• Philippe (8/5): - Le confort, appartement bien agencé et équipé convenablement. Le logement est bien situé, près du centre touristique. L'accès au logement par code/wifi est fastidieux. La rue est passante mais la porte de la chambre isole très bien du bruit des véhicules.

• Vanessa (8/5): Good location! Small bed. - Such a great location, felt so safe and close to everything! There is a bus stop nearby, which makes it easy. Great air con. The apartment felt authentically Florentine! There was a washing machine/dryer combo in the kitchen, which is convenient, a small fridge and a comfy small lounge sofa (which can fold out into a cot area for a baby, apparently). The bathroom was small-ish, but it was fine. There was an informative folder on the kitchen bench which was useful for information for us! The keys are digital. Also, there is an amazing Italian restaurant, two minutes' walk away from the apartment, called Gustapizza. They do not take reservations, but there is always a line; however, it is so worth it! My sister and I stayed here for a few nights. Our stay here was overall good, but we had two things that made it not 100%. The bed is a double bed, and feels very small when sharing with another person. We did not get sent any information sent to us about what level the apartment was on and the door number, etc. So when we got there, we had to lug our suitcases up two floors in a very narrow staircase, which was fine, but it would have been good if we had known which floor we needed to go to in advance! We recognised the 'Sitornino' name on the door when we reached that floor, and the door was open as the cleaner was still in there. Also, with the digital keys, you have to have wifi connection/service when trying to open the front and room door, from around 50m from the door. When we first arrived, our wifi was very spotty. It worked after about ten minutes of waiting and walking around, which was fine but just a bit annoying when it happened a few times!

Tiene lavarropas, microondas y anafe. No le falta nada! Escalera empinada y angosta para subir con maletas. El espacio del baño es reducido frente al inodoro y bidet. Está alejado del centro, pero en un rato se llega a pie.

• Sergio (10/5): Un piso pequeño pero acogedor y limpio - Es un sitio muy agradable y coqueto y estaba todo muy limpio. Te van informando con antelación sobre cómo llegar, cómo abrir la puerta y sobre lo que visitar en Florencia. La escalera del edificio es estrecha y el baño es pequeño. Más que no gustarme, realmente es lo que hay porque es un edificio estrecho.

• Luma (6/5): - Localização e boa, apartamento bem equipado, não é de luxo, mas acomoda bem um casal que tem como objetivo apenas dormir no local, e tem vários restaurantes por perto! São dois lances de escada, mas os degraus são curtos e a escada estreita, complicado subir com mala! Outro ponto negativo é o vizinho de cima, as 4 noites que ficamos foi insuportável para dormir, todos os dias por volta de 22h, começavam a arrastar cadeira, pisar no chão forte, batiam as coisas, enfim.. se você preza por uma boa noite de sono, não recomendo a acomodação, mas se você procura custo benefício, go ahead!

• Fiona (9/5): Great old town location - The location was great. Easy walking to the Ponte Vecchio and Santa Maria Novella. Also great, real Italian things close by. Easy remote check-in. Mozzies in the apartment, but we purchaed a can of fly spray and sorted them out. The room wasn't ready when we arrived (dishes in the sink, house keeper still cleaning). I got stuck in and washed dishes, but there was no dishwash liquid so used the shower soap. (I bought dishwash liquid so the next people can do their dishes before they leave. ) The housekeeper was lovely. Needs more people working if there are lots of apartments to clean in the 5 hours between check-out of one group and check-in of another.

• Loïc (7/5): La situation géographique est très bien, on peut tout faire à pied - Il faut utilise le code pour l’ouverture de la porte principale des escaliers (la wifi n’est pas assez puissante pour l’extérieur), une clef ou une boîte à clef pour l’ouverture de la partement serait plus simple. Pas d’espace entre les toilettes et le mur. Pas de pommeau de douche, juste une tête (style arrosoir) suspendue et fixe.

