• Katerina (9/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet und verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Außerhalb der ZTL Zone - Wir haben eine Nacht im Mini Lift in Florenz verbracht und waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine gute Lage – das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa 20–30 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, alternativ besteht eine gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Besonders praktisch für Reisende mit Auto: Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb der ZTL-Zone, wodurch die Anreise unkompliziert ist. Direkt in der Straße gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten – sowohl blaue, gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze als auch mit etwas Glück kostenlose weiße Stellplätze. Zudem befindet sich in der Straße eine Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos (langsame Ladestation). Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und funktional eingerichtet. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Ausstattung mit bequemem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Herd, Wasserkocher, Espressokocher sowie Fernseher. Das externe Badezimmer befindet sich direkt gegenüber des Zimmers. Es ist zwar klein, jedoch zweckmäßig ausgestattet und verfügt zusätzlich über eine Waschmaschine. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder eine Zwischenübernachtung ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
• Francesca.833 (8/5): - La stanza è stata probabilmente ristrutturata da poco tempo, gli arredi sono belli abbiamo trovato tutto piuttosto funzionale ed accogliente. Check in rapido. Forse il bagno è troppo piccolo, a ns. avviso sarebbe stato più utile e meno ingombrante date le proporzioni ridotte, mettere il bidet Al posto della lavatrice o quanto meno una manichetta all interno del wc. Per il resto ottimi servizi dati in dotazione ai clienti.

• Zapata Neira (5/5): Una tarde perdida pasada por agua. - Su ubicación cerca del terminal. 1.La primera tarde hubo una inundación proveniente del agua de la lavadora que estaba descompuesta. Los otros huéspedes y nosotros pasamos casi 3 horas barriendo, secando el piso y retirando las alfombras. Junto con los huespedes de la otra habitacion enviamos mensajes al host pero nadie nunca respondió. 2. A los dos dias el alojamiento anuló la reserva alegando que la tarjeta de crédito no pasó, cuando el cobro se hizo efectivo al momento de la reserva, un mes antes . El mensaje de Booking decia que me reembolsarían el cobro.. Pensé que era una manera de compensarnos por la mala experiencia de la inundacion. Les escribí al respecto pero nunca contestaron.

El baño es privado pero queda por fuera de la habitación, lo bueno es que tiene llave para asegurarse que es privado. Debería tener personal para poder dejar las maletas el día del checkout.

• Filip (4/5): - dostęp z pokoju na podwórko z krzesełkami i stolikiem. Apartament całkiem spory, Wi-Fi bez zarzutów. Podany kod do drzwi był błędny. Poprawny kod otrzymaliśmy po 30 minutach od zgłoszenie do właściciela. Drugiego dnia z pralka na korytarzu uległa awarii i zalała wszystkie 3 apartamenty na parterze. Brak progów między pokojami spowodował 1cm poziom wody we wszystkich apartamentach. Właściciel odpisał po 4 godzinach od zgłoszenia: "Let's try to intervene immedietly" . Oczywiście wcześniej zdążyliśmy zmobilizować wszystkich mieszkańców do wspólnej pracy i wysuszyliśmy podłogi przy pomocy jednego mopa i kilku brudnych ręczników. W zamian od właściciela nie dostaliśmy przysłowiowego "dziękuję"
• Anna (5/5): Upraktisk men rimelig leilighet - Sengen var god. Ok utstyrt kjøkken. Det var en slags uteplass som hadde sikkert fungert på sommeren, eller for de som røyker. Det er for dårlig plass der til å bruke den ellers. Varmt vann, ok hårføner. Vaskemaskin som er ikke så lett å forstå, bruker lang tid på vask. Aircondition som vi ikke hadde prøvd. Stor TV med italienske kanaler. Det beste er tilbudet om å legge fra seg bagasjen og hvile på et hotell ved stasjonen, noe som løftet opp oppholdet vårt betydelig. God pris. Leiligheten er trang og upraktisk. Veldig høyt under taket, samtidig som det er lite plass ellers, gir dårlig romfølelse. Det er ingen spisebord. Det sidebordet som er avbildet kan ikke brukes med stoler, så man må sitte og spise i sengen, noe som ødela oppholdet vårt fullstendig. Kjøleskapet bråker såpass mye at det må kobles ut om natten. Det er forøvrig mye støy fra andre enheter, spesielt når folk går inn og ut, gjerne om natten, forsterket av ekko. Det ødela søvnen vår natt etter natt, tross for ørepropper. Ingen plass til bagasje eller til å henge opp klær. Litt tilfeldig møblering som er ikke gjennomtenkt eller praktisk. Ingen plass til egne saker på det trange badet. Man får mørke håndklær som ikke ser rene ut. Sengetøyet virket heller ikke rent. Leiligheten er ok for en natt eller to, spesielt hvis man ikke lager mat, men vi var der i 4 netter og hadde lyst til å lage frokost og middag selv, så det fungerte veldig dårlig.

