• Sonia (5/5): L accoglimento dell host, gentile nulla da dire, ma per la struttura va' rivisitata. - Posizione ottimale, nel centro storico Scarsa pulizia, non c era un piano di cottura, ne' un armadio, ne' la tv... c era uno scafale con le stoviglie a vista per niente igienico. Termi spenti. Arredamento sterile, zona comune orrenda.
• Dan (1/5): bad bug - The ad said it is a entire apartment one bed room. so we booked for 4 nights In fact it is a room with share ed kitchenet , which the kitchenet located at a cleaning room with water heat tank and cleaner sink . The fridge is not working until we found sb switched off the power panel before by midnight. On second morning we found a few bites on arms and thought it was mosquito bite from previous review. On second night, we found 6 bed bugs, 4 big one 2 small one. and blood marks on mattress cover and wall. We kept messaging the host until 3am next morning. we did not slept the whole second night but sit on chairs with cloth on. we tossed everything we touched the bed and left the third day morning at 7am. We tried to call booking customer phone in Italy several times , the phone number is not even valid. message booking service , 24h response. very bad. the coustomer service message me to talk with host directly. I paid to booking .com why I talk with the host? it is the booking's responsibility to make sure the property is advertise properly and meet minimum sanitary requirement. Bed bug is very serious problem and the response shall be immediately to rearrange my accommodation and refund all money back. We have to find a place at 7 am in the morning. We ask all money back plus compensation for cloth and food we tossed. they only agree to refund the night we did not used. very bad experience even I used booking for 8 year and in level 3. they did not care my suffering once they receive the money!!!!!

• Mariia (6/5): Central Location with Some Compromises - The location of this apartment in the city center is excellent, with a wide variety of cafes and restaurants to choose from. On the day we arrived, there was a significant water leak in the bathroom. As a result, we had to change towels on the first night to avoid flooding the neighbors below. The leak was fixed the next day, but the apartment had a strong musty smell, making it unpleasant to stay in. Judging by the ceiling, this doesn't seem to be the first time this has happened. We were allowed to skip the city tax to compensate for the inconvenience. The staff on booking.com responded promptly. The apartment has thin wooden floors, so it feels like the neighbors above are in your own apartment. If you're tall, you might find the bed uncomfortable as it's short. I can't say that the apartment was particularly clean, so this is more of a compromise due to its location in the city center.

• Mark (7/5): Good - Very good location in the heart of the center city of Florence. Availablity of a washing machine was very helpful for us. Quiet area of the city in the evening for sleeping. There was not a pillow case for one of the pillows on the first night. Also, the night before we were to leave the studio, we were asked to leave euros at the studio for the city tax. We understand the city tax system of Italy, but other hotels, B & B's, and room rentals where we stayed during many nights in Italy, all collected those city tax fees up front. We did not have the correct change for the tax late on a Sunday night when we received the message from Cute and charming, and we were leaving Florence early on Monday morning.
