• Márcio (9/5): Suite espaçosa e confortável bem localizada - EEELocalização maravilhosa, a 500 m da Capela de Medici e a 4 min de caminhada do Mercado Central. Sala e quarto bastante espaçoso, com cozinha completa. Ideal para quem gosta de tomar um cafe da manha e poder fazer uma refeição sem ter que sair de casa. Adorei a gentileza de chegar no apartamento com vários itens no frigobar para o cafe da manha. A cafeteira repleta de capsulas de cafe como cortesia também foi muito gentil. O anfitrião Sandy me enviou videos por WhatsApp explicando como acessar o apartamento. Existe um elevador que ajuda bastante para levar as malas para o segundo andar, mas muito fácil subir pelas escadas internas que são amplas e bem iluminadas. Como sugestão, acho que poderia melhorar a qualidade dos travesseiros que estão abaixo da qualidade do apartamento como um todo. Um par de tacas para vinho extra seria interessante.

• Ting (10/5): - Everything "hardware" is perfect. Even beyond. Location, condition of the appartement, the owner prepared some basic snack very conviennent for travelers. I could understand why there are some disputes between the owner and some tenants. Everything in the apartment is carefully chosen, you can feel the careness. BUT, the TONE the owner uses to communicate, i'd rather believe it's due to Italian translated to English, doesn't make you feel confortable, but even in a threatening way. "If you don't xxx, I can not let u in. "If you don't xxx, I will charge extra". I understand you care you home, like me care my own, but you still open it to accept clients and make money, you're not supposed to make the others, esp who obey all the rules, feel not comfortable at all, esp during vacation. That's not the vibe I'm looking for.
• Edith (10/5): Fabulous - The apartment is very clean, modern, spacious, in a great location, with AC, a comfortable King bed with two pillows each, and a washer/dryer! Breakfast ingredients were provided which made making breakfast super easy. We got so much more compared to similar priced properties. Check-in instructions were clear and timely.

• Sirinthip (10/5): The perfect stay in Florence :) - Loved the place! It’s perfect. It’s got everything you need on a trip away from home. Spacious, clean, modern, and well-equipped apartment. The location is also perfect. Not far from the train station at all. And of course it’s near tourist attractions. Sandy was also very helpful and she gave me all the information I needed to know about the apartment. Thank you so much. Would love to come back and stay here again :) It could be a bit loud at night as I think there are some restaurants around and maybe those working or collecting trash (I guess) in the morning, but that didn’t disturb us too much. Would still come back if we go back to Florence.

• Benjamin (10/5): Worth every penny and in the heart of Florence - Absolutely everything about this accommodation is great from the meeting with Victoria to the very end. She met us at the unit and conducted a thorough walk through. This apartment is one of the best we have ever stayed in. It is our second time here in fact it was so good the first time around that we arranged our holiday to enable us to get into it again. Highly recommended. I loved everything
• Susan (10/5): Superb apartment in Florence. - Excellent location and beautifully decorated property. We appreciated the breakfast provisions and smart tv and ability to watch Netflix. Washing machine availability. Dryer function on washing machine was complicated but we got our clothes dry.
• Lindsey (9/5): Amazing apartment in the heart of Florence - We were met at the apartment to get the keys and were given a tour, which was nice. They had stocked the fridge for us, which essentially provided breakfast for our entire stay. Great location in terms of being near the center of the city - a very short walk to the Duomo. It was nice (essential for us) to have a washing machine. The windows were just shutters (no glass panes) so it was quite loud at night - especially over the weekend - we had to wear earplugs in order to sleep.

• James (10/5): Beautiful apartment in central location - Very central location, only a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops and attractions. Very tastefully and beautifully furnished apartment.It had all the appliances, gadgets, cooking utensils that you would need for your stay.Bed was very comfortable. Extremely clean and tidy apartment on 3rd floor away from hustle and bustle of street.
• Georgia (8/5): Large modern apartment with all mod cons - Lots of space, nicely furnished and very generous supplies. Comfortable bed. Well set up kitchen. Convenient to the train station and main sites. Friendly and helpful host. Supermarket downstairs. Noisy area, some lighting and wifi issues that were rectified quickly. The check in process took rather a long time and bedroom aircon out of action. No view to speak of.

