Very close to the train station and to the main tourist attractions The AC was not working even though when we arrived the room was very hot. The bathroom is not the cleanest, mold on the ceiling and not very cozy.

As there is a £70 cleaning charge included in the amount paid, I expected the place to be properly cleaned. I also sent photos as requested, but no one came to clean during our stay, which was very disappointing.

Appartement lumineux Puit de lumière au plafond sans rideau pour la nuit dans le séjour. Réveillé très tôt par le jour... Dommage car sinon tout été parfait. Équipement cuisine minimaliste, pile 4 couverts de chaque.

• Thi (9/5): Great stay - Location was great. Within 5 min walk from the Firenze S.M Novella station. Also very close walking distance to the main attractions and city centre. The apartment felt very secure and has a nice lookout over the courtyard. The pillows were not comfortable to sleep on and the air-conditioning was not working but other than that, this was a good stay.

• Rivers (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Quiet Quite basic. The smallest of television and just a Moka coffee machine. A bit tired. Some areas needed repainting and maintenance. A lot of hairs around. Pillow undercases needed washing. Told that AC does work.

The area is lined with a good variety of eateries namely Italian, Chinese, bubble tea, Taiwan dessert. Further down, you can find korean restaurants too! Lovely floral scent filled the garden whenever one walked past.😍 Provision of toiletries will be much appreciated Other than that, the basic are there.

• Lora (9/5): Could have been a "10" - Floor plan is great with 2 large rooms: a living/ kitchen/dining area and a bedroom. Feels large, roomy and comfortable. The apartment was clean and quiet. Black out curtains in both rooms. Hot water and air conditioner both worked well. Good location near train station and grocery store. Very small TV with no Engish channels. Kitchen needs a microwave. Bed was hard and needs a queen size sheet, not 2 twin sheets, weird. Duvet blanket needs a duvet cover on it. Washer and dryer are located in the basement and shared with the building. $6 to wash and dry one load of laundry. Light fixture in bathroom is broken. Curtains need to be cleaned. Owner did not respond to email during stay.
• Ieva (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect location to explore Florence by foot. Very quiet place despite loudly street near. The worst thing - mosquitoes. It was impossible to open windows for fresh air because of them. The washing machine is the basement, not in the apartment, and costs additionally. This information was not mentioned in the description of the apartment. Couple bottles of shampoo was used by someone before, this is not how it supposted to be. There was no hot water the first morning. Fortunately it appeared in the evening.

• Michael (9/5): A pleasant apartment in a great location. - A comfortable and spacious modern apartment set in irs own small complex with a common garden area. Well equipped and clean with good Aircon, a must in summer months. Great location, a 10 minute walk to the Duomo, many good restaurants and cafes nearby, close to the famous covered market. Excellent secure parking in the underground garage with lift access to the apartment.. Friendly and helpful staff. If you are driving it's difficult to find initially due to the one way system. It represents good value in an expensive tourist destination. We will stay here again. Recommended. Nothing.
• Nancy (8/5): we enjoyed our stay and loved the location - - central location was great. - also having a parking right in the building was very convenient - having access to a washer dryer ($) in the basement was also good although I thought it was going to be in the apartment - the decoration of the property was very basic and lacked warmth

• Mašan (5/5): Passable - location and was clean uncountable beads, a lot of mosquitos but there is no net on windows, aside bad lamp didn't work, wall sound insulation very bad, to enter bathroom you need to enter first bedroom (not conformable for 2 couples), we check in at 8pm instead 7pm and they changed us extra 50€ for late check-in, ther are no shades on windows, we had only one set of keys (on 4 people) and to enter building complex you need to use 3 keys and open 3 different dors (very unpractical)

• Charles (8/5): Comfortable stay in a great location with friendly staff - Great location near train and on a quiet street with lots of restaurants. Pretty garden court yard outside apartment. Daniella was responsive to our inquiries and helpful which is so important. Electric kettle blew the breaker but she helped problem solve it so it was not an issue. Bed was comfortable. Need a full length mirror, a small microwave and another hook in the bathroom. All minor issues.
• Niamh (9/5): Oasis in the heart of Florence - So much to like about this property!! The location is fantastic- close to the train station and cathedral with lots of great places to eat on the doorstep. The green space outside the building is beautiful- I felt so tranquil every time I walked through. The apartment is spacious and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the air conditioning! The hosts were very attentive. Would love to stay again! very minor comment- the floors were a little dusty but not very bad.

• Georgia (7/5): The room is perfect if you are travelling by car. There is parking available there at a fee of 20 euros per day. it is c - The parking and that it was clean The sofabed was uncomfortable and the hostess was quite rude. She kept asking us when we will arrive and when we asked whether there was another room with a veranda she didnt even try to accomodate us. Also we would expect a coffee machine or a kettle with tea bags or coffee.
