BEATRICE (10/5): - Très bon emplacement. Appartement très propre et confortable avec une belle vue.
Axelle (9/5): - Emplacement proche du tramway 1 et des rues animées, tout en étant au calme. Le logement était très propre et très bien équipée. Présence d’un gardien 24/24h. Le matelas était un trop dur, nous avons eu mal au dos. Il faisait également un peu trop chaud dans l’appartement (visite en avril) malgré le fait que les radiateurs soient éteints.

La casa ha assolutamente tutto quello che possa servire per la permanenza. Il personale è sempre disponibile per supportare e gentilissimo (pochi parlano inglese - ma si usa il traduttore).

Ashley (9/5): Overall our stay was excellent. We had a comfortable place with easy walking to lots of restaurants and transportations. - Its location and the view of the river were great. We had plenty of space for 6 people. There were a couple things in the apartment that needed fixing and the pillows were really hard.
Noura (7/5): ماعتقد اني بسكن فيها مره ثانية - الشقة واسعه نظافتها جيدة متوفر غساله وصابون امان جداً لا أحد يدخل الموقع الا السكان هدوء المنطقة مديرة المكان جداً رائعه و تعامل جيد الاسرة ليست مريحة جداً الاضائة سيئة جداً جداً ( لايوجد الا ابجورات ) المنطقة جداً متعبة في الصعود والنزول جداً جداً متعب للشباب لان احجز فيها بسبب الاضائة السبب الثاني الموقع متعب على تل لكن باقي الاشياء جيدة

Cynthia (10/5): Εξαιρερική επιλογή. 5/5 - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν όμορφο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Είχες την αίσθηση του καινούργιου σε κάθε επίπεδο και όλα λειτουργούσαν άψογα. Υπηρχε προσωπικό ασφαλείας όλες τις ώρες. Η περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και ασφαλής, δίπλα στο Istanbul Modern και τον Βόσπορο, αλλά και σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση με την Istiklal. Υπήρχαν κοντά πολλά μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια και μπαρ με νέο κόσμο. Μείναμε μόνο 3 βράδια αλλά θα μπορούσε κανείς να μείνει για εβδομάδες για δουλειά ή για να εξερευνήσει την πόλη. Άνετα θα επιστρέφαμε και θα το προτείναμε σε φίλους. Δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κάποιο θέμα. Ωστόσο είναι καλό να ξέρει κανείς ότι η περιοχή είναι αρκετά ανηφορική, κάνοντας δυσκολοτερη την πρόσβαση για ανθρώπους μεγαλης ηλικίας ή με κινητικά προβλήματα.

Burak (8/5): - i have stayed here several times already, and every stay has been very good. the reception staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. check-in is always quick and smooth. the location is very convenient and well connected, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. i would definitely come back again. you can tell that the place has had many guests over the years. some areas could benefit from renovation or a slightly cozier atmosphere. very neutral interiors don’t create much warmth or comfort.

Yahya Saleem (10/5): - جميل ومرتب مطبخ متكامل بأدوات الطباخه نظيف أنيق انصح بسكن فيه باب مغلق ومتواجد السكيورتي 24 ساعه فريق عمل متواجد وسريع بالاجابه . قربه من ميدان تقسيم والترام والمترو تمشي مسافه بسيطه يعيبه انه في ارتفاع بسيط لايحجب جماله كل شي متوفر بالقرب منه سوف أكرر السكن فيه عدم وجود مواقف سيارات لضيق الشوارع

It had everything I needed for my stay. The check-in and check-out process was very quick and easy, and the staff at the front counter were wonderful. I highly recommend staying here. The drainage in the sinks and bath were not great, but this wasn’t a big problem. The noise from the street can be heard inside which might be a problem if you are a very light sleeper.

E' vicino a Piazza Taksim, dove ci sono tutti i mezzi di trasporto: metro, autobus, funicolare, taxi. Appartamento pulitissimo, personale facile da contattare e il servizio di portineria è molto utile.

Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch nur 10Minuten zu Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zum Ausgehviertel. Gut gelegen in Beyoglu, nur wenig Strecke zur Altstadt (2 Haltestellen). Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind rundum erreichbar, sowie unterschiedliche Restaurants. Es gibt 24/7 einen Security im Haus. Die Wohnung hat Rolläden, Vorhänge und mehrere Klimaanlagen. Sie ist modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit Kontaktgrill, Gasherd, Ofen und Geschirrspüler sowie genügend Geschirr gut ausgestattet. Eigentlich nichts.

