• Thierry (9/5): Great place and great host - Location excellent. Host was so welcoming and the fridge and the cupboard was full of the little extras that made you feel welcome. Air conditioning was very pleasant. Kitchen and bathroom nicely renovated. Lack of washing machine only draw back.

He carefully prepared some bottles of water, coffee and juices for us in the kitchen The thing that was not to our liking is that every room and especially the bathroom had a strong odour of chemical cleaners. The bathroom in general is a bit to renovate. There’s no elevator

• Violeta (9/5): Superb - For one night, it was a very good deal. The price was acceptable for Florence, and having free parking is a plus. Maybe it is not a neighbourhood where you would like to spend much time, but for one day is fine. The railway station is nearby and you can take the train and in 10 min you will be in the centre. We did this with a 2 years old kid, then it is very easy. The owner is nice. The fact that it's not a self check-in and you need to check in and check-out by clock was something that created a discomfort. Travelling with a kid, you will never be on time, and the owner will ask you several times about the time of arrival. "Are you there yet? Are you there yet" Keep in mind that the parking is not exactly near the apartment, it's a 5-10 min walk.

• Huong (9/5): Nice stay. - The apartment is spacious with all amenities, including dish washer and oven. Location is a bit off the beaten track but very easy to locate and only minutes away from the city metro lines. A big supermarket (Coop) is only 5 minutes away. The host - Mr. Bruno is very helpful. He surprised us with a fridge full of complimentary juice and Italian snacks. He even helped us to get to the airport at 3a.m in the morning. Highly recommended if you want to explore the local life. The plug-in repellent for mosquitoes was quite smelly. Easy solution by unplugging it and opening the windows a bit to air things out.

Large bedrooms, comfortable beds. 2 minutes walk from Rifredi Station which is 6 minutes from Firenze SMN. Thanks Bruno1 Loved everything. Just a word of warning though, Google maps showed that the appartment was 3km from the station..IT IS NOT!!!! It is about 200metres tops. Fortunately the Uber driver worked it out, cancelled the uber and pointed us in the right direction.

(AC device in each bedroom) -Quiet location -Nice balcony with a green spot view -5 min away from the train station which leads you to the nearest spot to Florence center -10 min away from the nearest market -parking spot included in a reserved and secure parking place (very important detail in Florence for the car owner tourists ) Bruno , the owner is the nicest host I've ever met .Very friendly and emphatic , he provides his guests with a full fridge (cool water, juices ,breakfast food) and cabinets (pasta, tomato sauce ,coffee, etc ) , very useful in case you have reached the destination at a late hour .It feels like being welcomed.
• Alexisk (10/5): Excellent apartment in Florence. - Very spacious apartment with everything one needs - there is a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, a good bathroom, two installed air conditioners. The host invites his guests with many local goodies (pasta, local sauces etc.), there is a dedicated safe parking place (the host gives you the card to open the gate). The center of Florence is easily accessible by the train (4 minutes ride, 1.5€ pro ticket one way at the time of writing). We highly recommend this property.

House has enough space for 5 adults. We found some snacks and stuffs for breakfast. Almost nothing. Mosquitoes I would say. But it seems host does his best. there were 3 antimosquito machines in home.

I would recommend this apartment !! This is not a feedback for the apartment per se - But we did not find a variety of eating options nearby, perhaps because we did not explore the area much. There is a nice Pizza and another kebab outlet nearby the station and we liked both..

We think it is not convenient for guests who will drive car to the property because the property does not have its own private parking lot. Actually, you can park nearby the street in front of the property which the host can reserve for us. But If you go out you will loose it.
• Dianne (8/5): The host is fabulous, very caring and helpful. Lots of goodies left to make your stay comfortable. - Location is close to train station, secure premises once inside main door. Georgio is very friendly and meets you at the apartment and goes through everything to make your stay comfortable. Lots of provisions are left for you, but if you run out the Co-Op is a 5 min walk. If you stay here, you must visit Trattoria Fiorenza restaurant which is a 5 min walk away at 51 Via Reginaldo Giuliani, the best meal we had in the 10 days we spent in Italy. It was tricky to find. If you arrive by train it will be easy, but we came by car and the streets (and surrounds) are very busy. I suggest you pull into the ESSO service station as you are right nearby. As you are purchasing some petrol it allows you time off the road to get your bearings of where you need to go.

• Fiona (10/5): Highly recommend. - The host is very welcoming. Lots of nice goodies left in the kitchen. Lovely balcony for morning coffee or evening vino. Bedrooms comfortable and with A/C. Free parking not far away and easy access to the train to Florence. You have to watch the last times for the trains back from the centre and if you decide to have an evening back near the apartment there is no restaurants or bars open after 9pm near by.
