• Katherine (10/5): - Loved the attention from the host, she was great, always available, great information provided on how to get there. And the apartment is SURPRISINGLY well equiped, you feel like at home. also, prettier than the pictures. Nothing. Experience was great, would stay again.
• Soyeong (10/5): - 정말로 가정집처럼 편안했어요. 집처럼 온갖 것이 다 있어서... ㅎㅎㅎ 저는 미니 다리미도 가져갔는데 다리미판까지 있더라구요. 참. 주방 가위는 이탈리아특성상 없습니다. 그건 한국인만 쓰는데 아쉬워요. 다만 조금 서늘한 기온이었는데 피렌체에는 5월에는 아예 난방을 하지 않는다고 해서 옷을 따뜻하게 입었어요. 세탁기를 이용할때는 반드시 물을 틀고 전원을 넣고 동작 시켜야 해요 ㅎㅎㅎ 물 수도꼭지가 잠겨있는 상태라 자꾸 오류가 나서 멘붕이었지만 세탁 깨끗히 잘 하고 공용 공간에 햇빛으로 건조해서 너무 좋았어요. 주변도 교통 자체는 편한데 트램보다는 버스가 역과 더 연결이 쉽고 덜 걸어요, 가까운 곳에 마트도 있어서 삼겹살과 양파 구워먹었어요. 아이 혹은 가족들 다수와 함께 조리해서 먹으면서 피렌체를 둘러볼 사람들에게 추천입니다. 다만...너무 바쁜 피렌체에서 중심가와 거리가 있다보니... 오가는데 생각보다 많은 시간을 썼어요. ....위치? 그런데 가성비가 좋아서 그냥 괜찮아요. 하루 더 피렌체에 있어야 했는데 너무 일찍 떠난거 같아요

• Salazar Jiménez (10/5): - El espacio es bastante amplio, bien temperado y cuenta con todo el equipamiento necesario para la estancia. La ubicación cuenta con buen transporte cercano y l comunicación con Cristina fue amena. Ojalá hubiera un enchufe más cercano a las camas.

• Tobi (9/5): Great value for a charming appartment in a local neighborhood 15 minutes from the historic center - I had a conference at the University of Florence for several days and the location of Home il Piccolo Nido was perfect ! I could easily walk to the universtiy campus and that was great. The appartment is in a charming local neighborhood and it gives the visitor a glimpse in the less touristic Florence. I loved it ! And it is easy to get in the historic town with the tram - there is a station 5-10 minutes walk from the appartment. As for the appartment, great facilities, there is a great little kitchen with all you need to cook and prepare food. The room is spacious and very welcoming. The mattress of the bed could be a bit more comfortable, as it felt a hard for me (I am used to sleep in softer matresses). There could also be a few more kitchen towels for drying the dishes, but that is a small detail. You really get a great place to stay for the price you pay with this charming little appartment !

• Elena (8/5): Nice apartment, great host. - The apartment was clean, full of necessary facilities and convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful. There was a bit of an issue with hot water, which could’ve only been used sparingly. However, the host was responsive and helped fix the issue.

• Declan (9/5): Lovely little apartment and I'd use it again next time I'm in Florence. - Nice place. Comfortable bed and kitchen facilities. Small but with enough space to move around freely. Nice bathroom with a great shower. Heating didn't work and some drips from a leak. But weren't a problem. Initial communication was difficult due to miscommunication and translation error which was more my fault.
• Zofia (10/5): Best apartment in Firenze - Apartament is perfect for couple, kitchen and bathroom equipment is very good, big bedroom with a very comfortable bed and light lamps sufficient to read. Contacts with Host was perfect,Christina is very kind and so helpful that we never ever have met before- check in and out is very fast and simple. It also was very nice that Christina prepared small treats for us, and also tea and coffe. Apartament is very well connected and you can get to centre in 10 minutes, we used tram but there are also buses. Nearby is one of the best Firenze's pizzeria Giotto, and big supermarket Esselunge, and of course many small bakeries with local food. We recommend Home I'll Piccolo Nide for perfect stay in Firenze.
• Benchea (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy apartment, everything you need was inside. Bus station and markets are close, so is easy to go in the city. Quite area and the owners were very helpful.
• Dhruv (10/5): Perfect Stay - Everything was super clean and looked very fancy. Perfect for a couple! They had everything you could need, even things to make your morning coffee or a full meal, access to iron, etc. I loved that they had little snacks for us too! You had to wait a while after one person showered to get hot water again but I think this is a relatively common occurrence in Italy.

• John (9/5): a very nice stay in this property with a host who did her best contact. - well appointed property easy access on ground floor great bathroom with excellent hot water comfortable bed the noise of happy children next door the owner had made a big effort to make it welcoming with welcome snacks and beauty samples lift a bit noisy but that’s how it is in a big apartment building
• Christopher (10/5): very well equipped and presented apartment. - Very clean, well presented and very well equipped apartment with every detail considered in a quieter area of Florence. 30 minutes walk from station and city centre. communication from host was excellent and check in and out process simple and straight forward. one of the reasons we booked the apartment was because it was equipped with a washing machine, as we are travelling for 6 weeks in Italy this was important to us but on arrival we were informed that the washing machine was broken.
• Denis (7/5): Good - the flat itself was perfect, it is well equipped - you’ll find everything you might ever need. the host is friendly and helpful the only problem is noise. the appointment is really noisy as it’s situated on the ground floor and you can hear everything that happens outside: very noisy elevator, people talking in the hall, kids nearby (there is probably a kindergarten). it was hard to sleep
• Rudelle (9/5): Cosy and functional appartement - Very clean flat with lots of facilities. Basically you'll find anything you need for your trip and lots of space. The historical center of Florence is at 30min by foot, or 15 min in tram with a station nearby. The appartement is located near a church, so you hear the bell at 8 am. Doesn't really matter if the goal is to visit Florence early