Elza (10/5): Highly recommend - We were in an apartment on the third floor. The living room is stylish and modern, with a separate dining area, a lounge area, and a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need for cooking and serving. The bedrooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and nice sheets. Everything looks even better in person than in the pictures, and it was spotlessly clean. The terrace is magnificent— we could see the Galata Tower and the Bosphorus. We spent unforgettable evenings there. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood - quiet and with quick access to many attractions and places to eat. Be aware that from the T1 station it is uphill, but from Taksim Square it is downhill /a person with mobility difficulties in our group/. There was a problem in the building on our arrival, and the hotel management and staff did everything they could to make our stay the best. Thank you, all of you! We only stayed for 3 days, but I recommend the hotel for a longer stay – it has everything you need. On our next visit to the city, this will be our choice of place.

Leonid (9/5): Amazing view! Amazing appartment! - The appartment looked exactly as advertised on booking. The balcony view is amazing. The tall ceiling windows are nice and the rooms are bright and spacious. Customer support was very friendly and helpful. The sofa bed in the living room can be made into a bed, bed sheets and duves are provided (upon request). The buildings sits on a fairly steep hill, so going uphill will be difficult for elderly. One option is to use public transport to arrive on Taksim square and then go downhill (takes a bit of time). Another option is to user Uber taxi app, worked well for me, with no scams. The shower faucet holder is loose and unable to hold the faucet at a fixed angle when shower is working. Bidet water handles are loose and detach and fall off when used, creating a small bidet emergency.

Local shops and restaurants nearby. Needed more pillows and mirrors in the bedrooms. The area surrounding the apartment is quite hilly so a certain level of fitness and mobility is needed.
Benedetto (10/5): Excellent stay in Istanbul! - We have been occasionally renting apartments from Noa for years and whether it is their property in Cihangir (Sungu) or Galata (Ali Hoca or Luleci Hendek) the quality standards are always very high: tastefully decorated and well equipped properties, well kept and very clean. Very responsive and fast customer service in case of needs. Highly recommend! Whether Cihangir or Galata, all their properties are very well located whether you are visiting the city for tourism - they are very central and located in vibrant neighborhoods of Istanbul - or going on business - fast connection to Levent through metro or to the Asian side via ferry. Despite being very central all of them are located in quiet streets allowing for good sleep

Also the building has a security guard, and a daily services to collect garbage in front of apartment which is really great. Nearby restaurants and shops are very convenient. Really noisy boiler, old air conditioner, lighting aroun table, poorly maintained parquet, lack of essential food supplies in the apartment (such as salt, flour, oil, vinager, which are usualy available in apartments).

The location is close enough to the tram T1 stop (about 10-15 min), easy to get to main historical attractions. We appreciated having complimentary Istanbulkart upon arrival, the guy at the tram station helped us to refill it, and then it was easy to use it. This location might not be suitable for a person who has trouble going downhill/uphill.

The area can be noisy at night. The bed was OK but the linen was not a good fit so it was not as comfortable as it could have been. The mattress needs. turning. Evgeniya (8/5): Cozy and modern apartments. Definitely recommend - Super comfortable and cozy apartments with a well-equipped kitchen. Spacious living room and comfortable bedrooms. 24/7 security on the ground floor who registered us and gave us the keys. There is no heavy traffic, nor restaurants on the street. Close to everywhere: 15 min walking distance from Taksim, 7 min to Tophane tram and 15 min to Karakoy boat stop (Galata Bridge). Two small supermarkets just in front of the building on the corners and 3 min by foot to Sok and Carrefour and Cihangir center with local restaurants, cafes and coffee shops. Not a touristic part of the city, but close to it, so you can enjoy local vibes. It was my 4th or 5th stay in Istanbul and I definitely recommend NOA as it was the most comfortable stay. Poor sound isolation: We had an apartment with a view on the street (no heavy traffic, no restaurants on the street as I mentioned) but during the evening it was a bit noisy because of the cars and motos. And as we stayed during the Ramadan 3 a.m. drums (5 min, not longer) was an experience. The issue with sound isolation is common in Turkiye so I just recommend choosing the options with the garden view. Wi-Fi: it was a bit annoying to connect to the network several times a day.
Daria (10/5): A perfect place to stay - The apartment is perfect for a family vacation. It’s exactly as pictured- spacious, modern and clean. The position is 😍 - there’s a tram station Tophane and a Carefour supermarket nearby. We fully enjoyed our stay. The street is a bit noisy (especially during Ramadan - every morning at 3 a.m. they walk the streets bitting the drum 🥁). Yet it was an interesting experience 😊.
Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Great flat with all needed facilities. Clean comfortable and cosy. Big and spacious reception with panoramic windows is a real gem. A stunning view is forever in my mind. The location is perfect, as the flat is in the vicinity to all hot spots of the city centre. The pillows are too firm and high therefore it's quite uncomfortable to sleep on them so we just slept without. Mattresses are perfect.