• Hsueh (8/5): Building elevator not operable since doors were not fully closed. We encountered twice but lucky enough elevator stopped - Location is great. Facilities were complete and clean. Host provided full breakfast materials in the refrigerator. We asked how to operate the washer, even read through operation manual, but the cloth turned out to be all wet. A/C couldn’t restart unless we reset all the breaker. Electricity loading distribution was not optimized. After first use of gas stove, the battery was dead so we couldn’t use gas stove during 3 nights stay afterward.
• Anthony (10/5): A real gem in a great location and good value for money - we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. - Location was superb - walking distance to the train station and main tourist attractions. Surrounding area seemed safe and busy with tourists. We were able to negotiate an early check-in which saved us from using a luggage storage facility. Claudio arrived quickly to let us in and gave us a detailed run-through of the facilities- including coffee machine with supplied coffee pods! Finishes are to a high standard. Apartment is safe, secure and very spacious. Bathroom is excellent with a fantastic shower. We were supplied with breakfast provisions and a bottle of bubbles. TV was new with streaming services available. There is a small lift to help with luggage to the upper floor. Great supermarket downstairs. This apartment exceeded our expectations and it was lovely to get back to its air-conditioning after a hot day walking around Florence. Thank you Sandy and Claudio Nothing
• Paul (8/5): Super location - Loved the apartment The welcome pack is a lovely touch Never stayed in an apartment before but definitely would again, the benefit of having a washing machine was amazing The air conditioning is very loud, and there is the odd door in the kitchen that needs adjusting and refitting. Other reviewers have said it is a little noisy at night and it is but it never bothered us - Its a city and no cities are quiet

The owner’s son Sandy, met us and showed us everything in the apartment and gave us lots of advice about the city. The building work next door- couldn’t be helped by the owner, but annoying all the same!
• Gregory (9/5): Superb - A fully self contained appartment with all the mod cons. A washing machine was a bonus after weeks of travelling I was asked to take the trash bin out to the street which was a short walk away. Seemed odd but not a real problem

• Peter (10/5): We’d stay again which probably says it all. - Well located near the main train station and a gritty part of the city which we prefer and enjoyed. The bed was super comfy and perfect to rest weary bodies after long days of sightseeing. The property host couldn’t have been more helpful and regularly checked in with us and was very timely in replying about questions we had about dining suggestions etc. Welcome food pack and bottle of Prosecco wax a nice touch. Nothing really.

• Denise (9/5): Lively, comfortable stay in busy city - The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The internet was good and the smart tv worked. The bed was excellent and the kitchen had all that we needed. We generally enjoyed our stay and visited some of the less popular attractions that were absolutely amazing. The position of the apartment in a narrow but busy street across from a lively restaurant was a poor choice on our part as it got quite noisy late at night. The staff of the supermarket below us started work very early. The good thing was that it was close to many of the main attractions. The power point not working in the bathroom was a little annoying. The host suggested that we go to the supermarket on the ground level to buy an extension cord? Or I think that was the suggestion. We managed.
• Benjamin (10/5): An amazing apartment and worth every penny - We travel very extensively and I can honestly say that this apartment is THE BEST we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. When we walked in we were stunned. It was fabulous! It has spoilt us forever more. Ultra modern. It had absolutely everything in it you could wish for. There was even bacon, eggs, orange juice, milk, and cheese, butter and jam and a bottle of white wine in the fridge. As if that was not enough there was bread, sugar and a coffee machine with coffee capsules just waiting for us to use them. We were met by a lovely girl named Victoria who explained the ins and outs of everything about the apartment. Everything you would need was on hand (oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, pots pans, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine - need I go on?) even down to little extras in the bathroom like cotton buds - plenty of towels for our 6 day stay - so much in fact that it is impossible to list the lot. Lets just say it was like stepping out of your own home with everything on hand into this amazing apartment which also had everything at hand. The shower and bathroom were superb. Lovely hot and strong shower with touch lighting - in fact everything in the apartment was done at a touch. The bed was extremely comfortable. If I could give this apartment a higher rating than 10 I would. It was perfect. No complaints at all. Deserves more than a 10
• Clero (6/5): Disastrous. Spent a lot of time trying to sort out issues. With hindsight should have moved out. - Location Facilities overstated and deliberately misleading. The owner attempted to charge us for repairs for a washing machine that was not working when we arrived. No separate toilet as listed; no external seating and no streaming service provided. Sauna not working; shower head scaled up

