• rachel (7/5): - Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l'appartement et la ponctualité de la remise des clefs Appartement bien équipé et spacieux L'appartement est un peu vieillot, le canapé est de mauvaise qualité, le matelas du lit mériterait d'être changé. Nous avons été déçu par les travaux de la façade qui nous a empêché d'ouvrir les fenêtres et de profiter du balcon. Congel hors service et prises électriques défaillantes . Nous avons été étonné du prix de la taxe de séjour (36 euros pour 3 jours)

• La bara (5/5): - La posizione discreta! L'appartamento si trova al 3 piano senza ascensore non ero a conoscenza quindi una brutta sorpresa...molta polvere a causa dei lavori di ristrutturazione della facciata del palazzo! Quindi non si potevano aprire le finestre! Il divano letto non proprio nuovo e il materasso cedeva in alcuni punti.

• Fery (6/5): - Sessiz ve sakin bir bölgede olması - Eşyaların eski ve yıpranmış olması: Özellikle ocak problemli ve biraz tehlikeli, kullanırken dikkatli olmak gerekir. - Mutfak ve oturma alanında aydınlanmanın zayıf olması. - Dairenin en üst katta ve asansörsüz olması oldukça yorucu.
• Elizabeth (10/5): - Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, wie eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Tee und Kaffee, aber auch eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel. Die Dusche hat warmes Wasser. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, es gibt viele Bücher über Florenz und die Region und die Aussicht ist wirklich wunderbar vom Fenster aus. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock eines schönen alten Hauses, das in einem ruhigen Viertel und in der Nähe eines Supermarktes liegt, aber unweit der wichtigsten Orte ist. Bei unserem Besuch war der Kundenservice wirklich das beste; Chiara war unglaublich hilfreich und nett als unser Flug ausgefallen ist und wir länger bleiben mussten. Vielen vielen Dank dafür!!

• Federico (6/5): - Ottima la posizione nel quartiere San Frediano per vivere l'atmosfera della Firenze vera comodo per raggiungere il centro in un quarto d'ora e tutti i ristoranti di oltrarno, appartamento ampio e spazioso nella zona giorno se si vuole utilizzare cucina e tavolo per mangiare in casa, a disposizione aria condizionata o pompa di calore Appartamento al quarto piano senza ascensore, dotazione in cucina un po' scarsa mancavano delle tovagliette per la colazione o una tovaglia e dei tovaglioli o dello scotte, da rivedere gli infissi e la porta del bagno che non si chiudeva
• Elisabeth (6/5): séjour moyennement agréable - Le calme, l'ensoleillement de l'appartement et la vue dégagée. Hôte sympathique mais seulement joignable sur WattsApp. .. Quartier agréable. Le 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Les odeurs dans la salle de bain ( problème de canalisation?) . Éléments cuisine pas très pratiques ( trop hauts) et congélateur non fonctionnel.. Canapé lit peu confortable. Porte en bois qui ne fermait pas à la salle de bain ( gênant pour aller aux toilettes). Nombreux moustiques.
• Franziska (9/5): - Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist hell und erstaunlich ruhig und befindet sich im obersten Geschoss. Für die vielen Treppen bekommt man dann einen sehr schönen Ausblick! Der schmale Balkon am Schlafzimmer ist recht klein, es passen aber zwei Stühle darauf. Die Lage war für uns gut. Zu Fuß sind wir ca. 20-25 Min. zum Dom gelaufen. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. in direkter Nähe. Die Küche fanden wir gut ausgestattet. Für unser Auto hatten wir direkt um die Ecke in der Garage Zentral vorher online gebucht. Das hat super geklappt. Die Einrichtung hat uns vom Stil gut gefallen, allerdings klemmte hier und da eine Tür, Fenster ließ sich nicht gut schließen, Steckdosen teilweise beschädigt. Das war schade, aber für uns nicht so wichtig. Wir werden das der Vermietung als Info mitteilen.

• Elmer (8/5): Family stay on Florence - The view from the balcony is really nice. The place is walking distance from a variety of restaurants. The sofa bed creaks and it's a bit uncomfortable for the kids. No door in the shower. Overall it's a minor thing and we all enjoyed our stay

• Aleksandra1235 (9/5): Charming Italian Experience - We were pleasantly surprised by this apartment! It is located close enough to the city center that the main attractions can be reached on foot, yet the area is peaceful. Nearby, there is a charming café, a bakery, and many local restaurants, as well as a well-stocked supermarket. We loved the balcony and the very well-equipped kitchen (coffee, tea, olive oil, and spices were provided). We also appreciated that the air conditioning is available in both the living room and the bedroom. Free wi fi was working well, an the contact with owner was easy. The bathroom lock wasn't working, but it wasn't a big problem.

• Noreen (6/5): It was a great location but the stairs were a bit of a nightmare. - The location was perfect I don’t realize we would need to do 80 stairs with our luggage. We managed but after a long day of sightseeing…30 thousand steps. Going up the stairs was exhausting.
• Hedieh (1/5): Awful - Just the location was good! The bed sheet was dirty with a stain of blood! The stove was not working properly! The building was old and didn’t have elevator! The sofa bed was ruined and you could feel the metal parts! The doors couldn’t get locked or even closed properly!

• Victoria (9/5): Superb - Very clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Big fridge. Lovely view from the balcony! Perfect location. High ceilings. Warm water and heating without limitations. Friendly owner, easy check-in. Be aware that it is top floor without elevator. The door to the bathroom does not close entirely. Sometimes it's noisy in the night because of neighbours and boiler.

Good contact with the host. I was happy staying there. The bed was too soft for my taste. I would have needed more light when cooking.

• Nancy (8/5): Lovely apartment, would stay again. - The apartment was spacious and clean. Had several windows with a view. Has all the basics for cooking. It was close to a bakery, restaurants and grocery stores. For a family with children it was a bit of a walk outside of the city centre. And several flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Also the plumbing system in the apartment gave off a bad smell in the apartment. Otherwise everything else was good.

What we especially liked was the feeling of openness - no big building right in front of it and facing a cul-de-sac street which was quieter. May need to improve on the crockery and cutlery.

Only downside it that my friend and I had to carry our massive suitcases up all of the stairs, but it was great exercise after indulging in all of Italy's incredible food ;) Would love to stay here again.

• Lavender (10/5): Exceptional - The property was absolutely incredible - such a beautiful little apartment that was so spacious and beautifully designed. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and Alina was so lovely, and easy to keep in contact with should we need. The only downside of the apartment was that it was the stop floor, with no lift, making it very difficult with luggage. Apart from that - amazing!
