• Erika (3/5): no fue de lo mejor - Relación precio calidad No funcionaban todas las luces, tampoco la cadena del baño. Tener que ir a buscar y dejar las llaves a otro hotel, retrasa todo el tema del check in y check out. Suma costos que no quería tener. La cama era durísima.

Letteralmente era una tavola di legno rivestita in tessuto e super scomoda. Inoltre la stanza si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore e non era specificato. Abbiamo trovato tanta sporcizia. Polvere ovunque, ragni con raganella annesse, abbiamo addirittura trovato una lente a contatto secca, giusto per farvi capire le condizioni pessime. Per non parlare dei capelli che abbiamo trovato i bagno, tavoletta del wc che conteneva il sigillo di igiene ma era solo figurativo. Siamo dovuti scendere al supermercato vicino a comprare i prodotti per pulire. Tutto ciò a 260 euro circa in due in un fine settimana festivo, calcolando che avevo lo sconto genius dí Booking. Assistenza inesistente. Fino a quando si deve pagare e inviare i documenti scrivono diecimila volte, quando gli scrivi per le problematiche esistenti sono spariti. Vasca che era ridipinta e perdeva pezzi come al muro anche! In bagno inoltre era presente anche della muffa! È inaccettabile che una persona spenda così tanti soldi e poi deve ritrovarsi un soggiorno del genere! Con gli stessi soldi avrei tranquillamente potuto prendere una stanza in hotel avendo veramente i servizi. Inoltre ci avevano detto che appena saremmo dovuti entrare in stanza dovevamo fare una videochiamata per il check in ma non è stata minimamente fatta. In questo soggiorno fa veramente tutto schifo! Always very hot water Dirty and a bit delapidated bathroom Not very comfortable bed, its actually 2 uncomfortable couch pieces with a thin comforter on top Toilet flush needs about 10 min to refill Heating air condition worked but has to be constantly running and the temperature displayed is in no way the result you get Had to use a rubber hair band to hold the shower diverter spout up by coiling the band around the water lever.

• Massimiliano (7/5): - La posizione centralissima permette di girare tt i grandi musei e monumenti a piedi anche. Le chiavi si ritirano in un supermercato a 2 km dalla struttura e non contenti bisogna fare 2 piani di scale storiche x arrivare alla porta.
• Adriano Veng (9/5): - Localização Ótima, perto da Duomo e demais pontos turísticos, proximo de mercado, no qual se faz a retirada e entrega das chaves, Studio pequeno porém confortável, máximo 2 pessoas. Na chegada estava com ar condicionado ligado e bem limpinho. Sofá cama é confortável apesar de nao ser cama. Falta de itens básicos, mais panelas, só havia 2, itens para limpeza, detergente de louça, papel higiênico só havia 2 para 5 noites,, temperos etc...por ser studio pequeno é valido e todos os que nos hospedamos tem os itens básicos. Mas foinuma.boa escolha.

• Polina (5/5): great location, terrible bed, nasty surprise - The location is great the price is very reasonable, but you do get what you pay for. The bed and pillows were awful, I didn't get a single good night's sleep. I am not picky, but I literally had backpain all the time. There was a pile of disgusting pills that looked half digested on the bedside shelf, and a glass of water next to them. A fantastic welcome gift! They apologised and promised to clean, but no one came and the pile remained my companion until the end of my stay. If the owners invested just a little bit in pillows and mattress, and made the place a bit more welcoming and clean, it would truly be a gem.
• Benjamin (4/5): Only stay here if you're desperate and nothing else is available in Firenze. - The location isn’t too bad; it’s a relatively short walk to the old centre of Florence and is in a fairly quiet area. Although the need to obtain the keys from a convenience store two blocks away was a bit annoying. The electricity works. The water flows. The internet connection here is stable and relatively fast; I measured 92 mb/s download and 19 mb/s upload (that’s better than I have at home in Australia). The surfaces and towels were all clean, although the whole place is very old and worn out. But that’s all the good that can be said about this apartment. There is nothing modern about this apartment; it's tired & old & worn and certainly won’t be found in any magazines about modernist living or design, despite the place name on the listing. But that’s just the beginning. The foam sofa-bed mattress is okay, but not particularly comfortable as it’s actually two single mattresses pushed together, each slightly different in hardness. The exhaust fan in the bathroom makes a lot of noise but doesn’t do anything useful; it’s clearly beyond the end of its life. The toilet cistern takes a long time to refill. The painted bath/shower finish is old and warn, the folding shower screen is clunky and the shower head holder won’t stay in place for long during your shower. The hot water system is terrible; on the first night the hot water ran out after about five minutes, on the second night there was no hot water at all so I could only wash my feet and that was it; on the third night when there was still no hot water I took the risk and flicked the switch on the wall labelled ‘do not touch - boiler’ and what do you know, an hour or so later I finally had some warm water. There is a clothes washing machine (which was one of the reasons that I booked this apartment) but there was no clothes washing detergent provided. There is an external clothes line out the window (no use when it’s raining, as it was during my stay), and there are no clothes pegs provided. So if you want to do your own washing here you’ll need to bring your own detergent, your own pegs and possibly your own internal washing line. I ended up just going down the road and spending ten euros at the local laundromat instead. I know that Italy is not a cheap place to live or travel, but the cost of this apartment was definitely not worth the poor level of living that was provided. I’ve stayed in many other places in Italy this year that are larger, better, much more comfortable and considerably cheaper. Avoid this place if you can.

• Phillip (5/5): Adequate if you just need a place to sleep and shower. - Location Advertisement did not mention that this was a 3rd floor walk up. Bed was uncomfortable. No bowls in the cupboard. Air conditioner was noisy.

Even though i reach the host and she said “i’m so sorry about that i can send the cleaners tomorrow” but who can wait until the other day in dirtyness. i cleaned the house by myself. and i left the house in a better situation then i had found. And also, house is really old. the bathtub, parquet, table,.. it’s not like the photos. I’m so sorry.

• Taitos (10/5): Fabulous place, very cozy and super Host! - Great accommodation and hosts. Experienced severe flight delays but host kept in touch and waited for me to turn up. The studio is very cozy, easy to access, private and the aircon works well. Internet is stable. Very clean little place. Highly recommended (will see if I can book this again on my next visit) none
