• RICHARD (10/5): Book this apartment - you won't regret it. - Being a self contained apartment was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after full days of tourist activities. It was close to the tram stop straight into the city, a big supermarket right at the tram station, a bar/cafe a few doors down the street. Although we didn't drink the bottle of wine, it was very welcome as were the snacks available to us on arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee machine with pods, a fridge/freezer and stove, both full sized as well as complete dinner sets, cooking utensils, pots and pans, glassware, etc. Good shower in the bathroom too. The courtyard was somewhere to sit for our morning coffee. The host, Giulia, was perfect, even booking us a taxi to the main train station when we were leaving. We've stayed in a few self contained apartments in our travels but this one is the absolute best. Book it, you won't regret it. Everything was excellent

The host seriously helped us a lot, if you need something ask her and if it's within her power I'm sure she'll help you. the street the apartment is on is dirty and smells of garbage and sewer. it's unpleasant to walk but the apartment itself isn't affected by the smell at all. it's only on the walk to and from.

• Simona (10/5): Odporúčam - Ubytovanie super a aj jeho vybavenie, blízko električkovej zastávky s priamym spojom do centra alebo na letisko. Hneď vedla ubytovania je aj malá kaviarnička. Výborná komunikácia s majiteľkou. Jediné mínus bolo, že všetko počuť, takže sme sa nevyspali, keďže každú noc boli hluční susedia.

Giulia super amable, muy cercana siempre y muy atenta. Un vecino ruidoso en el piso de arriba se oye todo a altas horas de la madrugada,aunque fue un día puntual De resto todo perfecto

La posizione è molto comoda per i mezzi, si raggiungo sia il centro sia la stazione ferroroviaria in poco tempo, oltre a essere ricca di serivizi a pochi passi (supermercati, tabaccai, bar, ristoranti ecc). La casa, nonostante il forte caldo, rimane molto fresca senza rendere necessario l'uso dell'aria condizionata. Una grande nota di merito va data alla puliza dell'alloggio perché veramente impeccabile in ogni suo spazio. Inoltre l'host si è dimostrata molto cordiale e disponibile.

• Valeriy (7/5): Good apartment for a short stay - The apartment is clean. It is on the ground floor and located close to a streetcar stop and a supermarket, Esselunga. There are also a bunch of small restraurants nearby on Via Francesco Baracca. The apartment includes all amenities and basic supplies, even ground coffee. there is even a washing machine on the terrace. There is no drip type coffee machine, instead, there is a stove-top percolator aka moka pot. A/C works really well. The terrace is definitely a nice bonus. The bathroom is rather spacious and, again, clean. The bedroom is also large, with a queen-size bed. The apartment is in an old building. It is somewhat renovated, but a lot of things are left as is. For that reason, some things do feel weird and uncomfortable. For example, there are no windows in the living room and the kitchen is really really tiny. Not that it is a deal breaker for a short stay and if you are planning to only return to it to sleep, just manage your expectations. The bed in the living room is a IKEA futon, not particularly comfortable. If you arrive by car, be very careful about where you're going to park, a lot of parking spots require proof of residence, and the markings are often barely visible. The host, Guilia, may offer you to book a parking spot at Garage Aeroporto Firenze, but it is very expensive, 20 euros per day. Either way, if you not planning to drive around the city (and I strongly advice against it), look for Manifattura Tabacchi Parking, it's a modern undeground garage, costs only 8 euros per day and it's 12 min walk from the aparatment.

• Saiful (10/5): Excellent! - Everything was smooth for the entire stay - check in, check out etc. The apartment location is near to the tram station, which was very important for me because it is the most punctual means of transportation in Florence. The air-conditioning worked superbly, and the host also provided electronic mosquito repellant devices throughout the entire apartment. All equipment were available as expected and described in the advertisement. Smart TV with Netflix was also provided, which was excellent for my family when I was working. Overall, I would repeat booking the same apartment if I had to work outstation to Florence again. Thanks so much. There's nothing I dislike, but I would suggest equipping the apartment with a dryer, so it would be easy to wash and dry your clothes during winter.

• Vesselina (6/5): Decent place - Close to the airport and easy to get into the old town, which is 15ins by public transport or 45 mins walking. We had to wait a while for the host in the middle of the night to come so we can check in and collect keys, which wasn't ideal.

A noisy neighbour decided to watch a movie on their super loud sound system at 23:00. Other than that everything was excellent. thank you Giulia.
