• MAGDALINI (10/5): Excellent - We went to Florence in March 2026 for a week and stayed at Lorenzo's wonderful and welcoming accommodation. We immediately felt like we were at home and that we had a friend in Florence. Lorenzo was both helpful and welcoming and the house is very beautiful with all the amenities. The bedroom was comfortable as was the bed, with 2 large pillows for each person, and extras if anyone needed them.Extra covers too. It has a large wardrobe and two large windows. The toilet is very convenient and had hot water 24 hours a day. It also had a bidet. The heating was also perfect with very large radiators.The kitchen has all the amenities with a large kitchen counter and sink and lots of kitchenware, a large refrigerator and a very comfortable table with chairs and a very comfortable sofa.The stove and oven were useful because we prepared food at home. We used bottled water.Bottled water in Florence tastes great! The house is located right in the historic center and with a leisurely 20' walk you can reach anywhere in Florence as well as the Arno River with its beautiful bridges. Lorenzo welcomed us warmly and explained everything about the house and Florence. Very important is that he told us that everything we needed was nearby and we felt very safe. Thank you very much for everything Lorenzo! Our stay in Florence was unforgettable. We can't wait to come again!
• Veronika (9/5): Skvělá lokalita, centrum kousek pěšky. Nádherné město. Příjemný majitel. - Skvělá lokalita, pár minut do centra pěšky. Mnoho restaurací, barů, památek v dosahu. Velmi příjemný a nápomocný majitel, domluva bez problémů. Dvě místnosti, dostatek místa i pro tři osoby. Vybavení starší, ale zcela dostačující. Vše čisté. Předání klíčů bez problémů. Chybí sítě na komáry na oknech, hůře se větrá. K dispozici dva větráky, ale nenahradí klimatizaci, takže v noci velké teplo na spaní. Rozhodně ale převažují klady a s ubytováním jsme byly spokojené.
• Carole (1/5): The apartment made me feel so depressed - The weather, the location and clean sheets The window frames, radiators oven were all dirty, the shower had mould in the corners and shower frame very loose. The court yard view was the top of a very dirty cover on the ground floor. The apartment was so low down you could not get any sunlight into the apartment making it dark and dingy. The stairs were very dark even with a light on. There was a bar that played very load music until 11am which vibrated through the floor. We ended up coming home 3 days early

• Dante (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Near many points of interest and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. Fairly spacious apartment for 3 people. Host was responsive whenever we had questions. WiFi signal was very bad. TV didn't work well. But those are not the reasons I'm visiting Florence, just a bit inconvenient when I need to look up directions. Shower was also a bit claustrophobic.

• Luciane (10/5): It was a good time at the apartment in Florence and the host was friendly. - The place is nice and well equipped. I can say two things: the shower space is small, so the curtain is a bit uncomfortable for showering. The second is about the payment, which until we checked in we didn't realise we couldn't pay by credit card and had to make a transfer or pay in cash.
• Sue (8/5): Lovely spacious renovated apartment in the old town - Lovely spacious renovated apartment on 1st floor in the old town with kitchenette, dining table & lounge. Minutes to the old town & major tourist sites. 30min walk with luggage to train station. We took a taxi to and from the train station. Wifi . Host who lives next door was friendly and helpful, booked a taxi for us on departure Tiny shower with shower curtain. Noise from bar downstairs at night. No aircon. Cash only for payment. No electric jug, needed to heat water in kettle on gas stove. No wine glasses. No lift
• Robin (9/5): Nice apartment, well located for the budget. Florence is great but not quite as good as Rome - Well located, nice apartment. Had the essentials you need. Good for cooking. Excellent host. We could get to all the museums & palaces without any problem. There is a supermarket just around the corner. Florence has loads of things to see. You really need to pre-book if you want to see the statue of David or visit the Uffizi. If you don't then you'll have a very long queue. We used the Firenzecard and max'ed it out and saw most things over 5-days. Got our moneys worth. Recommend Uffizi or Pritti, they are much the same, and you can only see so many pictures of Madonna with child. We liked the smaller places like the Davanzati, Martelli, Bargello, and Archaeological museums. The food was great in Italy and we preferred buying specialist dishes in the deli rather than the usual steak & frites or pizza in the restaurants. The mosquitos. The heat / lack of air conditioning. The shower could do with a clean
• Cora (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent. Lorenzo was very good at explaining how everything worked. The washing machine worked. Kitchen was good with lots of pots and pans. It was great that laundry detergent, shampoo, and liquid soap was provided. Lorenzo responded quickly to any questions The shower is very small, no air conditioning. There are fans. The photos showed two single beds in one of the rooms but in fact it was a large double bed. Lorenzo said we should have requested two singles if that was required.
• Linda (10/5): Perfect for Holiday stay - The appartment is great. The location is great. Lorenzo is the best host you could wish for. I stayed at Laura Holiday House for ten nights, and I enjoyed them all. You feel safe there, and Florence is a lovely city. I highly recommend both the appartment, Lorenzo, the city and the country 😀 As everywhere in big cities, you can hear noise from neighbours talking and walking around. But after midnight, the noise will stop, and you cannot hear car noise from the street
• Noelle (9/5): Best Location to get to all of Florence and then get to rest and relax. - The location was great. We could walk anywhere in Florence easily but we were just out of the hustle and bustle so it was still quiet. A few blocks from Duomo, a few from David, cute bars and shops right below us. The home had plenty of supplies to do cooking there if you wanted. We slept well. As in any apartment building you can hear footsteps from above and little noises like that. But we were never woken up from it.

Lorenzo , the owner, always there when we need him. location was amazing , very quiet in the apartment , but still close to all restaurants , coffee shops and pubs. if I visit Florence again, this would definitely be the place to stay.