• Marilyn (8/5): Nice small,apartment in Oltrarno - It was nice to have an apartment to ourselves—felt very local. Clean and working A/C. It was about a 13 minute bus ride from the train station and directions were clear. I enjoyed the books that were available to read about Florence. Bonus was the clothes washer and dryer. The neighborhood is in Oltrarno, which is across the river but was an easy walk (~20 minutes) to major attractions. Very close to Santo Spirito church (2 minutes walk), which has a crucifix carved by Michelangelo when he was 18 if that is of interest. Free to enter church and 2 Eur to see the crucifix. Tight washroom. Need to take out garbage at end of stay.
• Alexandre (6/5): Bien pour dépanner, c'est tout ! - Bonne localisation. Appartement fonctionnel malgré les nombreux défauts. L'accès à l'appartement est compliqué même si nous avons un réseau mobile solide. L'accès par les escaliers très étroits est problématique. Le livret sur la table n'est pas à jour. Il a fallu se connecter sur un ordinateur (qui s'allume difficilement) pour avoir des documents qui auraient pu être imprimés et donc dans le livret. Par ailleurs, la propreté laissait à désirer. Les meubles sont vétustes. La salle de bain n'est pas fonctionnelle et est très vétuste. Le rideau de douche était très sale. De nombreux moustiques !

• Cookie79 (8/5): Very good - Location was great. Opposite side of the river to most of the main tourist attractions, but with much nicer bars, restaurants, and the boboli gardens. Tucked away in a quiet street, but within very easy access of everything. The bathroom was tight. Anyone over 5' 8", or with mobility issues would probably struggle.

• Fiona (10/5): A great choice in Florence for a solo traveler or a couple - It is a small apartment but perfectly designed. It was nice to have a separate bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. There is air conditioning and heating and the location is perfect: close to everything but not too near to noisy bars or restaurants. There was some noise from the neighbor upstairs

Great location for exploring the city on foot and close to supermarket and fabulous gelato shop. The stairs are quite steep and narrow - difficult with heavy suitcases.
• Ingrid (10/5): The apartment was cute and had everything we needed. - This comfortable, small apartment is in a perfect location. We enjoyed the neighborhood, and the center of Florence was easily reachable on foot. We would stay here again.

• Brian (8/5): Florence on the doorstep. - The owners have thought of every small detail to make the stay effective and with a sense of being served well. Tea and Coffee, small sewing kit, various useful charging leads and a mainline phone. Brilliant air conditioning. Great shower facility. Comfy bed. Warm lighting. Superb location. Once I had a dead phone amd therefore could not gain access, since this needs internet connection, until a charge lead was bought and the shop opposite let me charge my phone. Mosquitos in the bedroom really bothered me. The wearing of mosquito repellant through the night, and keeping withdows closed, helped me, They are demented buggers and are very good at vanishing then reappearing when the lights go off. Others may not be bothered so much. A mosquito screen on all windows is my suggestion for the owners. When using the toilet sat down your knees touch the opposite wall and you can rest your head on same wall. That's OK but it is tight.

Communication with the host prior to & upon arrival was great. Information booklet provided was clear , helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here in Florence again!

• Mariana (9/5): A really good place to stay. - It's a very clean, cute apartment and has everything you need. It's not just the bare basics, it has a TV, books, games, etc. More importantly, it has a great washing/drying machine, which for me would make it worth it just for that. The bathroom is a little cramped, thought that didn't affect us. It has bus stops close by, but buses in Florence apparently don't pass very often at night. Just something to keep in mind.

• Tayla (8/5): Easy location, simple stay and good extras :) - Loved the self check in and electronic key. Made it super simple to get in. Well equipped kitchen with laundry facilities. Location is super easy to most things close or there is an easy bus to get to Piazzale Michelangelo, however we walked as the streets are nice and shaded. Great air conditioning with 2 units in the apartment. The bathroom is very small - both bath and the space between the wall and the toilet. Some people may struggle to sit on the toilet comfortably.
• Meagan (9/5): Loved our time in Florence - The apartment was really nice and clean and having the washing machine available to use was really great! It was a great location - easy to walk to most of the places in Florence. What a beautiful city with many things to explore. Having the bus stop nearby to get to the train station in the morning was also most convenient. It may be useful to have the apartment marked from the outside for future visitors to find :)

• Carla (7/5): Apartment at a good price in Florence - Clean apartment with room for 2 people. Relatively close to the center, you can walk. You can check in at any time as the doors open with a digital key. The stairs to get to the apartment are very steep (for those with suitcases) and slippery (my boyfriend even fell). The layout of the bathroom isn't the best (we couldn't sit properly on the toilet seat because of the wall in front of it).

The electric lock upstairs was a bit tricky, but we managed. Bathroom was really narrow. It was a bit awkward to sit on the toilet seat

The localisation and the neighbourhood are excellent. The owner is very kind and he always assists the guest when necessary. I recommend it very much! I liked everything.

