Juste à côté du ponte Vecchio pour rejoindre le centre de Florence et à quelques minutes à pied de la Piazzale Michelangelo pour admirer le coucher du soleil. L’hôte est de plus très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement !

• Elizabeth (9/5): I would rebook this place if I returned to Florence - It was tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. It was extremely close to all the important historical places to visit. two blocks away from the Ponte Accu. It had a musty odour when you entered and in between the bathroom and bedroom, it smelt worst. There were candles to try to camouflage it, which helped a bit. It is also located on the street with a steep incline. I definitely had no problem, but anybody with mobility issues should be aware of it.

• Tatiana (7/5): Good - Cozy apartment with everything you need. Convenient location. Close to a good supermarket The " last mile " to the apartment is a steep climb up the mountain. It's hard to climb with luggage or shopping. The apartment is on the semi-basement level. There is a sufficient smell of dampness. There was hot water only on the first day of stay.It was impossible to take a shower Poor communication with the owner. It takes too long to respond to written requests.
• Lucy (7/5): Good - I liked the location of the property, it was only a 5 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio bridge and was near a grocery shop and some nice bars/restaurants. The property was quite dark as it’s on the lower level, below the street. There was also a very strong smell of mould/damp throughout the property.

• Carol (9/5): Thank you so much for a comfortable stay in Florence. - Great location for us and comfortable. The apartment was spacious and lots of hot water in the shower and sink, not common in Florence. The apt is all on one floor once you come into the apartment, three stairs down. There were some upkeep or facility problems of little importance to us, such as the toilet seat bolts were not all attached. No extra pillows and one of us has sleep apnea and usually needs multiple pillows. Folks should be warned that the apt is within a ZTL with limited access for parking....not a problem for us, as we had alternatives.
• Kitti (7/5): Great location, spacious flat in a historical Italian building - The location was great, especially because the flat is next to Palazzo Pitti, making it much quieter and less crowded compared to the other side of Ponte Vecchio (with Palazzo Vecchio and the Cathedral), yet it’s still very close. The place is VERY spacious, and there’s plenty of storage throughout the house, along with a large kitchen 😊 Our host was also kind enough to accept our request to check-in early; this way we could leave our luggages in the apartment and this was a huge plus for us! This could be a matter of personal preference, but be aware that this is a ground-floor apartment in a historical building so unless you open the window shutters, it will be quite dark. The flat also has an older front door, which, to be honest, didn’t feel the safest even when closed. Nothing happened, but the door just doesn’t give a strong sense of security, especially since parts of it are glass. We were aware of the apartment’s location, so this wasn’t a major issue for us overall. Just something to be aware of. But what we didn’t expect, and this happens probably because of the flat’s location in the building and its age, the apartment comes with some humidity, which was the least pleasant part of our stay. Although the apartment had two dehumidifiers, the damp, musty smell—likely from the overall flat and possibly the old pipes—lingered throughout. This smell, soaked into all our clothes and persisted even days after we left ☹️ This aspect was quite bothersome for us.

• Radu (8/5): Very nice location and apartment, bad smell - The apartment is close to the center of Florence, some 200 m from Ponte Vecchio. It is across the river from Ufizzi Gallery. From the apartment to Ufizzi or Palazzo Vechio you can walk in 15 minutes. The apartment is nice, with enough space, clean and with a very large kitchen. It was good for a family with 2 kids, like us. Entrance to the apartment is with code, so no keys to carry around. Internet is very fast. The only negative was the bad smell from the bathroom / sewer, that could not be eliminated by opening the windows. I suppose it is something with the sewer in central Florence, as I felt the same smell in some restaurants, in their underground halls.

• Tony (7/5): Well organised apartment in good location - Good location, an apartment which had been renovated well with good lighting and a lot of space organised into different areas. Good storage and bathroom, comfortable bed. Messaged host beforehand but reply only came the afternoon before we were due to arrive. Website specified check in from 2pm so we organised our train journey around that but were then told check in was from 3pm. We stayed for 11 nights and asked for a change of bed linen and towels after a week: these came quickly but we were charged 15 euros extra for this service. Only message from host after we left was to ask if we had checked out: no question about whether we had enjoyed the stay. Communication not good.

The kitchen was very well equipped, the host laid out some breakfast things for us which was nice. Nice bathroom with the toiletries and hair dryer. strong fan in one room and mobile air conditioning in another. The smell of sewage. Steep climb up the street with luggage.
