• Sabine (10/5): - Super sauberes kleines Apartment, perfekt für 2 Personen. Voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Spülmaschine und Ofen, sogar Kaffeepulver war da. Sicherer Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Agostiino erläutert gut, wie man am besten mit Bus und Metro ins Stadtzentrum und zurück kommt. Das klappt tagsüber auch recht schnell. Wenn man abends etwas später zurückkommt, kann es schon passieren, dass man länger auf den Anschlussbus warten muss. Aber irgendwann kommt er dann. Alles super. Einziger Hinweis: da die Unterkunft in einem Einbahnstraßengebiet liegt und das Navi und Google Maps unterschiedliche Routen vorschlagen, wäre ein Hinweis hilfreich, von welche Seite man ins Wohngebiet reinfahhren sollte.

• Francesca (10/5): Raccomandabile 100% - I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, facilitando il ritiro delle chiavi. L'alloggio è molto accogliente, spazioso, curato, pulito, bello e con il vantaggio di un bel cortile interno. Se non si vuole stare nel centro di Firenze e si è disposti a spostarsi una mezz'ora, questa è un'oasi di pace dopo una giornata di visite!

• Eric (10/5): - Der überaus herzliche Empfang und die Einweisung. Es ist eine schöne und ruhige Oase. Im Gegensatz zu den teilweise umgebenden wohnblöcken hebt sich das Gebäude wohltuend ab. Die Gebäude und der schöne Garten verbreiten sofort eine erholsame Atmosphäre. Sehr schöner aussenbereich! Der Vermieter war stets sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns Tips zur Fahrt in die Stadt, sowie gleich entsprechende Fahrkarten gegeben. Schön auch, daß das Auto sicher abgestellt werden konnte.

• Rafael (10/5): Excelente para quem viaja de carro! - Se você estiver de carro, a localização é muito boa. Leva 15 minutos de carro até o estacionamento fora da ZTL em Firenze. É só deixar o carro estacionado e seguir a pé para explorar a cidade. Se você estiver sem carro, aí a coisa muda um pouco de figura. Você vai ter que pegar um ônibus até a estação de trem, pegar o trem, soltar em uma estação anterior a estação central (porque esta está em obra) e pegar outro ônibus. Acontece que o trem e o ônibus são lotados! Toda essa baldeação cansa muito, sem contar que demora mais ou menos uma hora o percurso total e provavelmente você vai em pé e apertado, porque é muito cheio. No fim do dia, quando se está cansado de andar na cidade é difícil voltar. O anfitrião é muito simpático e prestativo. Nos deu várias dicas sobre a cidade e nos deixou bem a vontade. A instalação é bem confortável, tanto a cama como o sofá cama são bem confortáveis e o ar condicionado funciona muito bem! As roupas de cama e banho estavam limpíssimas! Nada.

Le logement est bien situé, à proximité des transports en commun, du supermarché. Le logement est propre, bien agencé. Le jardin est vraiment joli, vous pourrez profiter de celui ci en mangeant sur la table mise à disposition devant le logement.

Washing machine. 2 bathrooms. Would prefer a location closer to walkable restaurants and stores. Didn’t have some basic amenities like soap, shampoo. Had to pay for taxes at property in cash. Had to coordinate arrival before 8 pm.

The host was very nice and explained to us how to get to Florence with our rented car, where to park and recommended restaurants and supermarket in the area. It is close to the city, just 15 min with the tram. All was good

• Sasha (10/5): Best value for money! - We loved that there were all the amenities we needed such as a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. The host was truly amazing and even left some juice, biscuits and cream for us as well as a bottle of water in the fridge. We were provided with dishwashing tablets, washing machine pods and toilet paper (things that aren’t always expected from a self-catering place). The location is perfect for getting the bus to the main train station and there is a very affordable grocery store close by called Esselunga. We didn’t stay in the exact room we booked but it had everything we needed, nonetheless.

It takes around 40 min to get there. We didnt really mind as we had rented a car so we could get to the nearest tram station by car, frre parling at the supermarket nearby and then take the tram to city. Nothing

Hosts are very kind and gave us a lot of info about the area, transports etc. Large supermarket is 5 mins walking. Need to catch a bus and a tram to get to the city centre, but they are very frequent (never had to wait for more than 5 mins) Buses stop at 10pm - however taxi from the tram stop are not expensive (or a 20 mins walk)

It’s inside a nice compound and had a private parking area. We could have our breakfast and dinner in the beautiful garden. Florence central station was a super convenient 10-15 min drive away. We’d like to thank Agustino for his great hospitality. None.
• Sándor (10/5): A perfect starting point is Florence. - The host was very kind and provided us a lot of informations about Florence and the public transport possibilities to reach the town centre. The property was clean and spacious and had all the appliances we needed. The free parking space was a bonus. There were not any drawbacks.
