dark, not nearly as bright as it looks. A lot of things were very used, almost falling apart. The toilet seat was a disaster, it was broken, falling down every time we tried to use it. The towels started to smell bad once they got wet. The cleanliness was also not on the level we expected it to be. We were very disappointed!

• Birna (2/5): Very disapointing especially that they did not tell about the terribles stairs. - If we had known we had to climb 63 very difficult steps to the apartment we would never had hired this apartment. The shower was cold most of the time and it was out of order. The toilet seat is loose. One chair on the tiny terrace is broken. The apartment was clean and the location wey good

• Patricia (6/5): Great location for visiting Florence. - The location is excellent - 10 mins walk to the Duomo and with good restaurants and cafes close by. The little terrace is lovely. The stairs are steep (although we were warned of this in advance so this comment is just highlighting this, not a complaint). The shower was poor - the spray and riser need to be replaced. The handle of the door to the terrace was loose and came off. We accidentally turned the hot water off during our stay. This was quickly fixed following a message to the manager but a notice in the kitchen against the switch would be helpful.

• Jessi (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely beautiful view, it is more amazing in person than in the pictures. The location is amazing, the medici chapel is only 2 minutes away and the duomo is 5. Marco was lovely and the apartment was beautiful, had original features (the beautiful ceilings) and was clean. I will definitely be back! Thank you for a lovely holiday!
• Emer (10/5): Exceptional - Brilliant location, very clean & comfortably. Person who met us on arrival was very friendly & let us check in early. Lots of room in the apartment. Pulling luggage up the stairs was a challenge but we were aware of the stairs before we arrived so it wasn't a surprise 😀

Very comfortable rooms and facilities. the numerous stairs were tricky to manage, but well worth the terrace view. we accidentally turned off the hot water so would suggest a label on that switch to avoid that happening. fast response from the host though, to rectify our mistake.
