• Albiera (9/5): - La ubicación es inmejorable y la mística de un edificio antiguo reciclado mejora la experiencia. Claudio súper atento en todo momento, nos recibió personalmente, nos mostró el apartamento y nos dió recomendaciones para nuestra estadía en perfecto español. Quizás le falten algunas comodidades como mejor colchón y el baño un poco más amplio. Es importante advertir a los viajeros que por ser un edificio antiguo no tiene ascensor y hay que subir 3 pisos por escalera, que con maletas de 20 kg se hace muy difícil.

• Robin (9/5): An excellent location and a very helpful host. - The landlord met us when we arrived. He lives elsewhere in the building and asked us to contact him if we needed anything. He gave us some really excellent local restaurant recommendations.

Le manque de fenêtre sur la rue où donnant une vue sur un espace plus large et le ciel, les fenêtres sur petites cours et les odeurs de cuisine, la sobriété de la décoration.

• Patricia (7/5): - The apartment was quite large with 2 bedrooms. Claudio was very friendly and helpful, and had great communication. Apartment was in a convenient location. I travel a lot, and always review places for the benefit of travellers like myself. So although there were positives for this apartment, the street noise was unbearable. We ended up using the second bedroom which was further away from the street and the noise was still terrible. We stayed Friday, Saturday, Sunday night and found Friday and Saturday nights terrible for the noise and Sunday night not as bad (although still noisy). So maybe during the week it may not be so bad.. 🤷‍♀️

Mutfakta ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey vardı. Yola bakan yatak odası gürültülü oluyor ancak Claudio bunun için iyi bir alternatif yaratmış ve arka odalardan birini de yatak odası yapmış. Arka odaya hiç ses gelmiyordu sorun yoktu. Bu nedenle bizi sadece asansörünün olmaması çok zorladı. Bebek arabası olmasa o da sorun teşkil etmezdi

• Xiaoshu (9/5): Great location, good stay. - The place is central, walkable to all the sights. The rooms are great and spacious. The host is responsive and friendly. The street noise was very loud and going well into the midnight to early morning (4am). Not the fault of the rental, but just to be aware.
• Ana (8/5): Boa estadia, excelente localização - A localização é sem sombra de dúvida o ponto mais alto deste alojamento! Tudo estava limpo e o anfitrião foi muito prestável com recomendações. O chuveiro funciona mal. Para além de ser pequeno e da água não escoar bem, a porta tem um problema ao fechar. O anfitrião sabe do problema, eu vi em avaliações do mês de janeiro que o problema aparentemente já é antigo e continua por resolver. Seria bom para os futuros inquilinos ter o problema resolvido. A rua é muito barulhenta, não adequada a quem tem sono leve. Não existem muitos utensílios de cozinha, poderiam haver facas de corte mais pequenas, só existe uma e é gigante.

A un degré moindre l'équipement de la cuisine, en particulier les verres, disparates et trop peu nombreux, ainsi que le rangement de la vaisselle sur une étagère trop en hauteur.

• María Dolores (8/5): Estupendo pero con algún inconveniente.... - Lo mejor del apartamento es el anfitrión Claudio que te aconseja muy bien y te ayuda en todo. La ubicación es estupenda. La habitación exterior tiene mucho ruido. Aunque en general todo estuvo perfecto yo aconsejaría completar el menaje de cocina faltaban tijeras, cuchillo de cortar el pan, copas de vino, servilletas y bayetas de cocina para secarse las manos y secar enseres. La mampara de la ducha estaba estropeada y había que tener mucho cuidado. Claudio nos lo indicó pero veo que es un defecto que viene de lejos.....

Had all we needed (washing machine, kitchen) You couldn’t ask for a better location. The host Claudio was so lovely - meeting us at check in, even helping w our luggage up the stairs. He showed us around the apartment and gave us a quick guide of the city. Comfy beds and pillows! Win! The shower was a bit small.

• jose maria (8/5): - Amabilidad del anfitrión. Ubicación del apartamento, en el centro de Florencia, a poca distancia del Duomo. Es un tercero sin ascensor. La habitación principal da a la calle y justo debajo hay varios establecimientos de restauración. Hay bastante ruido, pero aún así merece la pena el alojamiento por su buena ubicación y la atención del anfitrión.

