• Leonelli (2/5): Apparemment bruyant et sale - L'emplacement Salle de bain extrêmement sale, moisissures partout ! La douche dans un état de saleté scandaleux ! Très bruyant, aucune isolation, nous n'avons pas pu dormir.
• Salah (1/5): Decevant, insalubre - L'emplacement est tres bien Sale avec nuisibles : cafards mort et vivant a notre arrivée, mites partout dans l'appartement, moustiques. Insectees ecrasés sur les murs. Bruit de la rue avec isolation sonore zero

• Sana (8/5): Kofortabelt, men rørene i badet bør fikses. - Nærme alt. Hadde kjøkken, bord, ekstra sengetøy/håndkle. Komfortabelt Sinken og dusjen i badet ble fort tette. Sinken så skittent ut hele tiden etter hvert. Måtte vente på at vannet skulle rennes i dusjen for å ta vann på den igjen.

• Gabriel (7/5): - Localização excelente, permitindo passeios a pé. Apartamento bem montado, com todos os itens necessários, ainda que o banheiro e a cozinha sejam pequenos. A calefação é um pouco deficitária. Não há no banheiro e os aparelhos localizados na janela do quarto e da sala não funcionavam muito bem. Mesmo assim havia aquecedores portáteis que deram conta do recado.
• Roberta (1/5): Terribile. - La zona molto carina, è un appartamento situato proprio nel centro di Firenze, in 3 minuti a piedi si arriva sull’Arno. La fermata del treno dista dieci minuti a piedi. Mi aspettavo di ricevere almeno metà della mia quota rimborsata visto gli ingenti danni che abbiamo riscontrato nell’appartamento: l’acqua calda non c’era e se usciva, si aveva un tempo limite di tre minuti per farsi una doccia, il lavandino del bagno era otturato, l’acqua ci metteva un pò per scendere, il gabinetto rotto non scaricava, utensili sporchi, capelli nei mobili, trapunte sporchissime, macchiate, caldo bagno rotto con spina bruciata, mobili rotti, pezzi di vetro a terra.

• Lenka (6/5): - Whole apartment to ourselves and location was great! It was so loud; the bathroom needs some serious attention as toulet seat isn't attached properly and shower is leaking.
• andrea (1/5): Aweful. Avoid - Position Collect the keys 2km from the apartment. Last minute instructions. Self checkin took time and drew on the roaming. Broken doorkock took 15 min to open. Broken and sharp door handles. Dirty. Splattered mosquitos. Spidernets. Dust.
• Antonio (6/5): - La ubicación Escalera muy estrecha y empinada que debería avisarse. La calefacción no funcionaba bien. Si llegas entre las 18 y las 20 horas tienes que ir a buscar las llaves a un bar que está a unos 10 minutos andando del apartamento.

• Peter (1/5): Quartier war eine Zumutung! - nichts Bettzeug verdreckt und ungewaschen. Handtücher benutzt und naß. In der Küche und im Appartement Abfälle verstreut. Klospülung nicht brauchbar. Klodeckel kaputt. Glühbirnen kaputt Türschloß völlig defekt ....usw. Mußten im verdreckten Bett mit Gewand schlafen um nicht krank zu werden. Haben am nächsten Tag sofort anderes Quartier gesucht!

• Svatopluk Vosyka (1/5): - Lokalita Jedním slovem: KATASTROFA. Majitel je nedostupný – nebere telefony, nereaguje na Booking ani WhatsApp. Pokyny jsme obdrželi 15 minut před check-inem. Předání klíčů naprostý chaos – po příjezdu k ubytování jsme se dozvěděli, že si je máme složitě vyzvednout o cca 1km dál u nádraží od kterého jsme právě došli. Nelze si uložit zavazadla.  Po vstupu do ubytování požadují videohovor, ale nikdo to nezvedá. Při check-inu v 15:00 pokoj ještě neuklizený. Wifi sice se silným signálem, ale bez internetu. Klimatizace na pokoji existuje, ale nechladí – v noci 31 °C, nesnesitelné. Otevřít okno nelze – hluk z centra a mraky komárů, dvě noci beze spánku a doštípaní, repelent nepomohl. V koupelně protékající WC, hlučné a otravné.
• Evan (5/5): - Great location in the middle of Florence. Comfortable bed and furniture, well supplied apartment. Criticisms partially due to the heatwave, but the AC is largely ineffective so the flat is very hot. Bathroom sink also didn't drain.

• Zhivko (10/5): Perfect location and a cosy appartment! Had a lovely stay ther! - A really nice and cosy apartment in a perfect area in Florence. Everything was clean and tidy before our arrival. Picking up the keys was really easy when following the instructions send by the owner beforehand. The owner kept communicating with us during our stay to check if everything is perfect. I would highly reccomend this short let! The only thing that was a bit anoying was that during night there were some vehicles that went down the street and were noisy, but i guess there is nothing to do against this.

• Anne (10/5): Central location and beautiful windows to open to the streets of Florence. Loved our stay. - The host was so accommodating even though our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive until 2 am. The bathroom was a little tight. My partner is 6'4" and it was difficult to move around in the bathroom.
• Luisa (1/5): Very bad - nothing like pictures. - The only thing to like about this stay was the location. This was the worst stay we have ever had! We ended up leaving early and booking accommodation elsewhere. The pictures look nothing like the place i.e the place is so old and dark, no headboard on the bed, one bedside table was broken, there were mosquitos squished all over the walls leaving blood trails. The bathroom window did not close so we got a lot of mosquito bites. We kept window in bedroom shut for this reason but the aircon barely got cold so we had a terrible hot nights sleep. We didn’t go into the kitchen/use it at all as it was nothing like pictures and host provided very minimal equipment. It seems extremely unfair to advertise these pictures when the property looks nothing like them in real life. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere! Don’t let location fool you

• Caleb (3/5): Bad stay - The location was great The place looks rather old compared to the picture. The floor was not really clean. The toliet window could not be closed causing me to get mosquito bites and wasn’t fixed even when i feedback to the owner. The aircon was not working due to the controller not working. When feedback to the owner, the owner didn’t help me to fix it. The room was stuffy without the aircon

• Leslie (10/5): Was very good. - Was clean and comfortable. Central. Coffee maker & iron didn't work so that could have made things a bit better.
• Julia (7/5): Good - The location is perfect, and the size of the flat is good as well. I felt safe. If you want to work from there, there is a table which is convenient. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend for a romantic weekend, as the bathroom/toilet is just in front of the bed, so there would not be any privacy. For solo travelers there is no problem.
