• Angela (10/5): - Gemütliche Wohnung mit einem romantischen Innenhof. Morgens lässt es sich auf der Terrasse gut einen Kaffee trinken, abends ein Glas Wein. Sehr sauber, ruhig, bequemes Bett; Parkplätze befinden sich nicht direkt bei der Wohnung, sondern etwa 500 Meter entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ins Zentrum ist 200 Meter entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein wunderbares Café mit leckerem Kaffee und Gebäck. Mary ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns bei der Organisation unseres Aufenthalts geholfen hat. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ugodan i pristupačan domaćin. Blizina tramvaja i odlična povezanost s centrom. Velika prednost je parking. Krevet je bio dosta neudoban i jako škripi. Fali perilica posuđa.

• Simon (10/5): Hidden Gem - Sylvia was amazing and very attentive. We loved the rooms so comfortable and clean and no stressing about Parking as they have that covered in. Private parking area for additional cost which we were happy to pay. The train was literally 3min up the road to take into town. Food literally right around the corner and drinks as well. I can’t wait to come back with my family. Just perfect nothing to complain

• Deborah (9/5): A little haven a short ride from the the centre of Firenze - Friendly owners. Safe residential area not too far from the centre. Lovely garden to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Near to the Tram stop which is only 4 stops away from the Station/Centre and cost €1.70 each single fare. Cafe next door to property has lovely pastries and coffee and was really reasonable. Great sandwich shop down the street towards the roundabout with friendly staff. Spacious apartment with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. A few minor things which are more for feedback to improve a future guests stay. A photo of the property from the outside would be good to have had before arriving as we thought we had the wrong property at first. Outer door is quite hard to open and it would be useful to have more than one set of keys to the apartment. Not too many nice places to eat on an evening in the vicinity, the pizzeria on the roundabout wasn’t great and would not recommend. A few items such as water in the fridge would be a nice touch after a long journey. For a two bed apartment, it would be good to have two sofas or some extra armchairs to relax on in the living area when it is too hot to sit outside. Maybe a guest information book with some helpful tips would be good. Overall a nice place to stay if you wish to be outside the noisy city centre and to be able to enjoy some outdoor space to relax in at the end of a busy day!

The shower is really small. While it is only a short walk to the tram station, there were a couple times we couldn’t fit on the tram as it was too busy and then we needed to walk into the city or get a taxi.

• Kerstin (10/5): Exceptional - The appartement had enough room for me, my husband and our two kids. It was quiet and the beds were very cosy. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Within 30 minutes we could walk to Ponte Vecchio. Our host was very friendly and it was easy to reach her within minutes. The appartement was very clean. There are a lot of shops nearby and everybody was friendly to us. We enjoyed everything. We would go there again. Maybe we would take more warmer clothes the next time we spend some time in Firenze in february. :-)
• Blanca (10/5): Great experience and recommend this apartment. - The property is pleasant and in a secure location. It takes between 25/30 minutes to walk to the Duomo from here. Honestly, for the savings in lodging compared to staying in the city center, it’s worth it. We hailed a taxi at the stand just a few meters from the apartment. Great restaurants and coffee shop on this street. Would stay here again. The hot water is hard to regulate in the shower. Hot water was available for the first 3 minutes but then it was too cold. We don’t take long showers but for a party of 5 people it was challenging. Still, not enough to avoid staying here in the future. The only thing I wish we could change is checkout time of 10am. 11am would be easier for families and those wanting to eat prior to leaving, as we did.

• John (9/5): Excellent Home Stay! - Excellent hosts, both the sisters. They were waiting at the door to handover the keys and show us around the house. The house was beautiful, clean with all facilities needed. They also helped arrange a Taxi for us to the train station to on day of check-out. The only let off could be is location, it's mainly due to the issue in florence of not getting Taxis. So you need to know how to get local taxis or how to take the local tram or bus.

A little dark perhaps, the main window to living area opens only fully to the courtyard, which is not practical if you only want fresh air.
