The living room was comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom. It could accommodate a large number of people. Good internet. The size of one of the bathrooms and shower was very small with no place for the soap. Top floor means a LOT of steep stairs.

• Daniel (8/5): A very lovely apartment with plenty of space for a family. - The location of the property was excellent and a short walk to city center I would say that maybe the main bedroom (near the kitchen) the bed could have been bigger (longer / taller). I am 6ft 2in and that is not super tall but I struggled to put my feet out as there were metal/iron bars at the very bottom of the bed. This is a minor point but I would say if updating then I would say to change the bed in the main room.

Oltrarno bölgesinde kafeler ve barlara kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz. Merkeze yürümek de oldukça rahattı. Binada asansör yoktu ancak daire ikinci katta olduğu için kolayca erişebildik. Sorularım için ev sahiplerinden her zaman çok hızlı yanıt aldım, çok yardımcı oldular. Teşekkürler!

• Rajshri (10/5): Perfect apartment - The apartment was spotless,well-equipped, well-heated and enormous. We loved the location, walking distance from the centre but did not feel touristy. Excellent restaurants within 10 minutes. Francesca and her team were amazing. We locked ourselves out and within the hour someone came to let us in.

• Tania_i (8/5): Pleasant - The kitchen is fully equipped. The hosts had left us coffee and a bottle of water, which was nice. The cleanliness was on the level. Shower cubicles are extremely small and uncomfortable. No place to leave your shampoo. There are no hangers for towels. The water in the shower has no pressure.

Great amount of space for a group of travelers. Very responsive staff. Initially was not clean, but staff fixed that once identified. With how hot it was- only having air con once main house keys were in the switch was frustrating.

Property managers extremely unhelpful. Rules that aren’t in the booking. AC didn’t work well and has to be completely turned off every time you leave so it’s impossible to ever get the place cool. It was VERY hot. When I asked for help I got none.

• Shawn (10/5): Great location, great amenities and comfortable stay! :) - Spacious and good location, the host was proactive, friendly and advised us on getting around Florence. En suite bathrooms in every room, clothing rack, iron board and one hair dryer provided. One bathroom shower was not very spacious but overall, very cozy and recommended for groups/families Unfortunately there was no lift access so big luggages might be a problem. Electric kettle has a little stain and would be good if could be replaced/deep cleaned.

• Iliyan (10/5): Perfecto! - Awesome spacious apartment (we were 6 adults) with very kind host who gave us detailed tips & hints what and when to visit. Place is in a neighbourhood where mostly locals live so we felt the Firenze spirit in its best. We were in a walking distance to the most popular sightseeings in the city. All was perfect
• Michael (10/5): Great apartment and amenities - The apartment is older but the bedding is nice, the WiFi works well, the water pressure and temperature is good, etc. There’s also a washing machine and they leave a tide pod to wash your clothes. It’s across the river but that’s okay, it’s still in a cute neighborhood. Also you have to leave the key to keep the AC on.

Possibly add a few extra bathroom towels would have been a bonus, but was not a problem as it was .

• Cristina (7/5): Large, well located appartment away from the crowds - We were three old friends travelling together and we wanted three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. And we got that, in a very spacious and clean second floor flat. The Oltrarno location was perfect in a fine quiet street with every facilty nearby, including supermarkets, restaurants, quemist, etc. The heating. We did the check in on line with flight numbers clearly stated. In spite of that we waited over half an hour in the street for the person who brought the keys.

Michael, the host, met us, showed us how everything worked, and gave us many fantastic recommendations for local places to eat and visit. We were able to visit the park and our grandchildren were able to play soccer with the neighborhood children. It was wonderful!

Location was great. You have to turn the air conditioning off when you leave the apartment. We were there during a heatwave and were out all day. It was impossible for the bedrooms to cool off enough to sleep. There is no air conditioning in the bathrooms or in the kitchen. That made it unbearable for us to cook. The step down into the kitchen and the furtherest bedroom (near the kitchen) was hazardous.

• David (10/5): The perfect location to explore beautiful Florence. Great advice from host. - Location, hosts, spacious, advice from host. The apartment says Private Parking which is misleading. (they were going to remove but I see it is still on there) In the historic centre you need to park in a parking building. There is one 600m from the apartment at a cost of 35 Euroi per 24 hours but you do need to book in advance so don't rock up expecting to park at the property.

Francesca met us to show us around the apartment and also came through with helpful restaurant recommendations. Daniele was available when we needed questions answered. We’re very appreciative of their hospitality and definitely recommend this beautiful place for your stay. All good for us!

• Linda (10/5): We highly recommend this Apt. It was close to everything. We walked everywhere. It is 15 walk to Pointe Vecchio we’re so - We were 6 adults. We had so much room! the apt is so spacious and clean. Each couple had their own room. Apt was 15 minute walking distance from train station. the beds were so comfortable. We had great sleep. Francesca, our host, allowed us to come earlier and greeted us so warmly. We really felt like we were staying with family.
