• Teresa (10/5): Very conveniently located and comfortable! - Apartment was extremely comfortable and clean. Centrally located to all attractions. Washer and dryer were very convenient. Well stocked apartment. Stairs to the bedrooms are steep.

• Haowei (7/5): - The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. The size of the rooms are also nice, each room had an ensuite which was very nice. The apartment appears clean however the drinking glasses and plates were not clean and there was no dishwasher! The place also didn't have a coffee machine and I feel for the amount we paid, the dishwasher and a coffee machine should have been invested. The rooms upstairs were hot, only to have the windows open to allow for breeze, but there are a lot of mosquitoes, may be one of the fly screen needs checked and when you have the windows open, there were noises from the streets. So the room temperature was not so comfortable at night. (they do have aircons in the apartment but its April, so it's not really hot yet). Overral the apartment is close to the cathedral and we were able to spend time out there exploring the city and come back and rest for a little bit before we go out again.

• Cheshire (10/5): Great location and apartment in Florence City center. - The location and convenience of this apartment was great. The host was very attentive and check in was very easy. We were in a great location. The apartment was very clean and spacious.

• Alexander (9/5): - Прекрасное расположение! Приветливый хозяин. Внутри апартаментов всё довольно комфортно. Есть система кондиционирования и обогрева. Сложно было найти при первом заезде, пока хозяин не рассказал как правильно подъехать. Чайник внутри был не очень чистым. Воду пришлось кипятить в ковшике.

• Jaslyn (9/5): Cosy apartment and easy to move around Florence. Host is super friendly and responsive. - Location very convenient. Apartment is very spacious. Experience Blackout thrice and have to go to the main building power room to turn off and turn on again. Water from the tap have particles.

• ABDULLA (10/5): شقة الأحلام - الشقه ولا اروع وتنفع للعوائل والشباب من ناحية المكان قريبه من كل المحلات و تبعد 200 متر عن كنيسة فلورنسا والشقه وايد نظيفه ومثل الصور بالضبط واسعه وفخمه وفيها غرفتين فوق كل غرفه بحمام وتحت الصاله وفيها حمام صغير والمطبخ متوفر فيه كل شي من فرن ومايكرويف ومحمصه التوست وغلايه وثلاجه وفيها بعد غساله ملابس وطبعا صاحبه الشقه موفره كل أدوات الطبخ وحتى القهوه واكياس الشاي موفرتها يعني ما تحتاجون اي شي من برا للطبخ توفر المصعد في المبنى وصاحبة الشقه محترمه جدا وتقدم لكم كل الخدمات اللي تقدر عليها وطيبه وخلوقه تتوفر عدة مواقف للسيارات حول المبنى مسافة 5 دقائق مشي فقط عدم توفر مكينة الإسبريسو والدرج نوعا ما لا ينفع لكبار السن

• Gideon (10/5): Beautiful and clean apartment. - The staff allowed an earlier luggage drop and check in which we were very grateful for. The property was well located, close to the train station. It was very clean and probably the best apartment we stayed in for the holidays. My wife forgot her jacket in the apartment and they were willing to send it to us in South Africa, which we are we thankful for.
• Sarika (10/5): The best apartment with best location and luxurious space - The most amazing host with luxurious property at the most iconic location. You are in the heart of the city and every place is less than 15 mins walk. Costanza was so kind to meet us even for a late check in as our train was delayed, explained everything so well. The property is fully equipped to support the family stay with full comfort. it has a guide book which gives all imp info about places to shop, eat and Costanza and her teams are available on whatsapp too with additional info help. I will 100% recommend staying here and I am sure you will never be disappointed with this choice. I found the beds were bit hard to sleep on, which could be improved also I would have loved to have fresh towels for every day. though the apartment has a washer dryer and washing soaps etc but on holidays you dont have so much time to do that. but it could be just peculiar to our family but we still managed 3 days with one big and one small towel for each of us.

• Concetta (10/5): This was a great property in the center of Florence which was close to the main attractions and sites including restaura - The property was in a great location in centro historico. Walkable to sites, shops and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The property was beautifully decorated and furnished. The stairs to the bedrooms within the apartment may not be good for those with mobility issues. However, There is a bathroom and sofa beds on the main floor. There is also an elevator in the building.

• Janet (9/5): Wonderful apartment! Grab it if you can. - Very spacious apartment, though the bedroom ceilings were too low for my 6’5’’ husband. Kitchen had everything we needed. The A/C was fantastic and in every room. And the listing does not mention that there is a washer/dryer in the apt! Absolute bonus for us. Can’t beat the location and the host. . The only problem was that there must have been a cat either in this apt or in the building- my family had some allergy issues here

At the entrance of the building there is a luggage storage (very convenient) Apartment was clean, host provides amenities, coffee, water; also a list of suggested restaurants (very good) Rooms and bathrooms with good size, confortable; AC working very well Rooms at a second floor, tiny stairs to get to them. If you have big luggages is a bit uncomfortable; but manageable Kitchen is small but has all necessary items

Not any snack of small bite on arrival, just a bottle of water ... before Florence, we stayed in Rome, in apartment was some snacks ... even a bottle of prosecco ... small details which are important that we missed in this apartment.
• Tigran (10/5): Great appartment right next to Duomo. - Excellent location, the appartment was fresh, clean and pretty, the bathrooms were supplied with all necessary amenities, good wifi, comfy beds, spacious showers, everything was excellent. Special thanks to hostess Gisella who waited for us to arrive and welcomed us with such hospitality! She suggested good restaurants, nearby stores, basically all we needed for our stay. Everything was perfect.

• Fields (10/5): We loved the apartment and would recommend it to anyone. - We loved the apartment. The location is perfect. The apartment was very clean. All furniture was comfortable. The WiFi was excellent. Gisela was very responsive and friendly. It was wonderful. we found ourselves wishing we could stay longer. My only complaint is very minor. The apartment has what appears to be a new induction cooktop which is great. However, the caffe pot is too small to work on the cooktop.
