- Andrea_F74 (5/5): NON BENE - Nulla, se non la posizione accanto al centro di Coverciano. Per il resto vi rimando alle considerazioni più sotto su tutto quello che non mi è piaciuto. Bisogna lavorare per migliorare e avere feedback positivi La persona che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, gentilissima, arrivava in autobus, ho aspettato 20 minuti fuori dalla porta, nonostante avessi avvisato dell'orario. La pulizia generale lascia molto a desiderare. C'è da fare una notevole opera di risanamento e di pulizia. Dentro il frigorifero ho trovato del cibo dell'ospite precedente. Peccato perché ha delle potenzialità

- WAEL (3/5): Vraiment désagréable… - Pas grand choses au final Les coupures de courant 3 fois nous avons été obligé de jeter toutes nos courses , la personne sensé nous aider me dit que elle ne travaille pas à cette heure là et me passe le numéro des propriétaires (un numéro qui marche pas), un vrai problème de transparence l’ appartement est très abîmé le canapé déchiré,des trous dans les murs , des marques d’ humidité… en plus un nettoyage de surface seulement sa fait beaucoup de mauvaise point
- Antonella (9/5): Soggiorno soddisfacente. - Location vicinissima alla sede FIGC e al Museo del Calcio, molto silenziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. La location dista dalle fermate di autobus o dai primi supermercati circa 20 minuti a piedi, un po' scomodo se non viaggi in auto.

- Vail (1/5): Do not stay here! - This was horrible. To start, the owner was an hour late to let me into the building after I had confirmed my arrival time with him multiple times. Additionally, there was a significant amount of mold below the air conditioning unit (which was broken) that lead to my friend and I getting sick. When we messaged the host about the broken air conditioning at 10pm, he did not get back to us until 1:45pm the next day. So, we had to sleep in a VERY hot apartment for the night. The bed was hard and there was not a trash can anywhere in the house. Also, all of the screens on the windows were broken, so you cannot open them or bugs will fly in. The location is close to a bus stop, but there is absolutely nothing around the house, so if you want to do anything without a car, you will need to take the bus. Now, my friend and I are both sick and still arguing with the host to get our money back because he is refusing to give us a full refund even though it is illegal to rent a place with something as dangerous as mold.

- Mady (9/5): fair for the money , great if you want to discover some authentic Italian experiences 👍 - great place for the $,and the terrace is making the whole difference 👍 easy to get by bus from Firenze bit further from any shop and i think it should be clear . by walk is about 15-20 mins away from any market or coffee shops.
