- Kate (10/5): Lovely apartment and location. - We loved the location and the space. We also appreciate the washing machine and large shower! It was a very comfortable stay. The kitchen stools. Very uncomfortable to sit on.

Showed us all the places we wanted to on the map, food, shopping, gelato, historical sites, and answered all our questions. I never had a hose spend so much time getting us acclimated to the city, made for a great start to our stay in Florence. Nothing it was great.
- Marilyn (8/5): The location trumps any minor criticisms. - It’s in a very convenient location with everything we needed. There is no real lounge area as it is the same room as the bed. The kitchen bar stools are almost impossible to sit on. The courtyard is a bit tacky.
