Fizemos algumas refeições e foi maravilhoso experimentar. O anfitrião sempre disponível e pronto para ajudar, foi sempre muito solícito. Em outra oportunidade com certeza voltaria a me hospedar. • MOMOKA (3/5): - ローケーションが素晴らしい！ フィレンツェのどこに行くにも徒歩で行けて非常に満足です！ 近くにクラブがあるのか、夜中2時から4時頃は外から非常に元気な話し声(遠くと話しているので話し声というレベルでは無い。)や歌声が聞こえます。 また、隣人の部屋の音楽も大きいです。 他のクチコミをみて耳栓を持ってきていましたがほとんど役に立ちませんでした。 (これはホストのせいではありませんので、私達は許容範囲とします。) 部屋とお風呂、トイレに沢山の虫が出ました。 駆除しても駆除しても夜部屋に戻るとまたいました。 ゴキブリと見たことがない黒い何かです。 幸い冬だったのでまだ成長しておらず、小さいサイズだったので駆除出来ました。 (隣人の方がゴミを玄関の外に出しており、生臭い匂いがした。たまに袋から液体が漏れて異臭がしていたのでその影響もあるのかも？) また、部屋の暖房やタオルを乾かす機械が30分以上連続して付かず夜は非常に寒く、タオルは毎日生乾きの物を使用していました。 ホストに暖房等がつかないことを説明しましたがシステムの使い方を教えてくれるだけでした。 使い方を間違えている訳ではなかったので非常に困りました。 長期間の旅行だった為、洗濯するためにこちらを選びましたが、乾かすことが出来ず結局一度も洗濯できませんでした。 そして、非常に驚いた事はトイレットペーパーが無くなってしまい連絡をしたところ、なんの返事もなく勝手に部屋に入り補充をしていた事です。 補充をしてくださる等の連絡があれば貴重品をしまい出かけようと思いましたが、連絡がなにもなかったので荷物はそのままにし、自分たちで買いに行くことにしました。 日中観光ついでに買い物をして13時頃部屋に戻るとトイレにトイレットペーパーが置いてありました。 部屋を借りているとはいえ、貴重品や下着もある為非常に不快でした。 立地や部屋の設備には非常に満足していましたが、ホストの対応にガッカリしました。

• Theodoros (5/5): - The location is very good Except for the bathroom, which was renovated, the rest of the room was very old and the bed seemed like it was about to fall apart. The owner asked us about our check-in time and we told him we would like to check in at 1 pm. He agreed, but when we arrived the room was not ready and it was not clean (I have attached some photos of the condition that we found the room). The cleaning service only arrived at 2 pm. When I contacted the owner, he said that the official check-in time was at 3 pm and claimed that he had only agreed for us to leave our luggage at 1 pm and then leave the room. I don’t know about you, but when someone says "check-in" to me, I understand that the room will be ready. After that, when I tried to communicate with him, he even changed the language he was texting me in from English to Italian. I wouldn’t say this is good hospitality.
• Dolores (10/5): - Está perfectamente equipado, el baño nuevo y el resto de los ambientes con mucho estilo. Muy cómodo. La ubicación es simplemente genial, a metros de la Plaza de la Signoria. Rodeado de lugares para comer o tomar un aperitivo. La comunicación fue fácil y siempre muy atentos a cualquier inconveniente o dificultad. La verdad que fue un placer!
• Cristiane Thereza (9/5): Good price quality ratio! - The apartment is great! Newly renovated and spacious bathroom. Location is amazing, right in the city center close to all the main buildings. The kitchen appliances could have been better (coffee machine was full of old water and we didn’t know how to clean that up). The heating was also not on when we arrived and i had to contact the staff about it, but it was solved very quickly.

• DANIELE (9/5): Eccellente mini appartamento in posizione strategica. - Mini appartamento in posizione centrale e strategica, vicino alla Galleria degli Uffizi, a Piazza della Signoria e a Ponte Vecchio, pulito e attrezzato di tutto. Nuovo il bagno con una comodissima e ampia doccia dotata di 2 getti di acqua e luci colorate. Bello il lavabo del bagno ma troppo piccolo e scomodo.

