• Wolfgang (8/5): Loft in der Nähe der Florenzer Markthalle Nähe Zentrum. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Frühstück gab es in der angrenzenden Markthalle. Das Zimmer entsprach exakt unserer Erwartung. Die mögliche Eincheckzeit ab 15:00 ist etwas spät. Jedoch wurden wir bereits 13:00 eingelassen.
• Bridie (9/5): Character filled and comfy apartment in excellent location - The cutest little apartment with excellent proximity to the major train station and shops and restaurants. The sofa bed was comfy, probably even more so than the main bed. Shower pressure was actually decent although the temperature fluctuates and gets too hot The washing machine was nice to have, but it made all our white clothes dirty. The air conditioning unit is definitely too small for that size apartment and the only way to get it cool enough to sleep comfortably in the main bedroom area is by having the fan speed on the highest setting which is quite loud overnight, but necessary in summer. But then it’s too cool in front of the air con which is where the sofa bed is, and then it’s a little too cold for anyone sleeping there. But these things are very minor complaints in what is an otherwise lovely apartment
• TINASB (6/5): Desastre - La ubicación es lo único que nos gustó. La recepción, fue una hora y pico más tarde del check-in que pone en la web, no nos hicimos con el chico que tenía que abrirnos. A todo esto esperando en la calle con el calor que hacía en pleno agosto. Vino con corre prisas, y luego me estuvo escribiendo a las 5 de la mañana para pedirme los DNI y que le pagará el impuesto de turismo, cuando lo tenía que haber hecho el día del check -in. El baño estaba lleno de moho, tanto el lavabo y el bidet no tragaban el agua. Ni lo recomendaré ni volveré.
• SERENA (7/5): Monolocale vicino mercato - Silenzioso, posizione vicino centro e stazione. Mercato centrale sotto casa con i suoi pro e contro. Solo finestre alte (non si può guardare fuori e difficolta ad aprire e chidere i balconi), poche stoviglie (3 bicchieri, noi eravamo in 4)e 3 set di asciugamani. Letto rumoroso. Suggerisco, per gli appartamenti, di fornire almeno il detersivo per i piatti, piccola accortezza soprattutto per i soggiorni brevi.

• Jodied (7/5): Lovely spacious apartment in fantastic location, but some noisy features make sleeping difficult. - The location of this apartment is fantastic, the main door to the apartment block is quite literally in the centre of the market stalls. Very close by to the food market which is fantastic and I highly recommend! The apartment looks lovely and lives up to the charming title. It is very spacious, and cool even without the aircon. The bed is also super comfy! Noise. Very noisy fan all night and very creaky bed frame. Surprisingly, the central location is not the reason noise is a problem. When we entered the apartment our host told us the aircon unit (above the sofa) wasn't working, so not to touch it. Not an issue as the apartment was fairly cool anyway. There is however, some form of rotating fan up on the wall near the kitchen table. We couldn't find any way to turn this thing off at night and it appears to be controlled externally. This fan was so loud. I'm someone who really struggles with sound and light when sleeping, so I kept waking up because of this. The bed is super comfy, but the minute you move or roll over, it's so creaky and loud! Myself and my partner kept waking each other up anytime we moved in our sleep. If you fall asleep easily and are a very heavy sleeper, you'll be fine! But if you struggle to sleep and are affected by noise, just be aware of this.
• Gilder (5/5): Passable - Location was great, close to everything The loft needed a good cleaning. The floors were dirty. I took my shoes off when entering the loft, my sock quickly got filthy. Bathroom has allot of mold in the shower and floor. The air conditioner wasn’t working and wasn’t resolved during our stay. So if was very warm in the loft. The bed sheets were clean, but the bed was so noisy with ever move, couldn’t sleep.

• Mahesh (5/5): Passable - location and size of main studio service. The bathroom sink and bidet was clogging. Toilet seat was not fixed properly. They provided 2 towerls for 5 days stay. I asked for extra towel/s repeatedly but my request was ignored by the host. We had to buy toilet paper buy our own soaps as what was provided was not enough for 5 days.
• Alan (1/5): Bad - nothing. The picture of this unit is intentionally doctored for the unit was dark, damp with moldy, stale air. The shower had mold in it and the toilet seat was broken. It was a 30 minute wait to get let in. The water heater did not work and had to be located in a public area to turn on the gas. The front entrance was not maintained and there was a 2 story walk up with baggage. This place was terrible and as a genius 3 member at Booking I say to Booking your rating of this property is fraudulent. It's the first time I have had such a poor experience with your service!
• Charlotte (7/5): We love Florence, the apt was wonderfully located and comfortable enough and good value - Meet us at 1130pm with thr keys Better quality kitchen items like wine glasses, the fridge leaked until we removed the huge ice block, the kettle lid was loose / had to be opened manually which could be a risk and poor boiling water over the counter or a someone

• John (10/5): Exceptional - Location!!! Location is excellent...we were a couple but it's also excellent for a family....layout of the apartment is great with all the kitchen utensils.!! Maybe put a curtain on the bathroom window
• Julie (8/5): Very nice accommodation close to everything. - The location was excellent and easy to walk to from the train station. It was clean, quiet, and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There is actually a .99 cent store on the corner to fill in any items you left at home...laundry soap, shampoo, water, etc. I did not like the fact that I had to upload a copy of my passport and give my credit card information to a third party property manager!

• Daveen (6/5): Spacious apt but needs better cleaning - The apartment was very spacious and conveniently located in the historic center of Florence. My contact for the rental let me check in early and was very kind and responsive when I couldn’t figure out the heater. Customer service was good! This place needs a deep cleaning and some upgrading. The shower had lots of mold and the kitchen countertops were very stained and not clean. The toilet seat was cracked and there was mold in the coffee maker. The entry into the building was also very dreary and dirty. It was kind of depressing to come back to this place after exploring Florence all day!

• Carolina (8/5): I would book again - The apartment is very nice, and the location of its perfect. The communication with Diana was excellent. It is a bit basic, and does not offer washing-up liquid or shower gel. There is not even coffee or tea in the kitchen so you have to buy everything.

• Mark (9/5): Fantastic and convenient location right in the heart of Florence - The location is perfect for central Florence - within 10 minutes walk of all major sites and within 5 minutes of the Duomo, Uffizi etc. The market is directly opposite and has both daytime food stalls and nighttime dining. Although we were 'right in the thick of it' in a very bustling area, the soundproofing was excellent. Virtually everything was supplied for self catering, but it's actually cheaper to eat out. Nothing negative to say about the apartment or location. The only very minor issue was right at the start. Due to a 35 minute flight delay we connected to a later, slower train from Pisa, which meant we were over 1 hour later arriving than we hoped - although I messaged in advance, and spoke to the host whilst on the slow train, we were repeatedly telephoned and missed a number of calls and messages from the keyholder (due to lack of signal in flight mode, whilst in transit, and not having data roaming on) - a little stressful to deal with when you are navigating in a foreign country. Whilst we felt apologetic (and did apologise) for being late, it was totally outside of our control and was only 5.15pm. At a hotel or guest house with reception this would not have been an issue at all, but it seemed as if this was a great inconvenience to the person greeting us, who we didn't see of hear from for the rest of the trip. At the end we left the keys on the table and pulled the door shut. I would have expected a little more patience and grace dealing with paying guests coming from another country via multiple transport methods, and perhaps just a touch more care.
