• Lara Sophie (7/5): Zentral und günstig gelegen über den Dächern von Florenz - Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem nicht laut, Bad war sauber und gut belüftet, es gab eine Klimaanlage. Sehr nette Gastgeber und Möglichkeit, das Gepäck am Abreisetag noch zwischenzulagern. Keine Kaffemaschine/Espressokocher, unzureichende Küchenausstattung, kein Fliegengitter (seeehr viele Mücken in der Wohnung)

Un suggerimento aggiuntivo per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole: una macchinetta del caffè con qualche cialda e qualche scelta di thè e una bottiglietta di acqua nel frigo non sarebbe male

Manque des équipements de base (cafetière, micro onde). Logement étroit déconseillé pour les fortes corpulences ou grandes personnes.

• MARTINA (5/5): Ottima la posizione per la partenza della maratona dal Duomo, da mettere in sicurezza impianto elet. - Ottima posizione vicina al centro, con tanti servizi nelle vicinanze Le prese elettriche erano molto pericolose, quella a muro vicino al bollitore si staccava dalla parete quando si toglievano le spine attaccate, quella del piano cottura ad induzione sfrigolava e non faceva bene contatto, tanto che non siamo riusciti a cucinare la cena ad abbiamo dovuto optare per cenare fuori (scelta che avrei voluto evitare essendo celiaca e avendo la maratona la mattina seguente). Quando erano presenti nell'appartamento di sopra/lato gli inquilini si sentivano parlare come se fossero in stanza con noi (purtroppo sono tornati alle 2.30 di notte e ce ne siamo decisamente accorti) e quando andavano in bagno e tiravano la catena (purtroppo l'hanno fatto diverse volte nel cuore della notte) sembrava che ci si rovesciasse un secchio d'acqua in testa dal rumore che si sentiva nel letto.

• Fernandes (10/5): Confortável e super centralizado! Da rua do apartamento vemos a Duomo! - O apartamento é pequeno, mas bem confortável para um casal e para fixar poucos dias! A localização é incrível e os hosts super atenciosos! Achei o apartamento muito bom! Só melhoraria a área do chuveiro, que quando tomamos banho molha o banheiro quase todo.

La camera era accogliente e adatta a una coppia giovane, non la consiglierei a una coppia adulta adulta. Il gestore è stato davvero cordiale e gentile. Il bagno é all’interno dell’appartamento, ma si raggiunge tramite una scala a chiocciola, é posizionato quindi al di sotto, ma comunque all’interno. È stato per noi un bellissimo soggiorno. Purtroppo la struttura non è dotata di ascensore, per questo non la consiglierei a coppie di una certa età.

• Nora (10/5): The locations awesome, and the room has lots of charm yet danger lurks around every (sharp) corner - The room was so kooky and fun. It was kind of weirdly arranged but charming and I enjoyed that. Lots of sharp corners, hazardously placed ledges to bump heads on, and a rusty spiral staircase with handrails. Honestly kind of dangerous if you are over the age of 50 or under the age of 12.

• Giorgio (8/5): Ottima sistemazione per un week-end lungo in città - La posizione della casa è incredibile, si gode di un'ottima vista sui tetti del quartiere e si intravedono le punte del campanile e della cupola. Il palazzo è storico e ti immerge ancora di più nell'atmosfera della città. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale e ci ha permesso di tenere i bagagli in struttura sia all'arrivo (prima del check-in) che ben oltre l'orario del check-out, permettendoci di girare in città leggeri I dettagli nella camera sono poco curati: ci sono molti segni di deterioramento nel bagno che richiederebbero una ritoccata, così come l'impianto elettrico che è poco stabile (più volte ci è capitato che la placchetta in sala si staccasse dal muro con le prese dentro). Altro dettaglio che richiederebbe una sistemata è il retro del letto che avendo i tubi esposti, risulta scomoda averla dietro alla testa; una copertura (anche mobile per eventuali interventi) sarebbe più carino. Consiglio per il proprietario: non collegare il phon e il bollitore (che hanno la presa schuko) alla placchetta senza adattatore perchè non avendo la massa collegata si rischia di venir fulminati.

