• Mirela (10/5): - Locația este superba si foarte bine amplasata, aproape de toate obiectivele turistice.Desi este înconjurată de restaurante si cafenele in camera nu se aude zgomot. Atat patul cat si canapeaua sunt confortabile . Lavinia a fost tare drăguță, m- a așteptat si mi-a dat toate indicațiile necesare . Intr -un cuvânt locația a fost perfecta pentru vacanta noastră. Nu prea reușești sa faci dus , fara sa faci apa si in baie , dar ne -am descurcat. E insa un minus prea mic pentru aceasta locatie superba.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Absolutely fantastic in every way - hope to return soon!!! - Absolutely superb communication and amazing location. Everything was clear and Alessandra responded quickly to all enquiries. The apartment has great facilities and is located within walking distance of all the beautiful galleries, museums and sites that we wanted to see! As for many European apartments in the historic areas - you have to carry your [heavy] bags up flights of stairs. This apartment isn't too bad in that respect. One long flight, one short flight and then just four stairs. It was worth it, but always my least favourite thing with suitcases.

• Lucy (10/5): - Wonderful apartment equipped with everything you need! Lovely and clean, comfy bed. Great location and close to all major attractions. The owner was really responsive and helpful. Had do so some work over the week and the Wifi is excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

• Safa (10/5): Lovely stay in the heart of Florence! - Great location, lovely house with all necessary amenities. Would love to visit again! Like most old buildings in Italy, there are no elevators, only stairs to reach the second floor.

• Robert (10/5): Lovely, clean apartment in central Florence. - Lovely, clean apartment in central location. Everything was made easy from check in to check out, could not have asked for more. Stairs to enter the apartment are very manageable for anyone without mobility issues. Nothing.
• Tamara (8/5): Very good - We could not have chosen a more perfect location!! The apartment opens out into a piazza which has several restaurants including a 5 star experience restaurant just a few steps away. There's also a fruit vendor in the mornings, a cafe for breakfast and a gelateria for treats. It was walking distance to the Duomo and pretty much most attractions. Even with that, the apartment was quiet and comfy when you're inside. You would not even know all that was happening outside. 10/10 location!!
• Tara (8/5): Cute apartment central to it all! - The location is great! You are centrally located with great shops, pubs, restaurants, and bars close by. The team is very communicative and left plenty of helpful information in the room for us. The suite was modern and clean with plenty of room for us during our stay. There weren’t any full sized bath towels, just hand towels and a thick robe. We also were there during a bit of a heat wave (97 F) and the AC did not cool the place down as much as it could have. Fair warning: the suite we stayed in was located on the 2nd floor up three flights of stairs with no lift. If you have large bags it may not be ideal.

Highly recommend if you are looking to walk around Florence and explore everything! Four restaurants literally a 30 second step away so lots of close options for food too!

We feel very much at home and its just wonderful to have a washer with machine and handwash detergent provided. Stairs but then it is in a historical building and so it is not something that can be changed.

• Francis (8/5): Lovely place in heart of Florence - The location was great. Lots of lovely restaurants, cafe, and gelato right next door. Convenient to the main parts of the city. Air conditioning. The kitchen was well-appointed in with dishwasher. Nice to have TV with access to streaming services. Bathroom was nicely updated. The bed linen and towels were good. Living space was a little smaller than some of the other places we stayed at. No washing machine. But these were very minor.

• Trip (10/5): Everything was perfect! - The apartment is very well located, in the heart of Florence. Just down stairs there's the lovely piazza S. Pier Maggiore, with many restaurants, cafes, shops. Very close to Santa Maria del Fiore, the magnificent Florence's Cathedral. Close to Uffizi Museum, Ponte di Rialto, Piazza della Signoria, the Central Station, etc. The apartment is clean, comfortable bed and has all you need for your stay. The night life is lively outside but the place is very well insulated.The host Alessandra was really kind and provided us with lovely tips about Florence that we have asked.

• Keny (9/5): Overall great stay - The location was great. The apartment was very clean. We had a little misunderstanding with the check-in time. I had agreed on a time and then I was earlier. Had no WiFi so we lost communication. The host tried to be accommodating once I was able to communicate with her. We had to wait out on street for a bit, but not their fault.
