• Lai shan sandra (9/5): Will come back again! - Very convenient location, European vibe, nice decor, good facilities (washing machine, fast WiFi) - the recommendations of food are also quite good! Really enjoyed our stay! Have a bit mossy as the review has said, but host has given the electric mosquito repellent. No lift but host assisted us with the luggage

• Enrico (3/5): Would not recommend. - The entrance has a strong smell of mould. Very steep stairs, would not recommend to elderly or people travelling with large luggage. There’s only AC in the bedroom and it’s very weak even on high. The description was misleading. Close to center
• Julissa (4/5): Visiting Florence was good but our rental place was disappointing. The apartment could use a little update to make it mo - The property is in good location- near all important sites and train station is very close. Lots of restaurants nearby. The building is super OLD & SMELL!!!!- The MOSQUITOS in our room!!!! The Furniture seemed old and over used!!! Washing machine doesn't SPIN!!!! Our clothes was wet for 3 days- we had to go out and wash our clothes and dry it. Walls were half painted. Hardboard and bed-spread had stains which was not nice.
• Collins (10/5): Great place in a great location. We would stay here again but with lighter bags. - A spacious apartment with a small kitchen and a washing machine. It was easy to get to from the train station and was well located to access the attractions in Florence. Robert the host was friendly and easy to contact. He allowed us to do and early check in for a 15 Euro up charge. Very quiet and slept well. Our only difficulty was the lack of an elevator. We had heavy luggage we had to carry up 2 floors.

The flights of stairs up to the apartment can be challengin - Large space, close proximity to attractions and SMN station The stairwell entering the apartment, the flights of stairs can be challenging with large bags and it’s not well lit. But once inside the apartment is quite spacious. No self check in so we were bound to a specific time with not much flexibility for last min changes which can be challenging.
• Barbara (3/5): Poor - Good location - 5min walk from Santa Maria Novella train station and 10min walk to Duomo. Old smelly building with steep stairs (the smell of sewage and moisture can be felt). Tap water was a bit smelly so we didn't drink it. Water was dripping from the ceiling onto the bedroom wall. As it was rainy and cold day and the apartment was cold, I sent a message to the owner where can I find A/C remote. He said that A/C is only ofr "cloud air". In the description it said that there is heating and A/C, but reality is different. Heating was off due to allegedly law on heating and A/C remote was nowhere to be found because of unknown reasons. The owner appeared unannounced around 8pm, wanted to come in, said that he's sorry that I'm cold and said that I'm but have a flu. After I reported him to booking, he sent me a rude message.
• Luca (8/5): Very good - Very good and convenient location (close to S Maria Novella train station and to the centre). Kitchen equipped. The host is precise and responsive when contacted by message. For us, the bed was too soft... But it is about personal preference

• Roger (7/5): Good - It was in Florence. The bedroom storage was good. The bedroom had air-conditioning. The overall apartment size is good for two people. The owner was very unwelcoming at check in to the point that he was rude. He never said welcome to Florence or welcome to my apartment. He was only concerned with getting his 44 euros and photos of our passports. He wanted to get on his way. He spent no more that 5 minutes with us. The apartment floor was dirty. Parts of the shower wall tile joints were black. There was only one bath towel per person provided for the entire stay. Needed to wash them daily There was no welcoming items like bottled water or a snack to make a nice impression. There were two air conditioning units but only one worked. The size of the apartment is fine but the positive details are lacking. The bed was not the most comfortable. We wouldn't stay there again.

Was a hot and sweating summer night. Host not approaching with empathy. We faced difficulty on communicating.

• Mun (10/5): Exceptional - He is really kind and apartment is big and convenient. Also, It is near the station (about 5 minutes) The space for taking a shower is a little bit small.
• Fb (9/5): Great stay in optimal location - The property is located very close to the train station. It is also close to the Santa Maria Novella church and the nice piazza in front. The main attractions can be reached easily by foot. Also the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The rooms stayed cool during the summer heat. The kitchen stove is not very comfortable to use and hard to keep on.

• Katia (5/5): Old flat, smelly but excellent position - Excellent position; good price for Florence; comfortable bed. The smell of the flat ( musty smell, especially the toilet); very small shower. We received only 2 towels per person (one in normal size, the second very small); the decoder for tv did not work. Old furniture. I wouldn't recomnend to couple for a romantic journey.