• Sharoninsydney (8/5): Great location in Florence - Great location! Just down from the Duomo and with a lively square just steps away, eating options were varied. Despite these advantages, the room is very quiet (and you have glimpses of the top of the Duomo dome and the bell tower). Friendly staff were wonderfully responsive to any issues or questions. We knew when we booked, but there's a LOT of stairs to negotiate. You also need to be very careful of your head getting into and out of bed - it is as the photos suggest, but remember to duck!

• Nargiz (3/5): Generally, I didn’t like the room and would not choose to stay there again. - I only liked the location. The facilities in the room were very poor. During our stay, we encountered several issues. On the first day, there was a water problem, although it was fixed later. The room had an unpleasant smell throughout our stay. It was also difficult to unplug the kettle from the socket, and some of the lamps were not working. Additionally, the stairs were not safe, which raised safety concerns.

The stairs down to the bathroom were a bit dangerous, they need a light so we're able to see at night . Otherwise i would stay here again, excellent location

No mention was made of another 12 steps down to the bathroom. The Wifi wasn't good. Basically, it's non-existent . If you are an older person, forget this place.

The description of the property on the website was very incomplete and did not reflect the actual condition of the apartment, which is unfit for use. Our concerns pertain to both the quality and safety of the apartment. Below are the details: Risk of accident: The small room contains many stairs to the bathroom, shower, and toilet which are located on a lower level, accessible by very steep stairs,/ladder. Lack of security: The hole in the floor (hatch) leading to the bathroom is unsecured, creating a risk of falling from a height of about 2.5 meters. Above the entrance to the bathroom, there is an electric stove with dusty, freely hanging cables, posing a risk of electric shock. Lack of ventilation: The bathroom and toilet have no ventilation, making it stuffy, humid, and unpleasantly smelling. All bathroom equipment shows significant signs of wear and is rusty.Claustrophobic sleeping conditions: The beds are located in an alcove that is claustrophobically low. There are steel support beams in the ceiling, creating a high risk of head injury, which I personally experienced during the stay. The air conditioning turns on but does not lower the temperature The apartment was not very clean, which further negatively affects the overall impression. The only positive aspect is the apartment’s central location, and the fact that the owner is nice and tries to cover up any inconveniences. However, due to the above issues, we cannot recommend this apartment, primarily due to safety concerns. We are very disappointed with the condition of the apartment, which was the worst we have ever stayed in. Therefore, we believe that the apartment should be removed from the Booking.com listing to prevent other travelers from experiencing similar issues
• Cheryl (1/5): Beware of staying here. - Nothing - very disappointing experience Studio apartment was actually hazardous with high steo down to sink. Steep spiral stairs to bathroom. Low roof over bed with two steel beams - could not stand up. 5 night stay - had to move after 2 nights as we were worried we would injure ourselves. We were promised a refund which we never received.

• Gail (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Step outside the door, look to the left and you can see Cathedral di Santa Maria a few minutes walk away. There are great bars and restaurants around the corner in Piazza di S. Pier Maguire. The apartment is genuinely “silent”, the bed is comfortable and we loved the large opening window for the afternoon sun and the sounds of the cathedral bells. On the eve of my 64th birthday I took up the opportunity to do yoga on the apartment building terrace followed by a 3 course dinner. I can highly recommend this special experience. The memory of the view of the cathedral from the yoga mat changing as the sun set to being lit up is a memory I will treasure. The yoga instructor Simone’s sense of humour made for a relaxed experience and the lovely flow yoga was well worthwhile. Imen’s prepared a beautiful 3 course meal which was just the right amount so I could enjoy the delicious Tiramisu. I wished I had time to do Imen’s cooking class on the terrace…..maybe next time.

• Joachim (4/5): Book it for the location if its not to expensive and you dont care for the rest at all. - Location is great. Perfectly close to all sight seeing places, still walkable distance to the main train station. Quiet. The place is an adventure. Dont expect any comfort here, but book it if you get it for a reasonable price. The incredible strange floorplan makes it impossible to clean the place. So its quite dirty. Pulling some books from the shelf above the sink resulted in a pile of dust falling onto my freshly prepared pasta. There is only one lamp in the living area. The tiny bathroom is in a lower floor with a steep staircase leading to it. Since the light in the bathroom has a motion sensor, it gets dark while you shower. The mattresses are to big for the bed so its quite uncomfortable. The bed is in some hole in the wall, you must make sure not to hit your head when sitting up. Kitchen has only very few items. AC was working though and the hosts are nice.
