• Pedro (9/5): Excelente localização e apartamento. Ideal para Florença com miúdos - Adorámos o apartamento. Os miudos gostaram de quase tudo. A decoração era recente e apelativa. A localização é muito boa com um Carrefour mesmo ao pé, a estação de comboios e bastante perto do centro. Máquina de café nespresso que deu muito jeito e TV em ambos os quartos. O duche era ok e as camas eram boas. O sistema de checkin é top e sem complicações. Recomendo a estadia. Nao que seja crítico mas talvez ao nível da limpeza de pudesse melhor. Havia louça no armário guardada suja e alguns silicones na casa de banho estavam pretos. Mas nada crítico, só pontos de melhoria.

• Gabriela (10/5): Die beste Unterkunft, die wir zu einem vernünfgtigen Preis in Florenz je hatten - Wir reisen regelmässig nach Florenz und schauen uns jeweils um eine Wohnung/Studio im Santa Maria Novella Quartier um. Diese Unterkunft war die Beste, die wir je hatten: modernes Ambiente, super funktional, sauber, unkomplizierter Vermieter, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis; es hat alles gepasst!

• Éva Csilla (9/5): Rendkívüli elhelyezkedés, szép lakás, jól felszerelt. - REndkívül modern, praktikusan berendezett, szép világos. Kis balkon reggelizéshez, a konyha közepesen felszerelt, pár napos ott tartózkodáshoz elegendő. Wifi erős. Nincs kilátás/ ablak. A hálóban nagyon kicsi az ablak, ezért sötét, illetve az ablak kitámasztója szétesett, össze kellett szerelni.

• Hueimei (9/5): Superb - The location was really good. The apartment was nice. The host was helpful. Because of the old building this was no elevator. The shower space was a little bit smaller, no hangers for the clothes in bathroom.
• Shoshbec (8/5): Very good - A very cute modern apartment, with a small area for a table and a little cute balcony.
• David (5/5): Very expensive and disapointing - The location was good and very quite. We only recieved the door codes after we had arrived, the shower silicone was black mouldy and the shower entrance was unnaturally small so difficult to get in and out. The overall furniture in the appartmenrt was in bad shape or unpractical for use even the furniture on the very small terrace was old and dirty.
• Matthew (5/5): Couple of days sightseeing in Florence - Central location with air conditioning. The property hadn't been cleaned very well before we arrived. There were no wine glasses. A couple of Playboy magazines had been left in the apartment which wasn't appropriate.

• Daniel (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the center - The location was great, right next to the city center. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Self check-in - key in the box by the door. The staff sometimes replied in Italian for no reason. The staircase was quite tight (one person's width). The kitchen lacked a pasta strainer, which was surprising in Italy :-D

• Maria (8/5): Cool apartment in the heart of the city. Great value for this price. - Great location and beautiful style of the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment needs a tiny bit of on update, like a new mattress, toilet seat and a few coffee cups would be nice.
• Lastlegs (8/5): Stylish stay in centre of Florence. - The location is perfect, close to the railway station and only a short walk to the heart of the city. It's stylishly decorated, it's light, and has a small patio. Communication with the host was good and there was contactless check-in. There are plenty of grocery shopping and eating options nearby The kitchenette was not completely equipped. There was only one cup for coffee or tea, and no knives for preparing a meal, only a bread knife. The extractor fan above the cooking hob is not connected and doesn't work.

• Maryhovhann (7/5): It was ok, but some details should be improved - The location is perfect, 5 minutes away from the train station on foot, 10-25 minutes away from all main attractions .The apartment is newly renovated, kitchen is well-equipped. The bedding was not so clean, we found a blood trace on one of the duvets and a pillow(the cover was clean, but the actual pillow and duvet were not). It would be nice to have at least some basic higiene/ cleaning products. It is unpleasant not having soap for washing hand after a long journey.