• Aravind Kumar (9/5): Overall, the location was a plus, but the room amenities and washing machine issues were notable drawbacks. - The location was convenient, with a Lidl grocery store, cafes, and a bus stop all within a 10-minute walk. The area was neat and clean. The cleaner was nice n friendly n did guide us. There were two issues that caught our attention. Firstly, the washroom for Room 2 was located outside the room, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. This made it inconvenient to use the facilities, especially at night. Secondly, the washing machine wasn't cleaned, as it was filled with dirty water and hadn't drained. This was quite disappointing.
• Terri (10/5): Cosy and relaxing BnB away from the hustle and bustle of Florence! - Beautiful and cosy BnB with a great kitchenette! Clean, accomodating, and great communication with property. Florence is huge on tourism, so it was so wonderful to take a step away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Situated in a quiet area but well accommodated with Esselunga and Lidl close by! Would highly recommend!

And check-in was super smooth and easy. It’s a 10 minute bike ride to the center. And enough buses and other public transportation close by. Would definitely recommend!

Sulla carta una ottima sistemazione, purtroppo gestita in modo non adeguato. - Appartamento molto spazioso e ben attrezzato, letto confortevole, cucina spaziosa e dotata di quanto necessario per una permanenza di alcuni giorni. Bagno non finestrato, ma sufficientemente comodo a livello di spazio. Durante il soggiorno ci sono stati diversi problemi, prevalentemente collegati ad attività di manutenzione ordinaria: tavoletta del water da sistemare, cassetta dello scarico bloccata, moka elettrica andata in corto - in generale una persistente presenza di cattivi odori proveniente dagli scarichi di bagno e cucina. Durante il soggiorno si è anche verificata una grossa perdita di acqua dalla lavatrice presente nel bagno esterno della camera attigua, con conseguente allagamento delle zone comuni e dell'ingresso della nostra camera. Nonostante i ripetuti solleciti i tempi di reazione dell'host non sono stati all'altezza delle effettive necessità, e con solo una parziale risoluzione delle stesse a ridosso del check-out.

• Allina (5/5): Passable - The room was good Easy check-in I booked this apartment just because I needed to wash clothes. However the washing machine wasn't working. It was full of water and was smelly. It seems that it was there for ages as it didn't drain at all Moreover the room AC was liquinng I contacted the property and reported both issues and I was told someone was going to fix it. A guy came to fix the AC and I asked him about the washing machine and he was kind enough to rang the person responsible for the property and mentioned it again. Concluding nobody fixed it and could not wash my clothes.

Tous les équipements requis pour passer un bon séjour. Propose de laisser nos bagages dans un hôtel partenaire près de la gare. A 30 mns du centre ville. Après une journée où l on piétine car il y'a bcp de touristes, le retour est long.

• Zebedee (10/5): Perfect comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood - Great - comfortable and well equipped apartment. A perfect relaxation place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's fairly easy to get the bus into town and also fairly well connected with the airport. Kitchen was very well equipped. Also the host kindly let us store bags at a hotel in central Florence which was super useful.

• Daria (7/5): Good - Nice apartment for a couple of days staying. Pretty comfortable and clean. You will find everything you need here. Far from the city center (40 min walking). And there was not any space for the cloth, only a few hooks above the mirror. So we kept our clothes just on a chair (in the room only one chair).

At 7:15 outside drilling works/renovation of the appartement started, people had to be on our balcony and working on scaffolding in front of our bathroom window, don't rent out your appartement when this kind of work is ongoing.

• Semyon (9/5): Nice place to stay for a while - Great host, quickly and politely answered all the questions. Very comfortable renovated room with the new kitchen and bathroom facilities. The bed sheets weren't changed before us, but the host resolved this problem quite fast.