• Fabri2oo7 (10/5): Posizione perfetta e dettagli che fanno la differenza - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamentino davvero delizioso, situato in una posizione strategica a due passi dai principali musei e dal centro storico. L'alloggio era estremamente pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio. Il letto si è rivelato comodissimo, garantendoci un riposo eccellente, e la doccia era semplicemente fantastica, spaziosa e rigenerante. ​In cucina non mancava nulla: tutto il necessario per cucinare era a disposizione. Una nota di merito al proprietario, gentilissimo, che ci ha sorpreso con un kit di benvenuto inaspettato e molto gradito! È stata un’esperienza perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista. Consigliamo vivamente questo soggiorno a tutti! Ci sono un po' di scale da fare ma sopportabili ovviamente
• Cesario (9/5): Bellissima esperienza, ci ritorneremo sicuramente. - Bellissima struttura dotata di ogni comfort, dalla lavatrice (con annessi detersivi), macchinetta del caffe con cialde incluse, aria condizionata, wifi e tv. Ottima posizione ma ovviamente molto caotica di notte (La stanza in cui alloggiavo era comunque molto insonorizzata, quindi con le finestre chiuse si sentiva davvero poco).

• Katherine (10/5): Comfortable, great location - My favorite thing about the property was the bathroom, very spacious and modern. I love the fact that we had a small kitchen in case we needed it. In general the entire apartment was comfortable and in a great location, close to everything. The only thing we had an issue with was that the bar that faced the street where the window of the room overlooks played music till very late and it made it hard to fall asleep. We didn’t have an issue with the amount of stairs, but it may be hard for others.

Creo que deberían cambiar el menaje de cocina ya que es muy antiguo y los trapos y el estropajo, están sucios y viejos, no sé puede poner algo así, daba hasta grima fregar. Tampoco se puede dejar al lado de un armario, a la vista desde la cama la escoba y la fregona echa una mierda. No creo que pagar la ubicación signifique descuidar lo demás. Al final los detalles son los que marcan la diferencia. Ese apartamento tendría mucho más potencial si se modernizara un poco al igual que el baño.

• Aino (9/5): Tilava huoneisto, täydellisellä sijainnilla. - Sijainti oli täydellinen, siisti ja tilava asunto. Asunnosta löytyy kaikki tarvittavat lyhyt aikaiseen majoitukseen. Ilmastointi pitää oli ihana lisä asunnossa, yöllä se pitää hieman ääntä joten voi häiritä herkkä unisia.

It was super close to everything just 150 meter from Ufficzi Gallery and right in front of the most famous sandwich shop in Florence " All's Antico Vinaio" the bedroom was nice and newly renovated bathroom and also come with washing machine inside which was very convenient. The owner was nice preparing espresso machine and some amenity that you need inside. I highly recommend it. The stairway was dark and old. It was hard to find the room at first but after you get used to it. it was okay. The elevator doesn't work.

W opiniach niektórzy wskazywali, ze w apartamencie jest głośno (hałas z ulicy). Istotnie, bylo głośno, ale to normalne skoro apartament położony jest w samym centrum turystycznym Florencji. Hałas nie byl uciążliwy. W nocy nie było głośno (hałas pochodził głównie z restauracji, która była zamykana późnym wieczorem). Brak ręcznika kuchennego .

Had we known we would have had to go up 3 flights of stairs we probably would have booked somewhere else. The elevator was not working. We were familiar with the area is why we liked it. Only reason you got a 7.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful Due to some very late night street noise, we had to keep windows closed. The 50 steps to the unit made hauling luggage a bit of a challenge but we made it 😉

• Joy (7/5): Nice location. Need a better AC (can’t sleep well) - Location is good with supermarket nearby. Laundry is perfect. Nice coffee machine. Cooking utensils are enough. Air-con didn’t work well with terrible sound on and off even we turned it to night mode. It wasn’t cool enough. Can’t open the windows as the street was too loud. Hard to carry big suitcases and went up 2.5 levels with stairs. Toilet sink is pretty but really too small. Coffee cups with many stains. Garbage was smelly and disgusted after few days, and because we cooked with discarded food.
• Mmmm (3/5): Don't stay here. - When I complained that the light in the alcove for the door to the apt didn't work and it was impossible to find where the key went in, he sent someone over the next day. Perhaps he replaced the bulb. It then worked from the switch from the inside going out, but still not from the outside going in. Perhaps the hall switch is broken. I gave up and used the flashlight on my phone to fit the front door key in. Good thing I had a cell phone. -The owner was supposed to contact me the day before with instructions. They did not come until 9 pm, after repeated messages from me, and by then, I was worried and just contacting Bookings. com to figure out what to do. -There were no written instructions about anything such as the air conditioner, the fan part of that system, the induction stove top (we do not have these in the US, and I had to look at YouTube to figure it out, because no response at all when I contacted him to explain it). His response about the air conditioner/fan was that I should use the remote, but there were no instructions on how to do that. I gave up. -No map or instructions about where the grocery store was located (I was left with ½ roll of TP and scant paper towels so I had to quickly find a grocery store), a good coffee bar, etc. It takes 5 mins to make a little local map with recommendations. -No instructions about the garbage, which can be complex in Italy. A three-part garbage thing was in he kitchen with decals, but they were worn off, and who knows what went where. And no instructions about when to put the garbage out. So after 7 days, it piled up. -The kitchen was less than complete- no big knife except a bread knife so, if you want to cut up vegetables, good luck. Only one-count em-one glass wine glass (in Italy!) and it was covered with fingerprints, and unclean. Others were plastic (Again, in Italy??) -The noise was awful. All day and every night until past midnight, there was a booming bass coming from somewhere outside below, and I had to wear headphones to get any sleep. -The location is really bad. Via dei Neri used to be a great street. Now it is packed with tourists day and night, like a herd, only speaking loudly in American English, and cars and motorcycles going down. -This apartment ruined my time in Florence.