• Anca (8/5): Very good - Confortable bed, close to walk to the city center. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also the possibility to make caffe and wash clothes. The bathroom is small, there is not enough space where the toilet is. For a tall person this would be problematic. The stairs to access the apartment are steep and narrow. We had a big suitcase and was difficult to carry it. I didn’t like the fact that I had to do the check-in online and had to send photos of the ID through an unkown website and not in person.

• Antoni07 (9/5): Great stay to a beautiful, yet quiet part of Florence - Great stay at a beautiful, central yet quiet side of Florence. The self check-in works great following the detailed instructions of the host. Everything was clean and the house was fully equipped with everything you may need for a short of longer stay. Defintely recommend it and most probably will return again! As other guests have mentioned the position of the toilet seat makes it very hard, close to impossible, to use properly especially for taller people even if slim enough to fit - a new solution needs to be found even if it can be tricky to an old building. Also the neighbours from the upper floor were having the tv sound extremely loud even late at night but this cannot be changed - just be aware if you're a light sleeper.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows, apartment was a bit too small for us - both 180cm's tall and struggled to fit in the bathroom and hallways. Incredibly difficult check in process, and even though check in time is from 2.30pm onwards, they won't allow you to check in until your 'estimated arrival time' that you selected.

• Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - The facilities are amazing, there's lots of stuff in this apartment, making any length of stay very possible, be it 3 nights or 2 weeks. We found the bed and pillows to be comfortable and the apartment was nice and warm too. The location is also good, we don't mind walking 10 minutes or so into the city so it was perfect for us, and the benefit of not being in the city center is that it is nice and quiet at night! Overall just a very well put together apartment and I would absolutely recommend it to family and friends - a lovely place in a beautiful city. My only tiny complaint is that the switch to change between the bath and shower is a little stiff and difficult to operate, we struggled a lot with it.
• Imogen (7/5): The apartment and location was great. The check in process was less so. - The location was great - secluded enough from the busy street but walking distance from all attractions and bars/shops. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and had all the necessities plus a functioning tv with Netflix and a washing machine which was rare for us to come by. The coded system and app used by the host to get into the apartment was extremely confusing. First of all, it was very uncomforting uploading passport docs etc to an unknown website and not directly with the host or booking.com. We were then told that check in before 3pm was not acceptable due to covid laws etc. however these laws had been ceased for a long time and this was confirmed with a previous host when we were staying it Italy. We had no issue not being allowed early check in, but it made it even more complicated when the check in process was through a button on the website, and, even at 2:58PM, it would still not open. It had to be exactly on 3:00PM. There was also no signal, which made it even more complicated as we were told if we didn’t have connection we would have to let them know in advanced so the host could on her end, open the door for us. But, how would we know if we had connection? We had a working sim but the area had horrible signal. In summary, super complicated check in process which could easily be fixed with dropping usage of the website/check in app.
• Srdan (9/5): Highly recommended. Will book again if coming to Florence. - The apartment was very clean. High speed internet works exceptional. The bedroom is on the quiet side of the building so it is quiet enough and the door keeps the noise away. The apartment is full of equipment as one was living there themself. The travelling baby cot has all the extra comfy parts for infants/babies to sleep. The baby chair is the hanging one that attaches to the table. In the kitchen/living area you can hear the street but that is part of the charm. Location is perfect. A lot of great bars and restaurants in the close proximity. Many interesting sites to see as well. There is a park for children and babies close by. I am 197 cm and weight 110 kg. Just to make that clear. So the stairway to the apartment was a bit narrow. But manageble. The toilet in the bathroom would be better if it was turned for 90*. I had an option to spread my legs very wide or sit sideways for it to be usable for my long legs :) My wife (175 cm) had the same issue. But we managed.
• Hanna (10/5): Exceptional - Excellently furnished apartment. Really cosy, all space used properly. Fully equipped kitchen with oils, spaced, coffee and everything that you need for cooking. Apartment has perfect Italian vibe. System of check-in and our really comfortable and convenient. Bathroom will be slightly uncomfortable to use for tall people, but nothing too much problematic. Location is perfect, it’s located on another side of river from all main sightseeing, but Baboli Garden really near and it’s less noisy place than main center of city with too much. Near there is nice square and grocery store. Definitely recommend this accommodation and have to come visit Firenze again just to stop there.