• Eileen (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a fabulous location- few minutes walk from the train station and from the Duomo, Mercado Centrale. On booking we were contacted by the host to confirm our arrival time, we messaged when our flight landed and we were met at the property. Beautiful apartment, just as described, very safe and secure. All mod cons- coffee machine, dishwasher, washer dryer, big comfy beds. There was a lovely welcome basket of Prosecco, bread, ham, cheese, eggs, milk, coffee, sugar, water & juice- such a lovely touch. Everything you would need to cook, (but lots of places nearby to eat out too). Great little supermarket in the same street for everything you might need, with Florence’s food market a few streets away with an amazing cafes/ eateries up stairs. Our hosts gave us some great recommendations for places to eat away from the touristy places- all excellent some definitely need to be booked which hosts are happy to accommodate. Our Hosts were incredibly helpful, and informative about Florence- would definitely recommend. Nothing, everything was great!!

• Livingston (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at Sandy’s suite deluxe was the highlight of our trip. We had been to 4 other hotels on this trip and nothing came close to Sandy’s airbnb. She is a wonderful and thoughtful hostess. To begin with, Our flight was delayed by hours, but she followed up with us and kept checking our flight status to help us with our arrival. On arrival, we were welcomed by Viktoria who gave us a tour of the place and a pleasant welcome basket of Prosecco, eggs, juice, milk, and bacon. Sandy checked on us everyday and assisted us with even the smallest request. The flat on its own is fully equipped with everything you need, from universal chargers, to iron box, umbrellas, sewing kit, stationery, books, sauna, even cds of Big Bang theory and other movies for entertainment. There is Netflix in every room too. So, yes! I would say it is a must that you stay at Sandy’s when in italy. As a bonus, the place is located in the heart of the city and the apartment has a lift. When again in italy, i would definitely stay here. nothing

• Cats (8/5): Very enjoyable and close to everything, especially the train station. - Breakfast provisions were provided and unexpected (eggs, bacon, juice, water, milk, bread, butter, jam and a bottle of Prosecco). Excellent and central location. Having a lift is a great bonus to have when you have luggage. The hosts were contactable at any time and met us at the train station. Nothing. The quality of the accommodation is reflected in the price.

• Stiles (8/5): Perfectly placed little gem - The apartment is ideally located for anything and everything you could possibly wish to do during a sightseeing visit. The building is lovely and traditional with a small supermarket located on the ground floor which covers most groceries. The host's communication before arrival was perfect and were waiting at the door for us on arrival. The apartment has everything you could need and more. There are minor signs of wear and tear but to be expected in a suite with a high turnover. Beds are comfortable and sheets were clean. You are met with a small 'basket' of basic food needs such as milk, bread, eggs and prosecco. Sandy was so helpful and had a huge range of information and knowledge based on your specific requirements Air con in the bedroom is a little noisier than it should be (but I wear earplugs to sleep anyway). This might bother some guests. The sofa isn't the most comfortable after a long day of walking but there is a TV in the bedroom and the beds are lovely. Neither of these points detracted from our stay in anyway