• Kim (8/5): Would definitely book this property again. - Location was brilliant very close to the cathedral and galleries. The apartment has great facilities and the instructions to get in are really clear. It is noisy as it is in a street with lots of bars.

Lovely flat with good shower, comfy bed and basics for cooking etc. At no fault of the owner or flat, but it was incredibly noisy outside all night. There must be some sort of late night venue, groups of people talking, echoing around the room, shouts, literally all night then from 6am shop noises. A shame because the great location maybe means great noise…
• Gary (6/5): Pleasant - Nice little Appartment with all amenities and good location in Florence. However, this is good for young people who are going to stay up all night and party...There was a noisy bar downstairs and the loud noise kept going from 11pm until 3am!!! We could not sleep for 4 days, even with the windows shut and our wax earplugs! I do not recommend this place for families and people over 30...
• Taylor (8/5): Very good - Excellent location right in the middle of everything! Small but cozy apartment with a kitchenette and washing machine, all you could need. The street below is very noisy at night, bring earplugs! Also there are no lights in the staircase, so make sure to use your phone flashlight to avoid tripping.

The noise from the street bellow woke us up in the early hours of the morning and the toilet is very awkward as it it pressed against the wall

• Rezgararabzadeh (5/5): Passable - We reserved a two-night stay at this location, and we were warmly received by the hospitable host. The property boasted a convenient location, granting us easy access to various destinations. The well-equipped kitchen was a valuable feature that enhanced our stay. However, our experience was marred by a few issues. The constant commotion from a large group outside the building, singing and shouting until the early hours of the morning, made it difficult for us to get any sleep. Additionally, the room was excessively damp, and we felt chilly and unwell as a result. Despite these setbacks, we would recommend this as a decent place to stay. The room was very humid!
• Diane (5/5): Noisy Florence student flat - Great location close to Uffizi, etc. Ok kitchen. Apartment was essentially "poor college student" decor with a kitchen and very cut up bathroom. EXTREMELY noisy with college students yelling and partying at all hours. There is also construction going on behind the apartment. The air conditioner is really noisy, outdated and completely inadequate so it was unable to keep up with the high heat in late June. Elevator is not any help for luggage since it does not stop on apartment floor.

• Daniel_twosundays (10/5): Stay like a florentine - Close to Arno river, Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio and... Ponte Vecchio. It literally takes you back in time. Just two steps close to the best gelato in Firenze #Gelateria dei Neri. The kitchen is a plus. Noisy outside streets after 3AM.

• Deborah (9/5): perfect location but noisy - perfect location, helpful welcome with easy check in and check out. because it’s so centrally located, you do hear a lot of noise from people out pretty late at night- and right now there’s construction literally outside the bedroom windows on the building next door, so starting at 7am there is also heavy early morning noise (generator turns on then, and is followed by drill work a bit later)
• Ruth (8/5): Value for money. Secure, safe, comfortable self catering apartment in the heart of Florence. - Spacious and quaint apartment in the heart of the city of Florence. It is situated in a very busy and lively area. You are 3minutes walking distance to the Ufizzi art gallery and other main attractions. The most famous sandwich shop is opposite the entrance to our apartment. Our host was attentitive to us and our needs. There is no lift and we were on the second floor, however this is not unusual for Europe. Serious renovations were on the go opposite our bedroom window.Obviously this was not communicated to us on booking the apartment. I'm sure these will take a few months at least to complete. So check this out before booking. At 7am each morning the noise of building woke us up. For tourists who have to get up early to fit in all the beautiful sites this inconvenience is not too bad but if you want to sleep in, forget it. The airconditioner started dripping water so we had to put up with the drips as you need an aircon to keep the temperature bearable for sleeping in the summer and drown out the building street noise. Our host could not get it fixed over a weekend.
