• Rita (7/5): Com potencial, mas aquém das expectativas - A casa de banho é muito boa e moderna. A cozinha é boa e também tem uma varanda agradável. Anfitriã muito prestável e responsiva. Boa localização, bons acessos tanto a pé como de transportes. Faz falta um exaustor na cozinha, assim como alguns utensílios (exemplo: frigideira, porque a que está a uso está muito gasta). Barulho muito alto do frigorífico que se ouve toda a noite, devido à proximidade da cama. Paredes muito sujas e riscadas (inclusivé estão muitos mosquitos mortos colados à parede e com marcas de sangue), o que não dá um ar limpo à casa. Acho que tem potencial, mas precisa de alguns retoques, é a minha opinião sincera e construtiva.

• Alba (9/5): 5 días perfectos - Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones. La cama era súper cómoda y la ducha muy amplia. No está en el centro de la ciudad, pero en 15 minutos andando llegas a la catedral, tienes parada de bus justo al lado y la de tranvía a 5 minutos. Una zona muy tranquila con cafeterías y supermercados al lado.

• Stefanie (7/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles was man braucht (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bushaltestellen, ...) befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es lediglich 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Apartment geht nach hinten zum ruhigen Hinterhof, d.h. man bekommt nichts mit von der stark befahrenen Via Masaccio. Das Apartment braucht etwas Liebe. Es gab einen großen Wasserschaden, der durch eine andere Wohnung im Haus verursacht wurde, dadurch entstand ein großer Wasserfleck am Eingang über dem Küchenschrank mit Schimmelbildung. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war verstopft, es wurde direkt Hilfe angeboten, aber bei einem dreitägigen Aufenthalt möchte ich nicht auf einen Installatuer warten. Der Balkon ist sehr charmant, aber nicht gut eingerichtet. Für drei Personen ist das Apartment sehr klein, man muss zum Essen den Tisch aus einer Nische herausschieben, sonst finden nicht alle Platz am Tisch.

• Specialista (7/5): Appartamento pulitissimo, ma alcuni aspetti da migliorare - Pulizia. L’appartamento era estremamente pulito, davvero impeccabile sotto questo aspetto, e si vede che c’è cura nei dettagli. Purtroppo però, durante il soggiorno ho riscontrato alcune difficoltà: il Wi-Fi non funzionava, non c’era acqua a disposizione e nemmeno capsule per il caffè, zucchero, unica cosa che ho trovato era olio d’oliva, che è stato un po’ deludente. Inoltre, la zona dove si doveva buttare la spazzatura aveva un odore sgradevole. Avrei voluto restare più a lungo, ma date queste condizioni ho preferito spostarmi altrove. Nel complesso, la pulizia è stata il punto forte, ma ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere l’esperienza più confortevole.

• Hugo (9/5): Apartamento pequeño pero muy coqueto, - Muy buena ubicación, limpieza, tiene cafetera, lavavajilla, microondas, aunque es pequeño para dos personas muy bien Mala comunicación con la dueña, no fue presencial, dejó las llaves en un sitio donde el código no entraba bien, ella no hablaba nada de español y tampoco se esforzó mucho, el wifi lo tenía pero nos fue imposible la comunicación con ella y no lo usamos, no nos facilitó mucha ayuda en la comunicación, a excepción de estas cosas la estancia fue agradable.

• Janna (9/5): Very nice host! Very clean and neat apartment away from the tourists, but still walkable to the Centre. - Very clean, very good equipped, modern, and the beds were great! All in all, it was very good!
• Marco (5/5): Mosquito bites were brutal. - The shower was nice and the washing machine came in handy when needed. The apartment was absolutely infested with mosquitoes (all windows were left closed at all times) we got eaten alive for 3 straight days. The other beds (apart from the main one) were not suitable for adults and this seemed to be unclear at the time of booking.
• Rebecca (4/5): Disappointing - The option to leave the luggage there prior to the check in time. The room is too small for 4 people and it was not comfortable to move around the apartment. We found issues connecting to the wifi and the tv was not working. Also the bathroom sink drainage is a bit clogged. There is also a bit of smell coming from the common shaft.

• Kanishk (9/5): Superb - Easy to reach. Very vast and helpful communication with the host. Nice apartment Pillows were a bit high for side sleepers, but otherwise the apartment was very nice!
• Gaizka (9/5): Very nice apartment close to the city center - Very nicely located apartment walking distance to the city center. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Margherita, the owner, was super helpful all the time! We are very grateful!
• Kassi (10/5): Lovely, thank you Margherita - I loved the Italian feel to the property with the hand painted tiles and the quaint balcony with a clothesline. The bathroom is lovely and clean and even though the apartment is small the space worked well enough for a family of 4. I appreciated the laundry detergent left with the washing machine. There was a flight of stairs to walk up to get to the front door but this was nothing in comparison to other apartments I have been in. The host Margherita was super friendly and helpful when I struggled to get the keys out of the lockbox so I spoke to her directly. She was graceful in accepting cash at checkout for the tourist tax. There was aircon which kept the temperature stable while we were there. It was only a couple of kilometres to all of the main attractions which was great! The bed was a little too soft for me but not a big deal.

• Andrius (7/5): It's a good apartment in an excellent location, with a space for some management improvements. - It's in Florence. And it's potentially a great apartment for two or three people. The location is really good, with all the sights and even supermarkets in a walkable distance. The kitchen combined with the living room is well-equipped. A beautiful balcony looking onto a cosy yard. Beautiful pieces of old wooden furniture (such things matter). The hosts were trying their best to help, even though they were far away from Florence at the time. And they kindly let us leave our bags after the check-out time for a while, for us to have a final walk in the city light-handed. We were four (and it was not a surprise for our hosts), but because of some confusion beds were prepared only for two people, and the other two had to cover themselves with coats and sleep on towels. We informed our hosts about the problem and the next day more bedsheets, pillow cases, etc. were brought (but not a blanket). I believe such a confusion is not going to happen there anymore. Probably, it was only our ill luck, but the apartment did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived: dust bunnies in the corners and small pieces of egg shells on the kitchen floor.

• Mariusz (8/5): Very good - This is a perfect apartment for a couple, the neighborhood is very quiet, the supermarket is about 600m. The check in and check out is self-service, so is very convenient. It is about 30 min from the center, which is still walking distance, but in very quiet place. There was no cutting board, which could be very helpful. Moreover, there were no things like hand soap, dishwashing sponges, garbage bags or toilet paper, which isn't a big deal but does require a trip to the store :-). These are small things, but they can improve your overall rating.

• Gaurav (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was just perfect for our family and felt like a home away from home. Well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and all other gadgets to make it a perfect compact family unit ! The host is great and extended all possible support during our stay to make our trip an extremely memorable experience ! 10/10 from our side to II VIOLINO and team !!
