• Francesca (8/5): Un sogno di giorno… un pochino meno la notte - Posizione strategica, vicinissimo a tutte le attrazioni della città, davvero comoda, la casa è fornita di quasi tutto ( aggiungerei una tv in soggiorno). È davvero difficile dormire la notte, soprattutto i weekend e nei giorni festivi, nella via sotto la camera da letto è presente un locale notturno aperto fino alle 6 di mattino,le prime notti non abbiamo chiuso occhio per via degli ubriachi che schiamazzavano fuori dal locale fino le 6.

• Rob (10/5): The best apartment in Florence - The location couldn't have been better, you're right by the main attractions (duomo, ufizzi gallery etc). The apartment was immaculate, great facilities, brilliant WiFi across the board. Huge balcony. Easy to check in, easy to get hold of staff via phone and WhatsApp. The apartment had everything you could need for your stay, with extra supplies readily available. A dream of a stay, probably our best ever. Everything was perfect. If we had to find one tiny recommendation it would be for a wooden spoon as we couldn't find one when cooking but this is extremely minor.
• Ian (4/5): It could have been so much better. - We’ll situated to the significant historical and cultural sites. The flat needs some investment, as there were several things cracked or broken, any one of which was minor in itself but taken together made it feels a bit run down. Also, and most significantly, it backs on to a lane where staff from the fronting businesses worked all night and were very loud, speaking and calling out to each other so loudly it made sleep difficult as their voices echoed among the stone built. We hardly slept during our stay.
• Nataša (10/5): Exceptional - Me and my family rented one of their apartment in Florence and will absolutely choose Starthouse again when we come to Florence next time. The apartment is located in Florence's historic centre 5-10 minutes from all the main attractiond. We really liked the interior of the apartment with somewhat vintage furniture, high ceilings and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (washing machine, iron, cooker with an oven). We appreciated that there were air-conditions in both rooms since it was extremely hot during our stay. The check in and check out instructions were clear, and the check in works even without internet connection (24h self check-in). We came with our dog and weren't charged extra for the pet.

• Vanada (8/5): Good value for money. - The apartment was clean and bed sheets and towels were like brand new. Location is awesome as it is close enough to the center but far enough to be away from the crowd and noise. Easy communication with the hosts and self check in was easy due to very detailed explanation sent prior. Overall excellent value for money. The stairs .. being on the 3rd floor, it wasn't great with all our luggage and bags!
• Chia (5/5): Bad customer support and misleading ad. - Upon arrival, the check in instruction did not work, as they gave us a wrong code. We had to wait in the blistering sun and make an international call to resolve the issue, as there was nobody on site to help. Furthermore, despite clearly stating that the property includes toiletries, they do not provide any shampoo or body wash. When this was brought to their attention, they simply shrugged and didn’t do anything. The whole property is managed by some corporation that owns many apartments, and it’s difficult to get any help or any customer support. Once they’ve taken your payment, don’t expect any customer support beyond the bare minimum. On top of that, they want you to take your own garbage out to a nearby public trash bin, which is weird.
• Char (9/5): Lovely well appointed flat on a quiet street in the heart of Florence. - This is a lovely flat on a quiet side street not too far from the Ufizzi. It was a 4th floor walk up - so be prepared if you have luggage. It's also in a restricted travel zone - taxi's are allowed - but just an FYI if you happen to be driving. The flat is nicely appointed with an efficient kitchen, open living space and balcony. Note that the second bed is actually a futon like couch - but it worked well. Laundry is a bonus. Communication with the management company was easy and they were very responsive. There were 1-2 noisy nights (weekend) as you could hear some revelers into the wee hours (4am) - nothing headphones couldn't cover up. Steps away from all the main sights. Bonus was a guitar for my son ! Overall a great stay and would recommend. Everything was great.
• Beatfilms (10/5): Great location, great apartment, great value! - Absolutely amazing location - close to everything you could need or want to see. Easy pain free check in. Great size - the apartment LOOKS like the pictures. No wide angle lens in the corner of the room shenanigans. Huge balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood rooftops. To my larger bottomed American brethren - the toilet seat is USA AAA LARGE BUTT sized. Sit to do your business without pain! I have to get really nit picky to find anything I didn't like. The thermostat is locked - AC was set to 26c which was a little higher than I'd prefer. But whatever. I think I might have to buy an orange refrigerator now.
