• Donna (10/5): A top tier host and a charming apartment! - We stayed in the Charlotte as a family of 7. The host Michele is one of a kind! When he said he would meet us on the street I didn’t imagine he would literally come and find us in our car to show us where to go! He kindly arranged parking for us and it was so convenient. Michele also helped us carry our bags up to the 3rd floor apartment. We didn’t mind the walk up the steps but for those with young children or mobility issues I could see it being a challenge. The Charlotte is a charming apartment and is exceptionally maintained and kept very clean (which I so appreciated). The location is excellent with markets, excellent shopping, and the Uffizi Gallery all within a 1-2 minute walk. In fact we were able to get to every site we visited easily by foot. I can’t say enough about the host Michele. All of has recommendations we spot on, as was his choice of wine that he gave us as a welcome gift. We will be sure to book the Charlotte next time we visit Florence! Not a thing!

Arranging every little thing for us, so accommodating....thankyou, Michele, and family Nothing except when the heat went to 40 degrees, but apartment temperature stayed cool and comfortable.
• Hetesh (10/5): Exceptional - Michele is awesome! He arranged our transfers/taxis and gave us a great overview of what to do and see. His apartment is well equipped and in the perfect location with everything only 15 mins walk maximum.

We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again if we return to Florence. - We recently stayed at Michele's Charlotte apartment in Florence, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, with all major attractions like the Duomo, Boboli Gardens, and Palazzo Vecchio just a short walk away, among an endless sea of attractions, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. The apartment itself is wonderfully equipped with everything you will ever need, including an air conditioner, which was a lifesaver during the warmer days. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after exploring the city. Michele, our host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. He warmly greeted us upon arrival, walked us through all the amenities, and even carried our luggage up to the third floor. Michele also made arrangements for cabs, recommended fantastic restaurants, and went as far as calling and reserving cabs for us. We felt truly pampered and appreciated Michele’s genuine hospitality. His attention to detail and personal touch made our stay in Florence unforgettable. I highly recommend staying at Michele's Charlotte apartment for anyone looking for a welcoming, convenient, and thoroughly enjoyable experience.
• Mitch (10/5): Awesome stay right next to historic Florence! - This property was great! Amazing location in the city. The host arranged valet parking, helped us carry bags up and down the steps. Plenty of room and multiple bathrooms was a great bonus with 7 people travelling with us. We would gladly stay again! Florence itself was a tough city to navigate with the amount of tourists walking the streets. This location is in the historic area so streets are very small and crowded. No issues with the property.

Michele helped with all our luggage, was readily available to answer questions and help, and we enjoyed all of his recommendations for restaurants, etc. Will be reserving again! Everything was perfect!