• Fernanda (10/5): Excepcional: espaçoso, confortável e muito bem localizado - Excepcional é a palavra que define nossa hospedagem. Claudio é um excelente anfitrião, fez de tudo para nos receber bem. Além disso o apartamento é super espaçoso, exageradamente limpo e bem equipado. Fomos surpreendidas positivamente por um cuidado especial pela troca de toalhas e lençóis no meio da hospedagem (ficamos 5 noites). A localização é também excelente: fizemos tudo a pé e ao redor do prédio tem muitas opções boas de restaurantes. Excepcional define a nossa estadia. Espero voltar um dia! Obrigada, Claudio! Só uma observação, não uma crítica: não há elevador no prédio e o apartamento fica no 3o andar. Eu não tinha me atentado a essa informação e estava com malas pesadas. Claudio foi super querido e me ajudou. Não desabona em nada a propriedade, mas quis reforçar no meu review para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida ou malas muito pesadas se atentarem no momento da reserva. A hospedagem foi excepcional, valeu muito a pena!

Além da localização ser PERFEITA, o que faz muita diferença em Florença, o anfitrião era o italiano mais simpático que eu já conheci. Extremamente gentil, compreensível, me deu várias dicas maravilhosas e ainda conseguiu dois guarda chuvas para nós quando começou a chover na cidade. E ainda deixou a gente levar para a próxima cidade que iríamos! Nos salvou
• Amy (10/5): Beautiful stay in the heart of the action - Great location in the heart of the action in Florence. Easily accessible by catching the airport tram. Close by to stores as well so you could easily cook at home in the lovely kitchen. Our host Claudio was so accomodating and helpful, I felt that if we had got stuck with anything, he would have been able to help us in an instant. Cot for our baby was lovely and comfy, he was very happy to sleep in it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to my friends and family. Not a criticism, but I will just flag for anyone travelling in summer that the apartment can certainly heat up. The air conditioning unit is good for the bedroom, as is the pedestal fan available, but these won’t cool the entire apartment. So really make sure you keep blinds closed and bedroom door shut to keep the cool in.

Proprietario disponibile a soddisfare ogni necessità, anche lasciando in appartamento i bagagli oltre il check-out. Le finestre che affacciano su cavedi. Climatizzatore un po' rumoroso.

The host was very easy to contact and helped us with cases up the stairs on arrival. We had a lovely stay. There are a lot of steps, but we knew that when we booked! The street is quite noisy but that comes with the central location, so take good ear plugs for better sleep!

Great location in respect of getting around the centre with a very good price. The apartment was on the 3rd floor which wasn’t mentioned in the description and wasn’t really suitable for travellers within our group. Although the host did say it can be noisy, we were not prepared for just how noisy it was and that it went on all night long without any let up and therefore a very disturbed sleep. The beds are firm, which was not suitable for all of our party. Also the host pointed out the shower door was broken and awaiting new, which again was problematic for guests in our group.

I recommend this apartment.

• Paul (9/5): Superb location and attentive host. - Superb location. You can walk to all the main tourist attractions in Florence. Plenty of room. Very attentive host who met us on arrival, and gave us lots of valuable tips and help during our stay. About 50 stairs, OK for us but may not suit everyone. Shower doors reluctant to open and close and inclined to come off the runners.

We enjoyed use of the washer. It did get hot in the apartment during the day but opening the window let in the smell of pork from kitchen below. Otherwise, it was a great stay. Thank you Claudio.

The owner was very kind, as he checked us in late when our train arrived. He was helpful, friendly, and discreet. He provided us with useful information that made our stay in Florence even more perfect. All the main attractions were just a 6-minute walk away. We will definitely return to the same accommodation.

What to do etc. We caught an earlier train the host was very accommodating with this earlier time. An outstanding apartment with plenty of space. The road outside was a little noisy but this is to be expected and we had already planned for this. Would definitely stay again. Nothing. The place was outstanding.

It was elegant but simply furnished, which I really liked. The beds were very comfortable. Lighting was very good and air-conditioning was welcome even in October. The host, Claudio, was very friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He provided plenty of toiletries, towels, hairdryers (2), coffee and kitchen essentials. The apartment was a situated a couple of floors up without a lift so might be difficult for people with mobility issues.

• Dimitra (10/5): Excellent host and a nice apartment in the center of the city - SPACIOUS AND COSY APARTMENT, OFFERING MANY FACILITIES The apartment is at the 3rd floor without elevator. Going up and down the stairs is a challenge when one is tired of sight-seeing!!!

On the 2nd night I accidentally left the keys in the door and got us lo - The property was in a great location and the bed was comfortable. It also had a washing machine and full size fridge. There is no lift which is not listed, the property is on the 3rd floor. The air conditioner was noisy and there is a lot of noise on the street. The property is not as bright as the photos showed. The shower pressure was terrible and the 2 shower doors fall off if you don’t open and close them with 2 hands. There is no oven or proper cooking facilities apart from an electric portable stove, a microwave and toaster/ coffee machine.

You could also hear people from neighbouring apartments. The air conditioning was the noisiest I've ever heard, so it's not possible to keep it on during the night.
